The app is now worthless. Already had to create a new account bc it would never let me log into the existing account I had. But now I can't even log into that one. I get an error message whenever I try to reset the password. Let's not even bring up the connection error message I get, like a countless number of ppl have already complained about. If I could leave 0 stars for this app, I would.

I have no clue what changed, but I love it! The app and the website are both working smoothly now. I've already made 2 purchases and plan to make more. My first purchased items came within a week. I am beyond happy! What's changed: no "error" message when adding items to cart, cart doesn't refresh, no "error" message when trying to place an order, items are filtered properly.

Very disappointed with the inability to monitor the Exclusive access. I have tried to secure a pair but not been able too. I'm either left in a waiting room or kicked out the app. I see people securing multiple pairs when I thought it was only one per customer. Also, if seen the same people hit on Exclusive access not once but two times for the same shoe. FinishLine needs to give Exclusive access to only the amount of pairs available for the decided location. Only one pair per customer!

There are obvious issues during popular drops, but you guys need to really look into the app sign-in changes you've recently made. The "handshake" process you've tried to implement simply isn't working like you think it is. The login credentials are not handing off from the mobile web pop-up back to the app...in fact, they are even breaking things with the cookies in our browser for logging in. Still random login issues months later. Why is something as simple as logging in so unreliable?

I love the idea of the Satus selection process for sneaker drops, however, the overall app function and reliability are very poor. With the slightest bit of traffic the app seems to repeatedly freeze and for some reason when I'm selected to purchase an upcoming drop the app forces me to repeatedly attempt to sign in due to error messages. Love the brand, hate the app.

Glitchiest app I have! Constantly requires re-sign in, and sometimes won't allow sign in at all. Impossible to get on during releases. Only good thing is getting on raffles for Jordan, when they're offered. Update: it's getting worst. Constantly have to delete and re-install, it requires re-sign in every time, and half the time it just sits after completing sign in. Seriously, their app have gotten worse every day, for like 3 months straight. App no longer opens!

Rating would be a Zero stars. Since I was forced to upgrade my app to be run using Google Play, nothing happens. I can no longer access my reservations for the shoes dropping for the week. When I click on the app, a box appears and quickly disappears back to the "INSTALLED" button on the screen. This site is terrible to try dealing with now. Your IT people need to get on their job and repair this ASAP!

Really disappointed with this app. I received a notification that i had exclusive access for the Jordan 1 lost n found. When i clicked on the notification it took me straight to the access page. I really thought i had a chance at getting a pair, but the app froze and when i closed it. It wouldn't load at all. Really sad i missed this pair. Hope there is a fix for the near future.

My first time experiencing this app is horrible. The consistent glitching is terrible can't even get nothing in my cart the way it glitch, and take everything from you before your even done shopping. Then having to put multiple items back in your cart only for it to be there the whole time. But when you try to take off multiple of the same items you can't because it's constantly telling you system error. Tried refreshing it still does the same thing!

Terrible app, always deletes the favorites I picked, had to go through and do it again. Deletes items out of your cart even while you're still browsing, and not bc its sold out. Tried making purchases and always get a "connection failure" or some other random message as to why I can't complete checkout. Also they say free shipping for status members, well I signed up and have had to pay shipping on the 2 orders I was able to process. Too frustrating to even operate, deleting.

I've normally had no issues with the app, except the random logout it does, which is annoying but not the end of the world. But since early Feb, the app is damn near unusable. You can't look at the STATUS section without the app freaking out and shutting down. Even in-app messages that pertain to STATUS can make the app flip out. I've been expanding my shopping options with multiple sneaker shops, but I'll be forced to just stop messing with FL in this stays how it is.

I been having trouble switching to "Release" section of the app, after pressing/clicking the "Release" tab, it would just show buffer for a quick seconds then ultimately close the app. I'm not sure what is going on. I have an android phone, software is newly upgraded just incase, it is also the same as JdSport app. same situation. Please, fix this problem or it's useless...

Unable to view shopping cart items to purchase. I have had the app for a while. Everything else works in the app but the shopping cart. I am unable to purchase any items in the shopping cart- it gives an error message. This is a fast and convenient way to do business, so this company needs to get on it or you are going to lose alot of business!!!!!!! The customer service lady didnt seem to know what to do and I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same issues as before. Horrible app!!!!!!!!!!!!

The app is useless....that one thing that makes it possible to search almost properly on the site with flexibility is missing. Note: I havent updated in a long time but using in that state might be indication of how useful it is. Verdict: if you don't have a PC, this app suffices since it looks like you navigate to order what you need. Not worth in my opinion.

This app is straight trash! So many issues trying to sign in, and when I'm finally able to sign in to shop app crashes. I was just on the app a few minutes before updating this review, and I had a few items in my cart. Tried to remove some but I couldn't. Once again I had to uninstall and reinstall, so annoyed with the 🤬 app. This app isn't user friendly.

The app doesn't work. A "Connection Issue" prompt occurs consistently. I am absolutely certain that my network does not have any connection issues. This problem has persisted for close to two months. According to other posts, others are experiencing the same issue. I have a Samsung S9 phone that utilizes an Android OS. Perhaps, the app's compatibility with with the Android OS is the issue.

This is potentially the worst experience I've ever had with an app. Impossible to sign in, every time there's a "drop" you're logged out and then get a connection error or an access denied message. Can't even check the available items without seeing a "an error has occured" message. The app has constant crashes as well. Same goes for the website but at least you can buy something there.

App is garbage! Glitchy. Crashes all the time & I've literally had to sign-in repeatedly and every item that I saved as a favorite just disappeared EVERYTIME! & Now it's telling me that I need to update the version of the app when it's already updated to the latest version. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the sales but besides that it's awful!

The app keeps logging me out. The stuff in my cart disappeared after signing back in. then when I attempted to check out the pop-up screen where it takes you to the next page was glitching and wouldn't check me out. Then I get a random message on the screen saying my card declined when I didn't even enter my card information yet. I am hesitant to order from the app because I don't wanna be double charged. With all these glitches I don't trust the app.

I ordered and paid for seven items from the Finish Line app. The items were sent to me from different locations, which I assume were sent from different Finish Line stores. Unfortunately, I only received five of my seven items. I contacted Finish Line via email and the app but never received any communication, refund, or explanation about my missing items. There's definitely some quality control issues in their online ordering, tracking, and customer service.
