August 23. I enjoy the app and it's features. For me works great. Suggestions: 1) New machines are being builded every year. So expanding the library would be great as well. I'm not saying it's bad. It's huge and most of the times there is an alternative excercise. However, I've seen some in the gym they are not in the app that would be nice to have. 2) Would be nice an option with customisable templates for Diet without deleting the current selection.

Good app with many exercises and short video animations. The huge problem is that it freezes for several seconds every time you jump from the list of exercises to the details of an specific exercise and back to the list. It constantly uses the internet connection to unlock every single screen you browse. If you have bad internet connection, the app will lock all the time. Another huge problem while doing a group of exercises is that you can't mark/highlight those that you already exercised.

Great app, nice trainings, but still lacking in some areas. Personalisation is one of the things to improve. Other apps offer trainings that adjust to current goals/weight, there is bigger control over what should be a focus of given workout, whether cardio should be added or not. Second point is the price. I can get apps for fraction of the price. Annual subscription of other apps costs same amount as one month of this app. It is definitely overpriced.

Very good application. Perfect category of each muscle and the workouts for them. The only sad thing is that it doesn't count calories unless you're an upgraded user ( which is impossible for me to pay and upgrade because of payment system of the country that I'm living in). So I have to guess the calories I burn during my workout and it's not so accurate. But in general the app is pretty good!👏👍🏼 I like it!

By far the best fitness app out there for me. You select the workout, customise it, monitor and track your progress and includes info on how to perform a move with a clip of how it should be done. Doesn't bombard you with adds or sign up now. You can use these features without signing up too, only thing you cant adjust is rest time so workouts look longer than they are but subscribe to amend this. Awesome app, tested others and this one is worth subscribing too just to maintain the app.

I am very satisfied with all the features and the interface of this app. It covers all my needs. Very well thought, thank you! I would only recommend one thing: It would be great if the users could adjust pre-made workouts. For example, due to some issues I would like to remove a few exercises from the plan, or add extra exercise from available ones. I am still able to continue without doing some of them but when it comes to extras, I can't keep track what I had done extra.

I like this alot its helping me avoid injury with lots of warm up and stretching advice. It would be nice to add yoga poses as a category too.

Excellent app. Currently doing an Advanced Weight Loss for gym routine. Did the first few days to try it out for free and ultimately purchased the subscription. It is affordable and effective. I feel like my body is getting the workouts it needs.

The app is good, but on the site it is said that there are 11 pre-made modes, but in the app only 9 are available. I do not understand. I am interested in healthy workouts when a person do have adverse health conditions and it is announced on the site, but not in the app.

I am 1 month in and am loving it. Great variety of workouts; pushes me in a way I wasnt doing on my own. One challenge/suggestion I have: I opt for gym/sculpted body/advanced workout. Often workouts require superset between 2 different machines on opposite sides of gym or in my case sometimes on a different floor making superset not possible. It would be helpful if you could drag/ drop exercise to reorder and allow supersetting more conducive to specific gym layout

I really like this app with the changing exercises and community you can speak with. I just wish the calorie counts at the end of the workouts were more accurate and they had a grocery shopping list for the meal plan.

I downloaded many workout trackers and this one is the best in terms of ease of use, available options and information. However, I wish I could edit completed workouts, because I made a mistake but couldn't go back and edit. Plus, I do different cardio on different days, so I'd love to be able to add that in addition to my saved workout.

This app is great. I've been using it for almost 2 years. It shows you EXACTLY how to do a workout and gives you other variations to pick from. The app WILL insult you at the end of the workout if it thinks you didn't give it your all 🤣. I'm doing advance workouts to challenge myself,so I cannot do a lot of the heavy lifting yet that the app thinks I can do. So I do get insulted at times and other times I get praised. I love this app.
