I'm not sure what's going on I never had any problems with the app but now all it does is give me problems. I hate that too because I used it every day. Please fix the problem

Been with this bank half my life and have not been disapointed. Mobile deposit works well, as well as Debit card usage notifications.

love this app! Because of the hours i work its real hard for me to get to the bank but this app more than makes up for it. i can do anything that i need to 24/7. just love it!!!!

This app used to be great, but now ed stone I open it and try to put in my password, it freezes. It's useless. I have to go online to the actual website to check my account.

This app is down more than it's working, majority of the time you try to log in it says it is experiencing technical difficulties.

This app is very helpful an easy to operate. My only issue would be that, since the last update I am getting messages that this app is draining my battery.

Their Nice people,but as far as their app design has much to be Desired,for instance on my mountain America CU mobile app! U shud Ck,It Out! First Bank, you hav ben arnd, since 1901 Admirable but like you guys don't even know what EXTURNAL ACCOUNT is on the app & don't have that to offer to some of us that are w/ more financial outfits then we Need to be, to be Able to transfer 💰 from one to the other, like I (have TOO) Cause iam in Ok, & the TRK PMNT is in New Mexico! So

Fast and easy mobile banking..Transfers show up instantly !! Like being able to control my own debit card if needed.. turn it off and on .. no problem !!!!

Removed my finger print login, won't accept my user name or password, won't allow me to reset it either. I haven't been able to use this in probably two weeks.

This app was great at first,but now it say it cant be opened on rooted or jailbroken devices. I am using the same device I was using when i installed it. Not rooted or jail broken. Its ridiculous. Now we have to go to the actual site.

This used to be amazing. But now Everytime I try to open it it tells me I have "Android debugging on" or ",USB bridging" and tells me to turn it off but I have neither of those on my phone and have searched extensively to find it. It's ridiculous.

Mobile deposit is soooo picky and overly complicated. Could be easily simplified. Can't transfer funds easily either. Mobile apps aren't supposed to be stressful.

Having to kill a card brought up old information to the account. It shouldn't have. Caused a lot of problems trying to sign in etc. and apparently it's easily hacked. But I don't have many options.

I loved this app until recently 😢. All of the sudden it wouldn't let me sign in with my fingerprint. I reinstalled it, try to set it up again. It takes me to the page to turn fingerprints on and stalls! It will buffer and never finish so I'm back to entering my password manually everytime. Very, very, VERY! disappointed.

I have tried & tried to get Zelle to work through this app to no avail. Yes, I have contacted the bank!!! Notifications of transactions/deposits are extremely delayed. Seriously, getting ready to change banks!!!

It works fine most of the time, but sometimes won't let me sign in promptly. It also signs you out too quickly 'for inactivity'. It does it if I switch to my calculator app to figure out how much funds I'll have after to bill paying, for example. It takes just a few seconds, but it sometimes signs me out. Since it does that, there should be a quicker way to sign in (it goes through the whole process & takes a bit of time, as if I never opened the app), like a PIN, as on my other banking app.
