The amount of times I clear out the app but get a notification that it's still running in the background is ridiculous. i've had to force stop it 5x in the last hour. I clear my apps when they're not in use, this one is the most draining app i've ever seen. STILL HAPPENING. I wont use the app for several days and get constantly notified it's running in the background and have to force close it. it's worse then when i originally posted my review

This is my main fitness app that I use for treadmill workouts/music and for just music for weight lifting. Love the concept, but feels like android is a second class citizen. Buggy, when I switch genres mid workout, every time after when I unlock the phone, it switches the mix. Doesn't keep or have option to keep the screen on. For strength, looking for more standard workouts and not HiiT stuff all the time.

Had this app for a few years and it has progressively gotten worse. The app stops at random times while playing music if my phone screen goes into rest mode. Every time I restart the app I have to relog-in. The app randomly crashes. And the app runs in the background and never closes!!!!!! It constantly drains battery and data when you're not using it! Fix these issues please!

As much as I like the app, lately, technical issues have been arising that's made it frustrating to use. Firstly, mixes will abruptly stop in the middle of class. Additionally, my colleagues and I can no longer open the links we send each other with mixes we've discovered. Neither one of these issues were apparent when we started using the app in 2019.

This app uses 85% of my data, even though I almost always use it in WI-FI!! I always have to "force stop" it yet it seems to still be running and using my data, costing me more than an additional $30 every month in data. Thats $360 a year. I'm uninstalling. Also, I want to be able to rewind and replay songs within a dj mix. I only like a small handful of them in a whole mix so want to replay those, and to make a playlist of only the specific songs I like. Please change the data usage issue!!!!

Tried for 30 days and as a fitness trainer I wanted to love it. However the app is too glitchy. It would randomly stop playing music, when I was finished, hours later, the timer would start buzzing even though I am not using the app, lastly there is no way to go back one song without starting the whole song over. The mixes are great but the app needs improvement.

The music mixes are fine, though I'd like a wider variety of 130 BPM lists for teaching at the gym. The app freezes and crashes a lot, and sometimes even after force closing 2 or 3 times, I end up having to use another music app, which is incredibly frustrating and embarrassing as an instructor. Sometimes the songs are also inappropriate, even though I have the app set to give me only clean mixes.

Love the music! Don't love having to force quit the app or how it tells me I have an incorrect username/password every single time and then lets me log in anyway. This has been an issue for at least 6 months. Other users have noted this as well. Please fix these issues so I can change my rating to 5 stars! The music and coaching is great, and I can accept that I have to stream the music. But having to force quit the app after every workout is really bad.

This app always needs to be "force stopped", even after shutting down/closing/exiting from the app. This has happened on both of the phones that I own. The app will also have moments where the music just randomly stops playing. Super frustrating when your class is in the middle of a grueling workout!!! I've reported this to the app administrators before, but they haven't corrected the issue and don't seem to care about improving it. I only keep it because I can't find these mixes anywhere else

I generally like the app, but there are two large problems. First, the app randomly stops playing or turns itself off. It's one thing if I could pick up where I left off, but it completely loses the playlist and I either have to start it over or, if it's moved on to another playlist, try to find it again or select a new one. Second, playlists randomly disappear from favorites. Sometimes I'm able to find it again, other times it's inexplicably gone from the app. Kinda inexcusable for a paid app

I love this app. the DJ, the way it's categorized. If I were to fix a few things it would be that it could play in the background. For example, everytime I try to record a video, it stops playing in my headphones. also, if my screen locks up, like I have it set to after 30 seconds of inactivity, it stops. This is really inconvenient because I use it at work a lot and don't have time to open my phone every 10 minutes (if I set my timeout to that which causes the battery to die fast) to hit play

Great workout app with amazing coaches who keep me motivated. I like some of the music options, but there aren't enough variety of R&B or urban pop music. Also wish there was a way to listen to my own music while still hearing the coach. And sometimes the app just comes on randomly playing music. It's embarrassing when I'm in public and this happens. Finally the cost is too high. I just canceled my quarterly subscription. You need more affordable rates.

I've been a member since almost the beginning of the App, I love the new features and improvements FitRadio has made. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars it is because honestly I see room of improvement, like the following features: I hope they add the option to loop the videos when doing the workouts to stay motivated; and when finishing one exercise (30 sec, for example) that jumps and plays automatically the next video. I hope they add the same features that has the app into the Desktop browser. Would help a lot for home exercising... One bug that their website has always had is that the volume on the browser does not work properly. Even in the lowest volume setting is pretty high! I hope they fix it. FitBit integration would be IDEAL. PLEASE! Integrate FitRadio to FitBit products! Thanks!

I love the variety, the music and the coaching that gets 5 stars. What I DONT like is the amount of time I waste during my workout to close and restart your app. It doesnt work well when I use other apps at the same time. The music stops and starts up again and then after 5 times of this it just stops. Please, Please, please fix this. I love the app otherwise.

For the past year I haven't had any issues with this app! The music is great! The only feed back I would like to add is since 2021 you have not added any new playlists. On the home page usually under "featured" they have NEW playlists but it has been the same ones for 4 months now. Luckily there are hundreds of other playlists to chose from, they just aren't as new. Overall this is a great app for fit was instructors, gyms, or studios

This is the worst music app I have ever used. 90% of the time I cant view the playlist thats currently playing. I can't control from notification panel. When searching, the dropdown box doesn't go away. And good luck keeping any favorites, they never save. I give this app 1 star. The music on here is great and that's the only reason. The app is basically unusable, which is sad because my students love the playlists. Not worth $20 a month. A middle schooler with chat gpt could build a better app

We use this for F45 classes at my studio. I started paying for the app so I could screen which playlists I want to use for class...and for my own personal workouts. However, now all of a sudden the app is not working at all. It won't fully open. And all this after finally going in for a paid account. Oof. Playlists are decent. A lot repetitive songs, but at least these are "real" playlists, so better than using Spotify. Some of the trainer mixes are amazing!!

I really like the app and when it works it's great. But it is pausing randomly after 30 seconds to a minute on my phone (S7 Edge). Runs without issue on my Sonos and PC. No longer pausing from the phone. This is a different issue now; the coaches frequently freeze. The coaching stops but the music continues. I've had issues with this with different coaching programs. Otherwise, I really enjoy the app and use it on an almost daily basis.

Even with the new update.. Would be nice to be able to skip warmups or repeat intervals on the coaching sessions. If you accidently close app, you must wait for warm ups. Also I may want some extra intervals. no way to go backwards or forwards in the coaching sessions. 5 to 2 stars. this is so annoying.... i can't be the only one fitradio ..... please!! Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come on. Such a simple request!!! Obviously you guys could care less.. I've given this feedback for 6 years now.

app doesn't work...why now? I've had this app for over 7 years and all of a sudden there are a ton of glitches. I pay monthly...so does that mean refund for the amount of times It doesn't work? it's constantly trying to save the new playlist I saved, but in the process...the music stops completely. i can't conduct my training with that going on. cmon now. love the app....but you take my money 🤷🏽♀️
