Simple, free app that allows for distraction-free and quick record keeping at the gym. The simplicity is golden here, because it isn't intrusive when inputting data between sets. The calendar function has great layout for quickly visualizing workout trends. The exports paste easily into a .csv or .xlsx file if one wants to perform their own analytics using Excel or Google Sheets. It would be nice, in future updates, if set comments were also included in exports.

Just started the gym 2 months ago. I kept putting off getting a notebook. So many apps for anything I do are frustrating and I end up never using them and decided a notebook would be easier. I can never remember my previous weight on a machine. I saw the rating for this app and downloaded it and nearly right away I can type in exactly what I need. No learning curve. Every piece of equipment. 5 stars.

This app is fully-featured, intuitive, and actually saves time in the gym. It's got timers that restart not just every X minutes, but as soon as you log a set, meaning that your rest intervals are accurate. It keeps useful statistics, and a calendar shows you what categories of exercise you do when. The dev has been upgrading and maintaining it for years. Great app.

This is absolutely the best app. Logical, customizable, easy to use interface, easy to modify/add workouts. Easy to track progress, and my regime has improved in part thanks to this app. I wouldn't change a thing. And the little trophies are great incentives too! 6 out of 5 stars... and I just found out there's a paid version. I will very happily pay 6 bucks to the genius who figured this one out!

Absolutely everything I was looking for. In a non confusing package. They just dont make apps like this anymore. No email address harvesting, no account sign up. Really makes me miss the early days of android. My biggest suggestion. Put body weight field as the first entry of each day. I dont think it should be hidden in the menus. Other than that, a ightly more up to date looking UI might be worth investing in. But please don't change the way we interact with the app. It's near perfect.

Fill in your exercises, weight, and reps per day. Copy and paste from previous days. Rest timer. Can even create your own workout if what you're doing us not in the library. Few other tools but nothing fancy. Tried a few and this thing is just simple and to the point. No bells and whistles, but it's free and easy. I recommend it and ultimately chose it above other options I tried.

Amazing app!! One feature that I really want added is the ability to input the weight amount in both kg and lb without having to manually switch between the two modes in the settings. Some machines only have pound markers and some only have kg markers in my gym, so it's very frustrating having to look up the conversion between pound and kg in order to put in the correct weight in the app. 5 stars if this feature gets added!!

There's a tiny learning curve when you first start, and it can be a bit tough to find a couple things like routine settings, but once you get your routines and exercises entered, it's incredibly easy. Very no-frills, yet still feature-rich. If you need more from a fitness app than this, you're exercising wrong.

I love the flexibility and adaptabil of this app to my preferences. The app allows for my own created exercises and also already has a set of exercises within its own system. You are able to create ,remove, rename , and adjust . The prrfect assistant to you everyday training no matter what that training is . Helps with consitency and discipline allows you to track your days months etc and see where you fell off where and when you were consistenty and diligent. Great app . Love it !!

I can customize my workouts, alter the order of a planned work out if I have to skip an exercise because a machine isn't available then come back to it. It's made keeping track of my workouts much much easier. The only suggestion would be to possibly add directions or even links to exercises for people to be able to see proper form. Honestly, that's about the only thing I could possibly complain about and it's so minor.

App is amazing for any skill level of working out. Easy navigation and display. There are probably some features I haven't even discovered yet. Only thing I would add is when adding and exercise being able to label two muscle groups like a primary and sub group instead of having to create a new group.

It's for logging your workouts. it doesn't try to to integrate with all your devices and apps. it doesn't track your heart rate or blood pressure. it doesn't coach you or make exercise recommendations. Because it doesn't do those things, it is super efficient at planning a workout and recording your weights and reps. Exactly what I was looking for.

Writing a new review - this app continues to be the absolute best workout log on Google Play. That said, there are a few features still needed: on unweighted exercises, it doesn't recognize PRs, and when calculating volume or number of sets, there's no way to tell it not to count warm-up sets. Additionally, you can't put an exercise into multiple categories (for instance, bench press should be volume towards both chest and triceps, but you need to choose one or the other.)

Great app. been using it for almost 2 years. I can customize my workout each day and it remembers the last weight and reps I used. I do wish there was a way to create custom groups of workouts for example: leg day, core day, arm day etc and quickly go to a list of those groups and pick one. There is supersets but I find it hard to find and utilize. You can go to your calendar and copy a workout but you don't know what grouping it is until you click in and look.

It takes a minute to get used to, but it is simple and has everything you need to track your workouts. It also graphs your workouts so you can see your progress. I'd say it covers all the necessities for 90% of people with a training routine. I could always track my workouts on paper, so I would never pay for a tracking app. Although, since it's free, I don't have to, which is convenient. It would be nice if they made a full dark mode for it, though.

I assume the fee for upgrade is one time fee. The upgrade is good. Thank you for creating this app. Still trying to figure out navigation. Doesn't seem to be a home button so back button it is.. I love the app very much but you could make navigation easier for us old farts.😉

I love how simple this app is but it has everything you need, it's not an app that's over complicated. also doesn't have any ads or any subscription which is one of the main reasons why I don't like many other apps like this one. I also love how you can add a custom workout that the app might not have. definitely the best free workout tracking apps.

Amazing app. I have been looking for something to track my workouts, and since I'm back in it after recovering from injuries, getting after it in my garage gym. This was perfect. So far really impressed. Enjoy the weight, reps, management and all the data it records. Including cardio stuff for distance, time, etc.

If you lift FitNotes is all you need. I've tried a number of different apps over the past 12 years and it really doesn't get better than this. Simple, customizable, informative analysis, easy to use and navigate and best of all the dev doesn't mess with the UI. No ads and free but become a Fitnotes supporter anyway to show your support.

That new Dark Theme!! The UI took some learning; but once I got it, I got it. Body tracking, the plate calculator, and supersets took some time to find. I still haven't learned to use the superset feature. Any inconveniences with the UI and trying to think like the designer are offset by the lack of unwanted data tracking. Most trusted app on my phone.
