Upon downloading it it says 1 time fee of 12.99 and it has continued to take money from my account and I want it to stop! If you uninstall the app it still will take your money. Please help!

Its a very accurate App! My husband and I both use it. Apparently there are more women than just myself sharing locations! I can only locate my husband. It would be interesting to know who the other women are, can anyone inform me of who's using my app??

Logs me out will not log me again. I'll update this as I had a lovely person Yana help me out. I still don't understand why it made me a blank profile when I logged in with my number and that she got ot fixes some how so thank you again. I'll update my rating as it's a great ap for keeping in touch with family across the world 🌎

This app has a lot of bugs. I made several complaints to support. I made over three requests for them to cancel my subscription. They sent me an email saying that they don't see my subscription LMAO. My email is my name so it's kind of impossible to not know what card is being charged. They are charging me $21.76 they now owe me $65.28 I made two requests before they took my money just now today I want my money back and I will be contacting the better Business bureau

Edit: It was fixed and I got refunded thanks for resolving the issue. Beware of scam. I got the premium in application and it was useless as it didn't show the location of phone. There is no unsubscribe button in application and it only said 7 days of premium membership but after 3 days it took huge amount more than 20$ from my card. Made a refund request there is nothing so far.

Terrible support team. I bought this app back in 2015 as Premium Lifetime. Means I have full access for life. Just started using again but can't remember password. Tried the forgot password option but never sends me anything. Yes, I checked spam to. Spoke to support but nothing they said helps. They then decided to ignore my emails rather then help. Disgusting support Behaviour. The same support asking me if my issue was fixed and to email them again.. How ironic... How about you guys email me!!

Needed Android & IOS compatable app. Tested a few, thought I liked this one enough to buy Premium. Set up was awkward, each phone has a unique family. Help files are bare bones and not helpful. Then, it stopped working, just stopped tracking everyone. No one changed any settings and again No Help Files, so I dont know why. I just wasted my money.

No longer able to edit, or add zones. Only auto replies when reported. With how much we paid for the family version one would think it would actually do what its suppose to. Unable to get ahold of a live person regarding refund since the issue still hasn't been fixed after waiting patiently for several months. Save your money. Let my buyers remorse be your saving grace. Edited 2 add able to create zones again finally after more than 6 months. Now all users are unable to receive notifications.

Not actually free as described. In response to developer: It's not free if the app blocks you from doing anything with an unclosable pop-up that makes you agree to either a weekly or monthly charge with no option to decline or close. Just because you can cancel the membership later on does not make it free to use. And from what I've read on other reviews, you're still charging despite canceling memberships.

Don't waste your money...if you want to set zones this app doesn't allow it!!! It will give you an error message, so don't waste your time with this app. It is ALWAYS messing up. I have notified the developers of this problem several times with NO LUCK!!! They sent me an email stating the following "Hello Thank you for contacting Sygic. We appreciate your report about this particular problem. It was submitted to our developers for future correction, which will probably require an app update."

I've purchased the premium version hoping to get more out of the app and I dont get accurate locations. It doesnt show the history like it claims too. It'll say you're in one place but you're actually somewhere else. please fix all the bugs and have more frequent updates especially for the individuals who have purchased the premium version. Update the app once in a while. it's been a year since the last update. Fix all the bugs.

When it works it's good, however, the location updates are terrible. Tracking almost always has a question mark on it. At this very moment one child was last updated 13 hours ago and the other a day ago. I have the paid version. Norton family parental control actually works better, but if this tracker would actually work the way it's supposed to it would be better. Basically, if you want accuracy your kids have to keep hitting the app to update it.

Working (not so) great. Time to update comments from 5 star to 1. Why does this app always run in the background? Even while my phone is sleeping and on data only and no GPS, this app will start up and run. I'm the Admin of this app. The problem is that it sucks down the phone battery in just a couple of hours! When I go to settings and stop the app, it just starts up again after a minute or two. Bottom line is if you don't require it, you should be able to STOP IT and it should STAY STOPPED!

I thought I was going crazy until I read the other reviews and see other people are having the same issue. The app doesn't work. Also they said to go to the play store and go to the menu etc to cancel the membership and that doesn't work. I'm Uninstalling the app but I'm having an issue about canceling the auto payments. This socks! If I could give them no stars I would

I fgured out how to get the free version to work(just back arrow out of the ads to buy premium). I like the app a lot. I use the free features. My only complaint is that Premium is way too expensive. It seems that it is far too overpriced. I think that if you lowered the monthly&weekly prices & offered an affordable discounted yearly option- a LOT more people would buy it (& you would probably make more revenue). It's just too expensive. But I'd probably purchase the premium if I could, I 👍 it

Customer service is horrible and useless. This is app is horrible. You can use googles phone location for all your phones, for free. This app is a scam. Don't know why anyone would download this when you can have the exact same service for free with Google find my phone. Which tracks where the phone exact location is and every location it's been. I would have given it a 0 star if I could. Way over priced. Ripping people off.
