I really enjoy the game play and story. Game is a little frustrating once you finish the current levels available. There is a best of the best competition, which is awesome because you can keep playing, but you earn story energy at a very reduced rate, making completing some challenges a lot more difficult.

If you already play, then you know, but if you're thinking about playing to relax, have fun and keep your problem solving skills sharp, then don't take up space in your phone by installing. This game has been so frustrating. You can't fill orders or missions with the allotted time, amount of coins or energy that they make impossible to get, unless you spend a lot of $$ to purchase coins, explosives and tickets to speed up production to meet their outrageous requirements to move ahead!!!

I enjoyed the game until this last update. The timeframe to complete each item was changed and is ridiculous! To get the daily reward I have to produce 23 veneer. However each one is 150 minutes to complete. There isn't enough time in a day to actually be able to complete that. To make sorbet it's 7.5 hours to finish one! This game was nice even though I've been caught up for forever. But changing the time to complete an item to these amounts is horrible and not fun.

Fiona's Farm is a good challenging puzzle game. But not as much of a "free" game as you'd think. I get it, they lure you in with play for free, ad-free, no special funds or wifi needed... all that is the lure. By now we know it's a lure & to just try out something or read the reviews. ;) In summary, this game is ok, quests, challenges, & different puzzles to build energy & coins. It will keep you busy. But in the long run, they created it for profit, so you'll need to buy game items.

Update: Got to level 700 or so before it became hard enough to be frustrating instead of fun. Also, too much BS foraging! It's a match game and story with a "farm" as a minor, unessential element. Uninstall is inevitable. So far it's pretty great. They actually put some effort into the story! Response to dev: I can't use any in-game buttons or contact you that way because it starts out frozen and nothing works at all!

I was going to give 5 stars couple days ago but longer I play the game is getting more frustrating and impossible to enjoy. The huge problem is energy. Playing puzzle game at higher level is worthless, for 5 "lives" you don't pass any, then you can't do anything until lives fill up then again for 5 tries you may pass one if you're lucky. There's no other way to win/gain lives for puzzles to get energy to move forward. First levels were great, relaxing, higher levels are not! Won't play anymore

For those who want to whine about the difficulty, what do you expect?? The game is going to get more challenging as it goes along. One can choose to wait till the lives/chances refill which involves patience, or spend energy or $$ to do so to move ahead. I just wait. The support has been great when I have any issues. The story line keeps it from becoming boring. I would like to be able to opt out of the holiday stuff & the daily challenge does have some glitches. Otherwise, an enjoyable game.

This game has a fast paced story line which I like because it gets to the point without delaying. Best of all, pay to win isn't needed for this game! My only complaint is the quests have to be done in the exact order they tell you, instead of a list of tasks to be completed before advancing forward in the game. It's a match 2 or more puzzle play type, click on the tiles instead of moving them which allows for faster puzzle solving. However, that means the puzzles are less challenging.

It continues to freeze up. Unable to play. I can not get to support button. It wants me to set explosives. It shows where to set them. I put them there, them I get the message its lovely and tidy, without wasting energy. And it freezes. It never actually clears the spot. I have to close and restart. Same.... I sent screenshot in email

Love the game wish there was more lives lol. lately thus gane has been awful! i finish a level only to be booted out if game(error message...Fionas farm app has stopped, open app again) along those lines then when u go back in the game it goes back to the level i just won! super annoying! it happens while you are in level too and other times during play

I really liked it before the update now the whole game has changed and I lost everything. I don't like that I basically have to restart everything all over again and I liked the storyline and getting to put things where i wanted especially my crops i also liked how planting and harvesting worked before the update. I was on a really high level too and now I'm back at square one.

Update - disappointed. This game used to be fun until they rebooted the game with an update, and had to start all over again. They intentionally give less moves, so you are dependent on boosters to help you pass the level. When I can't pass a level after an hour of free play time, there's something wrong. Not only has this game become a money pit, but it eats your energy on frivolous tasks. Sorry to say, but I will not be keeping this game much longer.

Loved the game, but today's update reset the entire game. I was in the middle of the story to the point where she found her dad and was trying to make him remember her. I would have loved continuing that story. This new stuff could have been additional after the main story or a side story. You guys totally changed it and reset my level I was almost to level 2000. Now I have to go through the tutorial again that part should be an option I mean most of us can figure out the rules to the puzzles.

This is my response to the developers.... I tried contacting you directly in the game BEFORE writing my review. Everytime I tried a all black or white screen popped up then the game would restart. You have a good game and I like the story line. It just seems you have too many good ideas causing the game to overload, glitch or not work properly. Currently, I can't play any games because of this problem. I like this game and will wait until your next update to see if this problem is resolved.

Playing for about a week great cause no ids but when the you get to the gain things when you complete a level with no mistakes get gain up to three things. Great expect when I get all three at times I now have my home screen and the game shuts off ALWAYS AT THE 3. Almost always at a hard or SUPER hard! I love this game but if it continues I will stop playing!!!

Good game. No ads, which is wonderful. The latest upgrade made some changes which I am getting used to and like most of them. But now it does not have as many levels. I am already in Best of the Best which I don't enjoy as we don't get energy from these levels. Pretty soon, I will run out of resources as well. That will pretty much leave me with puzzles only. I wish that will change, allow us to continue earning energy so I can continue the map quest.

In response to the reply from the developer, I contacted the them twice via in game support before review with zero resolution. Contacting them as they request is for appearances, not for a resolution. My rating doesn't change. I've been playing a long time, was loving it, and was in the 2k level range until they decided to wipe EVERYONE'S progress. Now when you get to level 500 they stop your ability to earn energy which is how you complete tasks in the game. Uninstalling if this isn't fixed.

Not only is the game stingy with energy but it is also throttled. You can only gain back a whopping 15 energy for each puzzle game you beat. You are directed where to spend that energy. My crystal tells me the point of diminishing returns comes up pretty fast. If you just want to tap where you're supposed to, by all means keep playing. If you want to put some thought into strategy, pick a different game.

Puzzle difficulty rapidly increases to the point power-ups are practically required to complete a puzzle in the allotted moves. And it's hard to justify using the power-ups to progress past a particular puzzle when I know the next one will be just as bad. It would be fun if there were more varied difficulties. I've barely begun the story, and I'm already at the point where every time I run out of energy I dread the next puzzle. Unfortunately, I'm uninstalling.

Loved this game and played every day since it originally launched. Gave the new version a go but it's just not fun anymore. Not only the lack of levels, but events that require spending energy when there is absolutely no way to gain it is just poor design. Also the super color ball makes the levels way too easy, but if you lose one time you lose it and the levels become too difficult. I spent all my time in game stressed about losing. Contacted support in game, just boilerplate response.
