Horrible!! I linked my card to cash app and transferred $24 to it well they declined the transfer but didn't send my money back to my cash app!!!!!

I opened a account and waited what seemed like forever for my card to finally come then when I get it they wouldn't allow me to activate it bc I had a returned transfer before I even received my card in the mail. So I wrote customer service and was told they didn't know when or if at all if I'd be able to activate my card but that they would ask coworkers then let me know and its now been 5 days with no response and I've been messaging customer service the past 3 days & no reply

Great app. I love the Service offer. The customer service for anybody looking to build their credit. Firstcard is the way to go.

At first I were a bit worried. I needed a credit card that I can use for car rentals. since current build card screwed me over . It arrived before the 12 day mark also the customer service by email is faster than most of the top dogs .zurp was my go to but they went under this will do I'm happy with

This is a great card and app, but they are not up front about the fees involved. It costs money to have the card sent to you and it costs money to transfer cash into your account. My first deposit did not have a fee, but my second deposit cost me money. Was not much but had I known any of this I probably would not have got this card.

DONT EVER USE THIS APP. ITS A SUBSCRIPTION THAT NEVER GOES AWAY FOR A DEBIT CARD YOU CAN NEVER USE. 4.99$/MONTH IS CHARGED 48$ INITIALLY. YOU GET NOTHING. GOOD LUCK TRYING TO UNSUBSCRIBE. YOU WILL SEE Gpay charges going through 'transactions' on this app that have nothing to do with it. Also: even if you have verified gpay with multiple cards, using a mobile app with Gpay will always fail. Fast food, mobile orders ect. Somehow under transactions in this app, they show up! HOW DO YOU CANCEL??

Won't let me sign up keeps saying failed human verification but never gave me one tried several attempts with diff emails then finally it worked and said sorry too many attempts

cant find a way to cancel account even when you follow the prompts in settings. total nonsense. and it won't let me remove my debit card because of the subscription.

I have been trying to get a card for the longest time,it took forever to review my application, and after I was approved I haven't been able to even choose between a physical card or just a virtual one. The next screen that pops up says they need to review my application.
