More About fitpro

FitPro APP is a smart software that's compatible with smart bracelet devices. This APP can connect to smart bracelet and smart watch via Bluetooth. It can detect and evaluate the user's sports data, sleep quality, heart rate and blood pressure, etc. It is very convenient to monitor and adjust your daily life.
Precautions:
1. The sport function will use GPS positioning, so if it's continuous running of the GPS function in the background hat may consume battery power quickly.
2. FitPro has been connected to HealthKit, which can synchronously run data to health

I am a software developer and I cannot get this app to work. It opens to the user protocol page and there is no button to click to agree. I have tried to contact the developer and no response. Stay away from this app. To me, that seems shady to not get a response. Util this issue is resolved it gets -1 star in my book. Stay away from the Oshen watch also, it is hard to pair, and without this app, you have no way of syncing the watch hours or date. Bad software development practices, and it seems it is tied to China. Watch your personal data. UPDATE - I finally got this app to work on S10 +. The agree button is not in view when the agreement form pops up, I have to tap at the very bottom of the popup where it would be. The text being rendered in this form does not fully fit and show the buttons on the bottom, so you have to keep hitting the bottom border to eventually hit the agree. However, for those of you using a Oshen watch, there is not much you can do. The messages will not be retrieved, and once I did get this installed I began getting weird emails relating to what I have been discussing with others through messaging. I am deleting this app.

Hello. My wife got me this watch. So far it's average but it's always disconnecting from the app. One big problem is the shutter for the photo app/remote shutter has never worked. Each and every time I attempt to use it it crashes. I've tried resetting the device, restarting, recovering, uninstalling and reinstalling but it still crashes. Please fix because that is a feature that I'd very much like to use. Thank you.

I've only just downloaded this but it has, randomly and without prompting, converted all of the text from English (my preference) into a language I don't know (I unfortunately don't know the visual differences between Asian languages, so I cannot name the specific one). I have no idea how to fix it. Additionally, the heart bpm is completely inaccurate (fault of the watch, app, or both). I know for a fact mine sits around 89-94, but it shows it as 70-84bpm.

The watch that goes with this app is kind of hokey. Usually it works pretty good but then there are times it decides not to record at all and the graphics on the watch are pretty old school. The app itself has the opportunity to be really good but my frustration comes from not being able to sync. The app and the watch become disconnected and the only way to fix it is to restart the phone. I can usually get 1 sync between restarts.

I think there are a few watches that use this app. The app is lacking for sure. I could not find a dial face that matched the picture that led me to purchase the watch. Fortunately I had a black picture in my photos that I used. I want my digits to be in a horizontal line vice vertical display. Poorly designed. But, should at least match the picture in the ad. No real setting icon on the watch.

it's cool being able to track my sleep, steps, etc. But the CONSTANT popups saying the app isn't working that pop up over other apps, and then won't let me send feedback, or when I select close app, only to have it pop up again 2 minutes later is the most annoying thing! Get it working, or let me send feedback, or close the app. I won't be using it, and it will still constantly pop up saying it isn't responding. It's noon, and I've had at least 30 pop ups today alone!

This app needs considerable more work, as does the software and watch interface. It is almost impossible to keep the watch and app synced. When the watch and phone become separated they should automatically reconnect to bluetooth and the app when back together, but they do not. So far, I have had to uninstall and redownload to get it to work. Pain in the neck. It's what I get for buying a cheap fitness tracker.

This is a preliminary review. I saw a lot of reviews saying they can't use all the functions. Protip 1: If your phone doesn't have a wellbeing setting you will not be able to use most extra features. If it does, it must be turned on. There is no music function on the phone but once connected with the app when you play music on the phone, it plays on your watch. Good speaker too for a watch. Added contacts, can't dial from watch. Disconnects and reconnects constantly. Irritating.

The watch is decent enough.... it's not great but, for me, it does a decent job until I can get something better. The app is horrible! My gripe isn't with the 24 hr format or the use of metric, that's not, at all, an issue. You see, It disconnects if you're not with your phone and if you turn off the media audio in your settings, it disconnects and obviously it didn't sync into with the watch. I just deleted the app altogether

A lot of the issues were for. You can change the dial to any picture you want from your photos, tempture setting works now. The only complaints I have is you can't change the time from military to 12 hours and that if you're on a group text it won't be pushed, even if you have most of the people individually set to your fitpro contacts. Work texts aren't pushed, and it's a bit frustrating since it's a work watch.

