App has become unusable. I literally cannot convert any files as of late. Nothing. All it does it give me error messages. I can't convert anything into Epub format at all. Fix please.

Failed to do task as promised. When downloaded, didn't convert, was file type I was trying to convert from, not to. Time before that, failed to download file at all...! 👎👎👎

I really loveed this app until the most recent update.Now I am limited severely to how many files I can convert a day before it asked me to get a premium account. Unfortunately when I try to click the link for a premium account it does nothing..

The app was excellent at the start, but few updates ruined it. The app developers are sleeping, no updates since a long time. Needs lots of work to fix it and improvements. kindly bring more updates.

***** Updated Review 2021 ***** Still 5 stars from me, many years been using this and saved me hassle going to various websites to convert .mobi books. (Would like to choose a destination folder when downloading if possible) Also I would like to donate as I feel I owe you a drink as this app has always been free without adverts in ya face like others out there

It said that I had to give the app permission to view my files. And so then I gave the app the permission manually but when I went back to the app it still said that the permission was still needed. I tried closing it and reopening it but it kept on saying that the permission was still needed to convert the files that I have on my phone. Please fix this.

UPDATE: After developer reply, I have now found the download folder. Also discovered the answer was in the FAQ (3 lines upper left) I had been looking for that info in "settings" (lower right corner) I didn't search hard enough..... Where are the converted books? Seems to be no way to save the download to a local folder (error says "not supported" if you try to "share" to a folder using a file manager)

So for now it's officially broken. Used to be the best converter app. Doesn't do sheet now. It's allways asking for permissions to be allowed manually, even tho all permissions are granted to this app. Clearing cache and data doesn't work. Interesting.

Do not waste your time by downloading this app. Firts, full of ads. Second, background uploading available but background downloading is not. Third, not user friendly and is very confusing interface. Forth and most important, it is clear that the developers are not interested in serving better experience but only interested in making money by showing ads. Their mentality would be clear if you use this app. Thank you.

Converted a PDF to DOCx , the app shows it converting and completes the conversion but it doesn't show in my mobile phone anywhere in File Manager or in this apps folder .. where are the files getting saved in the device ? On searching with the same file name only the original one shows up not the ones this app converted...

Very resourceful, helped me understand an extremely rare file type, the app gave a very detailed diagnosis of the file and what it contained. Due to complex file nature, it was unable to convert but did enough extraction to know what it contained (filetype.db) Great app highly recommended, tell a friend too!

seriously slow! It takes me more than an hour just to convert an mp4 to a gif; use the website as it is much more faster. However you cannot deny the fact, that the quality is good; and that it self is the only reason I kept the app, and gave it 3 stars...

After trying for months and too many apps, this 1 finally was able to get the files done. I nearly gave up all hope when I came across this app. Only issue was it keeps signing me out and ended up charging me 2 accounts. Thank you.

I am extremely grateful for my persistent in searching for the converter I needed, because I ended up finding the one. I tried many before and thought, "what time wasting effort I made installing them". Now they are all deleted! This app is perfect! Try it!

had some issues today saving a file to a phone id recently installed this on. went to open a local file to be sure local storage permission was enabled, which solved my issue- in case anyone has similar trouble. otherwise, surprisingly helpful littleapp for, among other things (i only did the following), saving web page data & text to various formats. thanks so much!

One star is still too generous. Doesn't work. Try to select a file, keeps showing pop-up message to manually enable permissions. File permission IS enabled in Settings but pop-up persists, even after device restart. How can you convert if you can't even select a file? Waste of time and data downloading. Uninstalled.

It's pretty good. Sadly it does need a few quality of life improvements. For example the back button on the phone closes the app instead of moving a menu back. You can only select a single file for conversion at a time instead of multiple like on their website. Not sure where the app saves the downloads but they won't show up in my recent files in my gallery and other apps so I have to use the share button inside the app to easily share it.

As a book Blogger this app has been great. It means I can convert e-arcs from authors so I can read on my Kindle. However, sometimes when convert the file name changes to a number. It doesn't do it all the time. I don't know if it's maybe a glitch. But apart from that. It's a useful app.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Had the app for a day and haven't had any progress. And after reading the reviews im ready to uninstall. It's been a waste of time and much data. Downloaded files dont show on my gallery and files, and before I downloaded the app they said it would show on my gallery, and i could also access it on their website OnlineConvert. I was expecting a personalised document folder. I can't even find that folder. Thus far I've been working only on images.

This app stopped working entirely after the most recent app update: it no longer will convert any type of file; the converter page goes into an endless loading phase with a green spinning icon and message, 'your file is being prepared,' which I tested by letting it continue as long as over an hour without change. I restarted my device several times, ran CCleaner twice, and uninstalled/reinstalled the app—which had no effect on the app.
