I am trying to contact the support but it always crushes and when I am trying to delete my account they don't let me do that so they can charge me for no using my card. Unacceptable.

The app works pretty nice. I enjoy using it. If you could improve Multi-Account-Handling, that would be great. Frequent De- & Recoupling if the app from/to different accounts is a pita...

i dont recommend this bank they will hold your money for looong time without a clear reason now i have 1500 euro in hold for more than 40 days ،they told me its already escalated to the manager but nothing hapened , if its a real bank they will never hold my money for this period so now im concerned about scam ,

My experience with Finom Bank was disappointing. They requested sensitive information upfront, had a lengthy and unclear process, and even asked for a business plan, which was unnecessary for a basic account. It was a frustrating and time-consuming experience, and I wouldn't recommend them. (They are fals in their reply. I withdrew my application and was not rejected)

Once you've figured it out, it's quite easy to use (I had a wee bit of trouble finding my way around the app in the beginning), the finom team is really fast at replying to questions, and very friendly (replies tend to be sent back within the hour, if not 30 minutes, whereas my other banks take AN ENTIRE WEEK and sometimes never even reply). I love that I can choose the time periods within a single bank statement (I'm used to having to download one statement per month elsewhere). Very satisfied

Very User friendly and simple to use. Saves a lot of time. Great App Customer service is horrific, rude and incompetent!!! I haven't received an answer even after 5 weeks upon opening a ticket with them. Very poor!

Was working fine till they added this extreemly annoying Fingerprint option which you cannot turn off in the App, it also appears to crash the App just before that fingerprint screen pops up and the only way to get the App working again is to reinstall it.. unfortunately Customer Service could offer nothing to fix this yet.. please test updates out in the future before making them live, at the very least allow a rollback to a functional version.

Extremely sorted UX - user experience! Based on the principle of having widgets providing different functions on a dashboard. Similar to the org tool Jira which is used to make complex things manageable. Also the menus and the help system seem to be very well thought out. All this goes side by side with the web interface in the same smooth fashion.

Great app, look, feel and features are nice. Bothers me a bit to much with notifications about adding it to Google Wallet. Even with most notifications disabled. If this would stop it would be a perfect app. One feature I am missing, I would like to add payment reasson to the contacts and not have to enter it every time.

Good digital bank for solo entrepreneurs. It is good experience to use it for me. It is correspond my needs; to edit invoices, contact with support, get money from my costumers, withdrawal money and good interface etc. Thanks.

Easy to open account but impossible to reach out to support, they never reply to msgs, no email, no phone to help you, I have screen shot that each msg I sent I got a reply after 24 hours and the reply was a question, give me an email or phone number I can reach out to

It's the worst bank online that I have seen, I opened a business account with them and then they blocked my account for 10 days for "checking" after I get payments from my clients, my business was stopped because of them, customer support it's very bad also and they are taking long time to respond !! I don't recommend this bank at all for people who have an active business and they are receiving many transactions online.

New bug: I amend a client address on an invoice and the app changes MY address back to a previous one. I go to settings, address correct, back to invoice, address incorrect. There's no way for me to make the address correct. Another new bug: app keeps shutting down suddenly when in the middle of something. Bug existing since I first used it 3 years ago: invoice name cursor pops to the end in the middle of writing and keeps trying to change the date.
