I love having my banking at my fingertips however it would be better if the option to transfer between other banks were available.

Working great so far. Great to have fingerprint login and mobile check deposit. First palmetto customer service is second to none.

Good app but mobile banking could be better. Sometimes you have to press use button three times, times out quick, and does not auto capture check.

if you are used to a major Banks website this bank is not for you. limited features make it seem like a dot matrix printer versus today's high-speed printers. love the bank and the tellers but this app and their online banking is like using an abacus.

Case sensitive username, low on features. I know just a small local bank but how about check out some other bank's apps and get to upgrading. Could really use a pattern unlock feature as substitute for password.

This app is very frustrating. I can hardly if ever use it. It was says something about technical difficulties every time i try to log in or use the instant balance. i hate having to drive across town to go to a atm just to check my balance. please do something to your app or system.

The old app was great for me...ever since the new update this past week, I've had nothing but problems. At first it showed I had no account so I called and that was quickly rectified, worked great for about a day. Today I can't even get signed into my app. I can see my balance, but it says my fingerprint isn't correct and that my account may be restricted! I love my bank, but this app needs to work properly and soon! ***Update***It is working properly again and I think it's good for now! 5 ⭐
