Lags buggy slow. Product links just open the app on the home page and don't take u to the product. Utterly rubbish. Delivery experience has also now become far worse, despite picking up the order I get messages stating pickup unsuccessful. Poor experience all round.

Impossible to get customer support. They have a chat bot that replies with 'I am facing a technical issue, try again later' everytime you ask her something.. And closes the request.. And whoa. You're back to the start! Very very disappointing. Edit: The exchange request has been canceled, but I have not received a return request. When will the product be picked up?

Very poor customer support. If you get the right product it is good if not there is not enough ways to reach customer support. Next day delivery is just a hoax, they will change the delivery date after the order and order can also not be cancelled. If a ticket is created they will mention that as EDD( what ever that short form mean) is not reached, no support. Better to use other apps

They don't support in return requests. They told me return was cancelled because of incomplete address, well then how did they deliveed in first place. And beware, they don't send what they describe in clothing products. Also for most of the products, they add some or the other charge at the time of payment and not before that so don't go on the prices displayed. Check once at payment page then decide!

I downloaded it as I am expecting twins and placed an order of 11 items and 2-3 items were double in number like massage oil and swaddles. They canceled my paid order and I didn't get any notification regarding the same. I tried to contact customer care service but app didn't direct me to talk to customer care. Their system canceled my order suspecting buying things for commercial purpose and won't allow in future too. Heights of disappointment from this app and going to delete it.

Regarding return products they don't pickup and refund ur money. They don't support in return requests. Recently every single order is getting delayed in shipment and getting delivered 10-15 days late. Most of the products gets cancelled by the app itself. Very frustrating experience since last 2 months. Before that the app was up to date. I loved it. 🥴🥴

I am very dissatisfied with my recent experience with FirstCry. I placed an order for multiple products, but one item was missing. Customer service claimed they had checked and dispatched everything, which is clearly not true. I’m disappointed by the lack of accountability and the poor customer service. It feels misleading to assert that all items were delivered. I recommend that others avoid shopping at FirstCry.

Terrible app, I strongly advise against using it or purchasing anything from here. Every time I place an order, they consistently miss the delivery date. When I cancel the order, they refund me but not the full amount—I never get the platform fee back. If you can't deliver the product, it's only fair that I cancel the order and get a full refund. Improve your application first before charging a platform fee.

Very poor delivery service they just revise the delivery date for which they have shown next day delivery. The product for which I had waited a lot, still it is not delivered and still they are revising delivery date. Worst experience of buying from firstcry. I think Amazon and Flipkart are better than this. I don't know why they are promoting their app so much when they are unable to provide services.

The worst platform I have ever come across.. on this platform there is nothing that is user friendly.. it's like if you have good luck then you may get good of it else everyone suffers. No interface to connect the customer care for informing concerns. The AI chat tool is useless they only shows what is already available in the application.. In terms of timely delivery it is the worst service I ever seen. They really need to work on their supply chain.

I had registered a complaint for non delivery of product. The order was prepaid. my complaint was closed. This is a new type of scam at firstcry. Only One item packed instead of two at time of packing and once packet is delivered, customer is blamed for non delivered item. Beware of shopping on firstcry. Hope no one faces such fraud while shopping at firstcry.

I have ordered a basic product from your app, and it was showing next day delivery. The product was shipped from the same city as my delivery address. But, multiple times, the delivery date was revised. And for customer support, there is only worst AI assistance, which is not at all useful. And for cancellation, you are deducting 50rs. means literally, you are making fruad by first not delivering product and then charging customer for cancellation when a person wants to unblock their money.

The application is slow and often doesn't respond. I encountered difficulty in placing order and submitting product review. It often refresh the page thus you have complete the process multiple times. Suggestion is to make the application more user friendly and responsive to deliver better user experience.

Deceptive Company. When you are browsing products, you see the lowest price. Then, when you click on it to open it, they bump up the price. Then, when you go to the cart, they increase the price further by adding taxes, which you have to pay anyway. So why not show it from the beginning? The app is very slow. Stuffing it with so many categories and services hasn't helped it at all.

Such a hopeless app no way to communicate with the customer service. Their AI tool is ridiculous and the delivery keeps on delaying but no information about when it's getting delivered and there's no one to contact and their AI tool is next to useless. When you want to order something when you really need it on time please don't ever order from this app. Very frustrating experience, I will never order again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform. I found a "Baby Carry Nest Cum Sleeping Bag" listed at ₹399 on Google, but when I clicked to buy it, I was prompted to download the app. Once in the app, the same item was priced at ₹999. For another item, it initially displayed one price, but when I added it to my cart, GST was added at the payment stage. As a result, I ended up paying more than the initially displayed price. This feels very misleading.

pathetic service and hopeless suport absolutely I don't want to buy any product from here. firstly wrong product got delivered, the status of tracking is wrong. returning the item is next to impossible. need to send several photos, videos and multiple calls just to return the product which is wrongly delivered. i would surely do not recommend or make any purchases. getting the support with th FC wiz is very difficult, no options to issues not listed in the menu. horrible shopping experience

Worst app, worst delivery service I have a terrible experience with the delivery system. While placing an order, the app initially showed the delivery date as 16 Oct 2024. After placing the order, the date changed to 18 Oct. Now, on 17 Oct, the app is showing the delivery date as 22 Oct. This constant change in delivery dates is frustrating and unacceptable. They keep pushing the dates without any explanation or proper communication. Worst delivery service I’ve ever encountered. disappointed!

Very bad customer experience. I received a low quality item so I placed a return request on September 4th. Return pick up is cancelled by courier partner. Until now they have not picked up the product or processed a refund. Every couple of days some customer support person on follow up says they have escalated the issue but no next steps. This has been going on for months now. They seem so careless and I guess they are waiting for the customers to forget or just give up. This is ridiculous!
