So far so good. But some issues: 1. Once an alarm is set it is difficult to find it and edit again. I am also not sure if an alarm expires after one time going off or if it is triggered each time when conditions are met. 2. I have 140 messages next to my app icon in a bubble but none of them are found in the app. I only have 2 alarms triggered. Where is the rest 138?? How do I turn that off? OK, contacted you via Instagram

I thought people were exaggerating online, but this app really is bad compared to other brokerages. You cant see the prices outside of market hours. You cant use directed trading despite it being a setting in the app (main reason I switched to Fidelity). The layout is less streamlined, I miss seeing the graph, price, and %/$ change all in one, easy to read place by the ticker on other apps. Apparently their desktop version is much better, but they dont plan to update the app with its features...

The App works okay for me. I've used it for years and it's been good to check at the end of the day, but I set up Quick Access yesterday and it hasn't worked once. It says "Tap to view balances". I tap and it says "Oops", and I have to login anyway. A useless feature. Update: I have a new phone, android 14. Quick Access doesn't work! Uninstall and reinstall, go into settings and turn on Quick Access, next day, I must log in, no Quick Access.

1: I'm having intermittent login problems. It frequently just spins with a loading screen. In the background, I can read some very light gray text saying my account has been disabled for security reasons and to contact Fidelity.... Weird error since I can still log in via a computer. 2: My password manager, Lastpass, doesn't auto fill. If I delete all saved settings or uninstall/reinstall the app, Lastpass works 1-time. If I close/reopen the app, Lastpass no longer works.

This app is complete garbage. It consistently won't allow payments in the week before a Fidelity Credit Card payment is due. Avoid this app. Update: This app continues to fail just at the point of making a payment. Again, I could not make a timely payment due to the app screen going blank and freezing. But Fidelity is happy to add a late fee!

Overall it's okay the UI is not as good as it's competitors. The app really needs to embrace its competition. My main gripe is in the new options trading they just updated. The old one gave us more info with less. This new one is trying to be like the competition and failing. If you want to be competitive at least let us pick a strategy from another screen or something. Also we don't have a last sale on the chain anymore which makes it worse. Most importantly give us a break even amount.

Its alright. I can view my IRA and my credit card. I can schedule payments. What I can't do is check my credit score. I was able to once. Only once. Now I get regular notifications to check but every time I try it tells me "Oops we've hit a snag". I can check my credit score elsewhere but every app seems updates on different days. I find lending agencies are more reliable and accurate so it'd be nice to have this one working.

The new app is awful. The old app duplicated the website look and feel. This throws an entirely different UI at you that is hard to navigate. I have two sub-accounts, and on the old app the positions for the two sub-accounts were presented separate from each other. With the new app, they are all mixed together. I suspect that somewhere there might be a setting to resegregate them, but WHY should I have to learn a whole new UI just to do what the old app did by default. VERY BAD. Zero stars.

This new update is completely useless. You can't see the price movements in real time. You have to refresh the app in order to check it accurately. Made extra steps, remove strategies as options. If you have more legs to fill in, nothing populates automatically. Everything has to be done manually. It's horrible. You can't touch on your touch a specific spot to check the movement of the money/prices. Such a waste of app at this point. I wish my phone wasn't set for automatic updates.

Forcing myself to use the new UI for months to try to give it a fair chance. The classic UI is much better with very useful visual cues (color, highlight, etc.) and the flow is much better and more natural (always have most frequently used actions at my fingertips and doesn't take up real estate on the screen when I don't need it). I can easily figure out what I need to do organically. New interface is cluttered, feel clunky & dated when used, visual cues minimal, take up too much whitespace.

It is definitely a serious app for investors, but boy how complicated it's to add a bank account. The app gives you the option to do it but it never worked, had to go on my computer. One time for some reason it started to give me an error when I wanted to try and Transfer money from my bank. I try chatting with support and the reply was that I need to call and guy ended the chat abruptly...i'm a millennial/gen z we don't speak on the phone when we can chat.

At your own risk. Due to various glitches I have missed various trade entries. Anything from suddenly not recognizing my options level for a short period of time, to not recognizing my well above 25k balance, to "spinning" endlessly when I merely try to click the drop down to view my open orders. This app should honestly be dismantled. I've never had such issues with other platforms.

The best brokerage. It has a legacy layout but it has all the information you need for trading stocks and securities. Not the most beginner friendly but it's very easy to get used to. The separate app required for the Spend + Savings account is a bit strange but are new concepts from fidelity and is more for marketing. You can still manage the spend and save accounts from fidelity bloom in the traditional fidelity app.

Thank you for putting the autofill capability back in! I again have speedy and secure logins! old review: Why did you remove the "autofill" capability in the login fields? I rely on a password manager for unique passwords for different apps. This change massively slows down my login speed and exposes my password *more* because it has to go through the system clipboard.

The app keeps forgetting that I have enabled quick access, and the widget seems perpetually broken. This is doubly frustrating since the app no longer has any functionality while being signed out. The slow initial loading of the app and the need to sign in for even something as basic as looking up a stock/company are driving me to really hate it. For me the recent changes and new UI have not been a usability improvement.

Updated Review for 2024. Moved from 1 star to 1 star. The new UI is bad. At Fidelity's urging, I've tried many times to use it, make it useable. embrace the "improvement" but to no avail. If you like difficult to read, hard to view information and increased scrolling, you'll love the new UI! Bottom line, it's inferior to the "Classic." But someone at Fidelity says otherwise so in June it will be imposed on users. Silly. The saving grace is that voice calls are handled very professionally.

Hope you enjoy watching loading circles spin. Sometimes it gets stuck for hours, which is great when you need to close a position urgently. It's slow and clunky. The features are organized to be their most inconvenient (both to reach and to read/use). The feed stops updating as you're placing an order, and if it changed unfavorably in that time then you have to go through 5 other screens to get to your order to replace/cancel it. It's a shame. I like fidelity, but this app is awful.

Want the classic experience back, used to be you toggle it on and it stayed that way. Can't do that without logging in. Can't see individual stocks without logging in. Won't keep the settings I've chosen after closing the app, not even the start page (want to start on markets, keeps going to accounts on startup). Update didn't have the intended effect, you guys need to revert and try again.

Hi! I don't know whats going on with the Notification feature on my app. About 2 months ago, I noticed that I am not getting any notifications. All notifications are on. Cleared Cache. Checked the website. I do get notifications in text messages. It is set for app notifications. Not getting anything. Does anybody know this issue? Otherwise I just love Fidelity services! The app features worked up until 2 months ago. That's why I took a star off.

I have repeatedly tried to set it to open in classic mode, or at least to allow viewing my watchlist without logging in. None of the settings save, every time I reopen the app I have to login just to check my watchlist. The new UI uses larger fonts and unnecessary graphics so shows less information than the classic view. BRING BACK CLASSIC! I need information, not "pretty". I'm probably just going to uninstall and find something else to use.
