Love this app! Makes thing very efficient and accessible! I Just wish the pop-up bubble messaging worked a little better! (Everytime I get a bubble notification and i click on it to respond, the bubble quickly closes before I can!) And also,if we could take out money and put it in direct deposit from in the app instead of heading over to the computer to do it,that would be awesome as well!!! Over-all very effective app and easy to learn!! Highly recomend!!

The app itself is easy to use, and the platform is useful if you're searching for products or services. It's absolutely abhorrent if you're trying to grow your business. I tried to set up gigs offering research assistance (and not offering to write any papers or anything of the sort), and without having the chance to modify my gigs to the correct standards, my account was disabled. I will never use this service again.

Soo, I honestly didn't even set an account up, hence the two star. I had gotten and opened the app, set my phone down and left it there for a couple minutes, came back to the screen still on, but found I had audio coming through like a phone call. I could hear a fan in the background and it would cut out at different times. I had some apps running, but the audio stopped the instant I competely closed out of Fiverr. Sketchy practices, y'all. If it wasn't for that I would use this app. Sorry

The buying experience was great. Quick and easy. I got the logo I wanted and much sooner than quoted. The tipping, however, seems a little suspect. I tipped $10 to my logo provider and Fiver wanted ~ $2.5 service fee just to deliver my tip to said provider. Standard credit card fee is $0.30 + 3%. That comes out to be ~ $0.60. $2.5 is vastly overpriced/ greedy. I believe in tipping for good service. But, in this case, it feels like I'm being penalized just for tipping

A very wonky experience. When talking with prospective clients and they send me a file, I click download and it just keeps showing the spinning icon and never actually downloads, and it won't be till like 10 minutes later I'll get a notification saying my file was downloaded. Also, the home screen is kind of a mess. It only generally loads once: when I open the app. Every other time I have to close the app because it's endlessly loading. Don't know what happened, the app used to work great.

Fiverr mobile makes my interaction with clients easy. It has really improved my response rate compared to when I started. And there has been no instance where my business on the app has been interrupted by ads. I believe I'm still getting use to the app, because believe there's more that can be done with accessing, adding, and editting my gigs. Other than that it's been a great experience.

I use the app to hire session musicians for my music, and I couldn't be happier with the results. However, i wish I could tip the performer without being charged a second service fee at the end. They should either let you tip in advance when you pay for services (with option to modify upon delivery) or not charge the service fee for the tip. Aside from that, i think this is a wonderful service!

I love Fiverr, but the app itself isn't that good. It's useful for just exchanging messages between buyers and sellers just like the website, but all the other functions and features are far worse on the app or removed entirely. It's harder to see a sellers gig page or make purchases on the app, there's no Home button, dropping internet speeds will lock the app, and uploading attachments is much worse, as it takes you to a separate page do that. At least the app is ad-free, so that's a positive.

This has been an excellent app to get myself started with freelance work. However, I do wish that it worked better on mobile as an artist who works mostly on a tablet. Being able to create a gig within the app would make it 100x easier. I also think that having all chats in the same place, rather than splitting them up through the gig screen and the regular chat function, would help both sellers and clients. Otherwise, I am so grateful that I can use this app! I highly recommend :)

Used to be 5 star, but I have to change my rating after several years. They've made a lot of changes, most are fine and some are even more helpful. Contacting support is a lot easier in the app than it used to be, etc. The app has maintained a pretty high rating in my mind as a tool to help manage orders through Fiverr while on the go. But they recently removed Google Calendar integration to add deadlines directly to the calendar from the app, and now it's really only helpful for messaging.

For a tech company this is a very subpar app. The communication is disorganized (broken into different chats) and the delivery is a nightmare to download. You can download 1 file at a time (imagine 10+) and often times it's super slow and incomplete. I thought they needed time to improve, but it's been like this for years now. They're very good at collecting money, especially insane fees on the tip amount.

I recently started to work on Fiverr because I needed to make some extra cash, and I got to say that the UI is easy to understand and operate. It's not to difficult to navigate, it's easy to contact sellers and buyers, and it's an app that's nice to use to keep up to date with commissions and messages. The only gripe I have is the limitation concerning delivering photos. I'm an artist and the type of work I do requires me to submit multiple files at a time on Fiverr. Just a little gripe I have.

I'd give it 4+ stars if it wasn't for their pricing model. They make you buy credits (called "connects") to apply to jobs. It's not bad to make sure that only people truly skilled and interested in your posting apply. BUT what's absolutely awful is that you have to pay 12-16 "connects" per application, so that's around $2-3 per application, regardless if it pays $10/h or $100/h or fixed rates. It's horrible. They should set a limit, like spend $100 until you get a gig. AND they take 10%.

A few things here and there you can do on the website but not on the app. Otherwise, if you're a creator, I can guarantee you'll find something here. Edit: Dropped the score because I've had a bad glitch for over a month. Can't access my saved lists unless I uninstall and reinstall—temporary fix. I've asked for help repeatedly, but haven't gotten much. Update: It's been 4 months. No better. Customer Service dropped off. No help. Update: It's been over a year. Still nothing. Update: 2½ years now

Great place to find help. It's a $3 service fee to add a tip, it says it's too help run the platform.... that's absolutely ridiculous to charge extra to tip someone, that's almost like the app discouraging tipping. Service fees make sense in your initial purchase, but to have to pay to leave a tip, that's hurting your creators as well as your clients. Ridiculous move. Ridiculous.

Fiverr is a good app but the navigation is confusing. Sometimes is slow to bring up information. I use Upwork a lot - navigation is easier and system more responsive. Trying to leave a review - took forever to find it. Also, I didn't appreciate Fiverr asking twice if I wanted to tip - once is plenty. My hire and I had already agreed on a price that was fair for the work and both of us. Upwork doesn't pull that kind of stunt at the very end after you've already paid for the service.

Good pricing. But, it is basically a shot in the dark. The good thing is that each designer will keep trying and trying. Some will hit a home run--- others will strike out! I asked one designer to make 6 revisions and numbered each one. They completed 2 revisions! I had to repeatedly request the same revisions, and still all were not done. You get what you pay for, basically. Higher priced designers usually deliver satisfying quality.

The experience is great. I've met some really creative and professional developers. The raise in service fees has reduced the amount of tips I offer, and that greatly impacts the developers overall. A few for the order, a fee if you add a tip, a fee if you purchase an add on service... no, you can not do it all in one order with your initial payment Too many additional fees. 🤦

Really cool app that lets you browse art styles for projects and lets you work with the artist on revisions. Awesome way to support artists, Love it! The app itself definitely had some hiccups that i worked out by using laptop for rest of communication, and file sharing, could use some smoothing out, but overall its a great app to go along with their service

It provides lots of options but I think just like anything else you get what you pay for. My delivery was not what I expected many errors were not corrected as I caught when I read through the book myself again. I was given a great summary and points of interest showing the deliver really liked the book but I was hoping to see more spelling and Grammer errors corrected. Point out things that did not make sense or was out of order. I'm glad she liked the book but I wish more corrections were done