After scanning and enlarging the directions so I could read them due to tiny print, I had no trouble pairing to my phone. But...no apps show readout results on my phone--only on the app itself, which also isn't accurate. After taking my blood pressure, pulse ox and heart rate by another method *while* running measurements via the app simultaneously, I found this: oxygen was the only thing that close to accurate. The app showed a much higher BP than actual, and it showed my heart rate at *twenty* BPM more than actual. While I don't expect watches to be entirely accurate, I do expect more than "Hey you may die asap". Oddly, the pedometer was within about 30 steps, considering there is no way to set my stride distance within the app. The ads running between "pages" of my personal goals was annoying, but it's free, so... Adding a different watch face background/dial settings was easy enough. All in all, it's a free app for inexpensive watches it's made for. It does the basics.

Two big problems with this...(1) The unit resets back to original factory defaults around 1-2 times per day. (2) It really sucks to BUY into a fitness system and then be subjected to random ads with SCREAMING audio that comes on at really inconvenient times in social settings. Seriously, are you trying to repel you users? Because of these two things, I am returning the product right now. It is useless and disappointing.

Device disconnects at least once a week if not more and then takes a couple hours at least of turning everything off and on and uninstalling app before it decides to reconnect. When it stays connected it is wonderful though. Today I am still trying to connect after 4 hours of randomly turning all off and on and uninstall everything, still not happening.

The app worked fine, it's the watch that didn't work! It wouldn't turn on after the second charge! I don't know if it was defective or what the problem is, but it powered on for about 5 seconds, long enough to show that battery was fully charged, shut off and stopped working completely! I will try again because I did get a no hassle refund, but I won't have very high expectations this time!

I did not like this phone the directions came in so small of a folded piece of paper I could not read. I think the font point was .2. I took a picture and zoomed in as large as I could then sent it to my computer where I enlarged it even more. I tried to six the letters so I could read them but they were so blurry it was a struggle. I had very bad directions on how to set up the watch. I spent hours trying to make it work. It said I had to pay to use the watch monthly. Total waste $

Is there seriously no way to put the time in 12 hour mode? That's a very basic and very necessary function that I can't find. It's a watch ffs. And it keeps resetting my home app. I can't believe I got another watch I have to return cuz this issue still isn't fixed! Worst app for a smartwatch I've ever used. And I've used quite a few of them. Also no way to pair two watches and two of my watches happen to use this horrible app unfortunately. Plus there's ads. Horrible.

I am not satisfied with the app due to my contacts not being saved and having to redo it every time I use it. The speaker on the watch is bad quality, the person who is calling me can barely hear me cuz of it. The last thing is that it needs to have more apps like game wise that supports the app same thing with the other apps that don't have the support (Snapchat, Tiktok, etc). Thanks 🙏 :)

Disappointing. The screen is very dim and there seems to be no way to brighten it. Also, I paid for an app to appear on the watch which is compatible with all WearOS devices which, I guess this is not. Not being able to switch off military time on the info screen is also disappointing. This watch was a waste of money. I'm going to initiate a return. If they don't accept it, it's going in the trash. If I could see the screen daylight it might be worth hanging on too but if not, what good is it?

CONSUMERS: Upon receiving this FitPro, it seems it suit my needs perfectly...and more. DEVELOPERS: Thank you for including the Blood Pressure function as I need to monitor it, along with exercise, sleep patterns, etc.! However, I agree that the barely legible directions are not that helpful, especially new owners of this device will struggle to connect/use your product. Word-of-mouth will not send buyers your way until that's corrected. BEST OF LUCK!

For the money I guess its worth it . Most of the features work well. Cannot set the time to 12 hours , the charger is wonky and charges very slowly , constantly disconnects from app and the face dials change randomly. I do like the fact that I can track sleep , blood oxygen and blood pressure. It would be great if some of the bugs were worked out. I forgot to ad the most important thing. The privacy settings do not work ! Its an option on the menu but it does not work. Thats kinda sketchy....
