It takes me three times to long into the app. Saying error codes. And all my purchases records have the wrong logos . For example will show the Amazon app logo for a gas station purchase. And so on.

Decent enough app. It looks much better than apps from most small banks. I just wish it didn't take so long to sync the data when opening it up.

Works fine....when it works. Usually I open it up only for it to be as good as an image. Nothing responds, can't click any buttons, much less click/type in my password.

Update: if using lux, you need to "enable alternative overlay" in the lux settings. Then this app works. Freezes on load on fully updated Verizon S10. Embarrassing. Can't do anything, let alone login.

App doesn't work. On the lucky chance that you're even able to log in to your account, you get nothing but error messages when trying to do anything like transfer money or deposit a check. At this point, it's worthless.

This was a great app--easier than my other banks--until the recent merger. I don't know what clowns you hired to redesign an app that wasn't broken, but now I have constant trouble logging in, am forced to wait for an autocapture that will not work, have to write FOR FFB MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY which is hilarious when it keeps giving me errors--will M&T take it now? And after finally getting one in, it says I've reached my limit--one $90 check! I've def reached my limit and will move my $100k back.

At first we werent happy with all the changes, but now as we become familiar with how things work, very happy indeed! A year and a half later...still using this app, appreciate the changes made and the fact that, when I choose, I can SEE what I type for my password! Thanks FFB!

Glitchy app and even glitchier website. Doesn't instill a lot of confidence that this bank will keep your money safe. The desktop site has been down for days (when you try to sign in to a personal banking account). I'll probably switch to a different internet bank, this one is just too much hassle. (I've been with ffb for a few years.)

Constantly freezing, lagging-not a good look for a first time user... Update: Why is the rate going gradually? It was 1% before, then .75% now it's going to be .60%??? If it goes lower I'll get out Update: App doesn't work, everytime you create a new password, the whole system forgets it thirty minutes later and you have to make a new password. Please fix

It used to work fine until about 8 months ago or so and now it claims my device is rooted. I've never rooted my phone its completely stock. I have since downloaded root checker apps and they always say it isnt rooted. So suddenly I can't use the app. Fantastic. Please fix this or let me know how to get around this. My device is not nor has ever been rooted!

This app is garbage. It appears to be a freemium product. I just want to look in the app to see my balance, not have to do math to see what I actually have available. There is a lot of bloat and what appears to be several sponsored features that cannot be removed. I am seriously considering transfering to another bank.

Could be much better. App doesn't show you any details of your accounts (e.g. account #, routing #, APY %, interest earned YTD, etc) that other bank Apps do. Transfers are also dependent on banks you've added and "verified" online and not in the app. as the App doesn't allow you do to do as it lacks that functionality. Overall, an ok App that has a lot of room for improvements, but ok so far with some functionality regarding deposits.

This app has just to many issues. first problem is the Deposit check feature where you take a picture of both sides of check really sucks. It always says it can't read what it says when its clearly fine. It needs to be fixed. Another problem is the login is glitchy as hell and doesn't work sometimes. The two things I like about this app is the login with fingerprint & the view balance quickly feature.

The kind folks at first foundation Bank they are so helpful. In the app first foundation Bank mobile, keeps me informed, and if I see any problem they go out of their way to clarify any transaction in question. I just love this Bank, they are on the ball. And the great big thank you sincerely "Matthew"

Works fine sometimes, but every once and a while the app randomly stops recognizing my password, saying that there are technical issues. Usually after a few days the problem goes away without doing anything, but it's extremely disconcerting that I periodically cannot access my online banking account.

External transfer page is blank. Useless. How can I transfer funds into my account? It's been a year and many updates, too. Brilliant Bank is much better.

This is an easy to use app with well thought out design for easy navigation and task completion. I especially like the ability to make deposits and send money to my sons with Zelle.

Love the app, love the website, love the bank. So far I had nothing but joy dealing with them. From setting up the accounts, transferring money, contacting customer service, using the app to deposit checks, the bill paying function, not to mention the % rate on my savings. I honestly couldn't ask for one thing they could have done better. I have tried numerous other banks, and they all drove me crazy one way or another. This one is heaven on earth.
