This is a really good app that trains your hamstrings, quads and glutes. Sadly, you have to pay for the entire days which is annoying but I can make it work

I'm enjoying this app, and getting the results I have been needing. My only "surprise" was, I started this thinking I could spend 12 minutes a day. The trainings increase in time a little each day. Plan accordingly.

they should give a break between the sets atleast to change position. and should give instruction on how to perform this exercise like in homw workout app

The updates still do not have a rest. In addition, there is no video provided for us to follow. Lastly, I cannot skip an exercise. There are some times where I need to exit from the app because there is an emergency or something, and when I go back to the app and the workout resets.
