There is no way to contact anyone once you buy whatever program you choose. No support and a fake "contact us" button on their website that doesn't work. There's no way to preview how the programs will be before you buy them. There's no way to switch programs if you choose the wrong one. They did not respond to my questions through the "send feedback" option (the only way to contact them), but they did keep sending me emails trying to sell me other programs. Feels like a scam.

I bought the yoga calisthenics course, and on day 2 the audio of the instructor cut out as the music continues playing. His directions could not be heard anymore. I don't know if that's going to be a common thing, but I can't in good conscience leave a good rating. I'll consider deleting this if it's fixed almost immediately with an update.

Honestly the workout is pretty hard right at the beginning, but it does workout every bit of muscle that is described through the program. Although it does that some parts of the program are not explained thoroughly enough for beginners to understand. But overall it is a very good app.

Nice and smooth. I'm an experienced lifter and former martial arts practitioner so starting at the intermediate level is more my speed, but I wanted to get the full experience. Started at beginner, which is great for anybody - hollow body kicked my ass. There are a few things you should know about breathing comfortably that could help and a voice over of the exercises giving any tips would be A++ but otherwise the experience is great so far.

Changed to five stars. They offered me a lifetime service one $100 fee and it is extremely worth it. Note: to cancel their subscription fee you have to email them and they will cancel it. I would suggest buying a prepaid card since they do make it difficult to cancel sadly. i would suggest to the team to try to offer lifetime subscriptions more often and make it so you can easily cancel on the app or through their website. great app and a bit buggy but the amount of content you get is worth.

I got the parkour program cuz I knew about the YouTuber Ronnie Street Stunts. The program is easy to follow, but I wish there were more steps in between skills, the audio is too low (for me at least), the video would restart whenever the screen size changes which is a little annoying. Overall I recommend it for Parkour enthusiasts looking for an affordable and fun way to learn the basics of Parkour.

I tried the app and decided not to renew, but in the process, I had a great customer service experience. My account auto-renewed and billed my credit card even though I thought I had cancelled. I reached out, and they quickly responded and refunded me the money. A REAL person quickly and politely, without asking me any questions, etc. handled this for me. So I recommend trying the app, and if you don't like it for whatever reason, it is not a chore to work with customer service.

For Project Calisthenics Program by Simon Ata: Well structured workout routines that gradually increase in difficulty as we move up in skill level. Would love to see them provide the option to replay the workout tutorials instead of them playing all the way through completely before replaying again. This wastes time because sometimes I just need to rewind 5 seconds to hear a portion I missed. Hope they improve this aspect.

This is by far the worst app I've ever used. Or more like not used. Because I can't access the app. I keep emailing customer service but the only message i get is we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience, we have reset your account. So i try and use the email and password they say to use but it never works. I get a message saying email is Invalid. So i email them again explaining in detail how many times I've talked to customer service, which is going on three weeks now of trying to fix it.

Purchased "project calisthenics lvls 1&2". It's a very simplified app, don't expect a lot of bells and whistles to help you. Has some basic instruction videos BUT the videos within the workouts lag and don't keep up with the workout very well (even on a WiFi). The level 2 planche video doesn't get to the instructional part of the video before swapping to your "rest" period so the video is essentially useless. Overall, I'm somewhat happy with my purchase, and it has good progressions

Too expensive when there's so many free apps and videos out there. For it to be worth even a penny they need to offer an app that's more interactive; something that builds plans for you and meals, etc.. This is just a list of programs which means absolutely nothing to people on an individual level and person-by-person basis. Their products, like the home gym, are pretty expensive, too. You can buy each piece of equipment individually for half that price; they just pretty up the packaging.

I know it received negative reviews in the past but they updated it and truth is that It is actually super easy to use and everything loads. I thought it wouldn't work for me and I was wrong. It tracks progress perfectly week after week. The ONLY issue I had was at the start. I made a mistake on my login so it never showed my program. Logged out and logged back in and double check credentials and it worked perfect.

Pretty nice so far. I am going through Simon Ata's Project Calisthenics program. The interface is a little clunky at times. For instance there's a timer that tells you how long to do an exercise for, but it doesn't have an ability to reset to start (for when you take a second or two to click on the how-to clip for the exercise). Missing Cast functionality but can get around that by using full device mirroring. Overall a solid app, just needs a little polish to be perfect.

Day 1 of the At-home Mobility program and I can already tell this is reaching muscle groups that were neglected by the stretches I was doing before. I'm breathing more easily and my torso is more relaxed already. Can't wait to see how I'll feel once I've been doing it for a while! Also, the app is easy to use and I love that the explanation videos are separate from the follow-along movement videos. Money well spent.

Editing my previous review. The Project Calisthenics program is cool and fun, but interacting with certain aspects of the App on Android are a bust. My main gripe is not being able to play/pause, rewind, or fast forward all videos in the program. Also for those of you trying to reset your passwords, ONLY use the MOST RECENT password reset email they send you, otherwise you'll get a blank screen that says FIT! with no indication that your password actually was reset. That was my major issue.

I bought the all access pass in order to download the programs (no internet at home). Every time I try to download it takes me to a page telling me to get all access pass. I've emailed the people who run the app. I was promised assistance, but nothing. I waited weeks for a response and still nothing. I sent another email, and you guessed it, still nothing.

I enjoy the layout of the app, and in general it is good. I wish the rest timers would keep going when you switch away from the app. The big reason it's not a 4 or 5 star is because I have so many issues with the connection. I either have to force stop the app or uninstall and reinstall it, when all my other internet related activities are working just fine. Very frustrating, especially when I'm at the gym waiting for it to load

It's a near perfect app, except when you watch the tutorials for workouts, it resets your volume to middle loud so you have to turn it down every time. That would be a great thing to fix, to just match device audio level. Otherwise, a great app. Highly recommended. I do shred academy 1 & 2.

First session went well enough. It would be nice to have a short equipment list before the session, so you can gather your stuff. Also, it is very slow switching from one to the next exercise. Kinda blows the timing. Reducing my rating by 2 stars. Waiting for the app to advance from exercise to exercise is excruciatingly long and often times out. Pathetic is a word that comes to mind!

Update: Frustrated. I cannot use app due to error messages and partial login issues- somehow, i am and am not logged in so cannot use. I cannot get website to work either. Have uninstalled and reinstalled with no changes. Tech support sends emails apologizing because they are a skeleton crew and it appears it's working on their end. I send them screen shots and photos showing them it is not working and they say they're working on it. They've been working on it since June with no success.
