WORST CASINO APP .I was sent a $10 promotion for fire keepers so I downloaded the app and I put money on for a few days and played ( of course didn't win 1cent) however I never recieved my promotional offer. I contacted them 6 separate times about this, and they NEVER fixed the issue. customer service is a waste of time. I play Fanatics, betgm, golden nugget, draft kings and ceasers. This is the only app. that I have had these experiences and was only offered $10 when the others give $50-$100

it was ok before, but the new update has removed the only good games available. I'm also disappointed in the promotions. I will stick to other online casino games. not impressed.

I have had a horrible experience of playing online and trying to get my money back so I can play or at least withdraw it they are changing the system and it still isn't right I have been playing for a while over a year and now I'm unable to play at all because I cannot get in I have made 6 phone calls since June 30th and received not one call back

of all thr casinos this one hands down is my favorite! They are legit and honestly the only casino that doesnt boot ya when you get a hot game i appreciate that more than you know! Yes I recommend this app above others!!

if I could give negative stars I would. put 10 dollars on and the app instantly started acting up and couldn't verify my location location, won't let me log in. and the games felt rigged. complete junk, I want my money back. can't even spend the rest on my account because it won't let log back in

when I first downloaded this app last spring, I won a LOT of money, spent a lot too tho. then the algorithms caught up to me and I hardly win now. to make this app worse, they so-called updated(more like a down grade) the app and took over half the games off! AND the one game left I love to play, they changed it so I can no longer stop the spin when I want to like I could before. I'm deleting this app now.

one of the worst online casinos out there they dont even try to hide there cheating every single bonus ive ever had on the casino randomly starts lagging to control the bonuses guaranteeing nothing hits tried to contact the casino multiple times but never get a response as to why every bonus spins irregular ive had symbols change after reels stop ive had bonus symbols disappear its the same exact play everytime exactly the same and its so obvious they control the wins

Putting $10 on this app ended up costing me over $100! They pulled the the ten THREE times which cost me 2 overdraft fees with my bank AND they charged me $25 TWICE that I did not deposit. I also ended up being charged non-sufficient fun fees for those two charges. I've reached out to FireKeepers casino three times now and no one can tell me what's going on. They only see the first $10 on their end. What a RIP OFF. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Slow payout and limited options for payout. They say 3 to 5 days for payout. This is pretty normal across the board but I have never seen it take that long. My payout has not moved status in 3 days. I contact Customer Support and they cannot give ANY information, useless CS. Payouts do not let you payout to bank you have to go through a 3rd party which takes even longer. Slot games are also super limited, they have maybe 30. As soon as I get my payout deleting app and never looking back.

Firekeepers online casino games are very good, in that they don't freeze up and the gaming experience is better than most. However, I can honestly say without a doubt that Firekeepers online casino payout system is the worst of all. They require a photo copy of the player's debit or credit card, voided check and recent bank statement, there payout process is not user friendly and it takes 3-5 days to get your winnings. When I said I would no longer be playing, they didn't seem to care.

Terrible Sportsbooks. I've used several others and this is by far the worst. I have waited 5 days for a payout and it still has not arrived. There is no way to get a fast payout with this book. The interface and betting options are pretty poor also. Don't waste your time if you don't have to. Customer Service was a mess as well. They'll take your money just fine, but when you try to withdraw they need 4 documents and your mother's pinky toe. Good luck

Really only good if you play straights on O/U and spreads. SGP parlays are limited, a severe lack of player props, and missing events. But the biggest issues to me are withdrawals. Setting up takes forever. The app is not user-friendly in explaining what documents they need. Quick payout to debit is not an option. Last thing is the app is just the desktop form wrapped in an app. Cheap. Editing to add that i keep getting emails to provide documents I've already submitted.

The new app is awful. The sign in is difficult with additional verifications having to go to different screens to obtain codes. The system is continuously glitching and freezing. It takes a while to even get on to a game and there is no longer a demo play to see if you even want to use the game. I am removing the app and will not continue to play with Firekeepers.
