It's hard to beat the super bright LED flashlight on Android when it comes to simplicity. The flashlight app's setup mimics an actual hardware flashlight, with an on and off switch you can toggle to turn on and off your digital torch light.

You can also adjust the light's strobe or blinking mode by swiping left or right on the digital flashlight's bezel. If it's a free and simple flashlight app you're after and you use a smartphone running Android, this should be one of the first downloads you check out.

You'll find the basic torch functionality with this torch light app, but it also offers some more "fun" features. Apart from that most basic torch functionality, you can even use the torch light to send Morse code.

I love the flsshlight!! It really comes in handy when you can't see at night to unlock your door or a dark hallway to turn up a thermostat!!

I love it, it's amazing. I Neva thought it would actually work, because my phone flashlight suddenly stopped working and I considered installing it. Actually it worked, l love it

Good, but for a purchased app, it should contain a brightness control. The built-in flashlight has a brightness control. Samsung makes it inconvenient to access the app, so that's why I bought this app, which only is a control for what you already have.

Been using it for more than 5years now. Just amazing app. It lights up a party if we put it on a flikker mode. Screen light is amazing as well i regularly use it for product and food photography as it serves as a diffused light.

At 1 time this was the greatest flashlight app! Now you get ads with music that you can't close out unless you close the whole app down. It happens so often . You can't use the Flashlight for more than a few seconds before it shuts off and plays an ad. I think this has ran its course. Deleting and finding a better flashlight app!!

About every min. Or so adds pop up so they can blackmail you into paying for no adds. An SSD you have to keep res to arting the app. If they say free it should darn well be frrr okay this is garbage I'm trying to use the flashlight but every time I try to do anything after about a minute it cuts off and says oh here's your ad you have to restart the app all over again that's garbage done club

If you're like me, and don't care about having an expensive phone, there's a good chance you're here because your phone doesn't have a flashlight. Well, this app is just that. Upon opening the app, the flashlight auto turns on, using your camera's flash feature. Whenever you turn the flashlight off, it will auto play an ad. So, not the worst thing in the world. At worst, it's a minor inconvenience. Fortunately, the developer was kind enough to not play an ad prior to the flashlight turning on.

The flashlight itself works very well (the screen side is not glaringly bright, for example), but ads appear when you try to turn off the light, which slows the process considerably (of course, how else can they earn money frim their app?). I would gladly pay for an ad-free version, because of how well the flashlight functions.

This stupid app starts playing video ads with sound music and everything, some of which are borderline inappropriate. Trust me, you dont want this thing to start playing one of its inapropriate ads in front of someone else who might get the wrong impression. The other problem is if you are trying to quietly use the flashlight and a loud obnoxious ad starts playing when you're trying not to disturb anyone around you. It's just a flashlight app, does it really need to play video advertisements and all that other nonsense? Don't bother wasting your time.. I'm deleting the app

Easy to use, functions well, light is bright and has met my expectations. I have a nerve injury that results in full body shaking. It's difficult for me to hit the correct letters, etc. This medical condition makes it very difficult to turn apps on and off. This app is very easy to use with my medical condition. A little shake of my phone and the light comes on easily. when I'm finished with the light, just another little shake of my phone and the light is out. I rate this app 5 stars.

Mediocre. The app works fine, but it's free, and you get what you pay for. The app contains ads in order to make it a free download. So, whenever you are using the app, you inevitably bump the screen, activating the clickbait, and turning off the flashlight. It sends you to some retail site you've never heard of and you must close the window and turn the flashlight back on.

This used to be a really good app Until they decided to put ads everywhere. I can't open the app without being forced to watch a 20 second video. I use the phone for 10 seconds and I have to watch a 30 second video. You you used to be a free app and it worked fine nothing changed why are you suddenly trying to overburden us with stupid ads. I can find this elsewhere without this problem.

An app should be useful and when I open this app for a flashlight on my phone I don't want to get advertisements. I don't want to see game ads that last 34 seconds when I'm just trying to get from the front door to my car. And of course the ads are things that I have no remote interest in whatsoever. My interest are getting from a place that was well lit through a dark place to another place that was well lit. These ads have gotten ridiculous

ads and rating popups block the app and give you a lot less control of the on/off button for the flashlight. to turn the light off you have to x out of the ad and if you aren't absolutely precise with the X, you get taken to a malware page and the flashlight will stay on. I've also had times when the flashlight turned off by itself and then it displays an ad when you try to go fix it. very irritating.

How do you use the color screen? I purchased the no ads subscription because it never failed when I needed it most it would automatically turn off and an ad would show up. The flashlight is worth $2. Love the brightness. I kept trying to use the screen color but no clue how to use it. I tried aqua because I figured I would notice a difference. I thought maybe the color around the button would change. Please help with instructions. Thanks Shake only works when the settings is open...useless.

Ads make it borderline unusable. You have to wait and watch an ad before you can use a flashlight. Often when I need a flashlight I need it quick and cannot wait for ads. If you are going to include ads at least make it only small ads on the edges, not full screen. Also, many of these ads have sound, and many of the times I need a flashlight it is the middle of the night and I don't want to wake everyone. Completely ruins this app.

I used to be happy with this app but recently they've added ads with audio, which come on almost every time you use the app. In most situations when I need a flashlight I'm trying to be quiet (trying to find something in the same room as my sleeping baby, for example) and an ad comes on loudly 😬 I'm fine with ads, I realize you probably need them to survive. I would just recommend for an app like this that is likely used in the dark while trying to be quiet, no audio :)

The ads have gotten way too annoying, loud, and unskippable. If I'm under the hood of my car looking for a dropped bolt, or the power's out and I'm looking for my keys, I don't want to watch a tiktok ad. These developers need to figure out a different way to make money. Also, 3 out of 4 times that you're shown an ad, there's no X button to close it out, even after you've watched the ad, so you have to close and reopen the app a bunch of times to be able to use it. Horrible. Needs an overhaul BAD

I like the strobe feature on the app. Also love the fact that with just a simple shake, i can turn on or off the light. All cell phones now need to have a colorful LED light so the flashlight can change colors. Even match up some music, with the strobe light feature so it would be like being on a dance floor. One thought also is this...instead of the flashlight circle on the back of the phone, why couldnt you program the actual phone screen itself to light up as a bigger flashlight.
