Horrible. Currently unable to scan my e-receipts. So I have to screenshot my emails and email the screenshots to fetch. Then they responded that they were unable to read my screenshots so I had to send them again. So far I've missed 3 months of e-receipts from Amazon, chewy, instacart,eBay, Casey's etc. Horrible customer service that takes 24 hours to respond by email. Takes forever to remedy the issue. I looked at the reviews and I'm not the only one experiencing the issue. I'm not the only one

It's ok but had issues a couple of times where it didn't want to take some receipts they were up for review but never got points, now you have to down load an app to play for Xtra points. Not sure if this app is worth it. Lost points due to not excepting dates when they were clearly there, and tried to key them in and submitted then saying up for reviews. Used now for a year. Ready to get rewards and delete.

I thought, this was gonna be a good app to earn back, but I keep having issues with the e receipts and it's becoming more of a aggravation than anything. I know I'm not getting credit for items on my receipts and I'm about to uninstall it. My last 2 Walmart receipts kept snapping I put my info in which I've not got email or anything on. Lot of items on it, which it didn't even put the right store on the receipt either. Big issues, fed up!!!

Overall I like this app. Rewards are real. However, I do not get Anazon points these days. I bought many things from Amazon but I got points only for two items or so. A lot of items delivered to me came out no receipts. I disconnected and re-connected Amazon but still the same no receipts found! It's been this way for more than one month. App administrators, could you please fix my issue?

I do think the app is great, but the issue I have is that I so often do not get points that I earned. An offer won't get picked up by the system & unless I edit the receipt it's wasted. I'll often wait until I have time to edit but wind up waiting too long to submit. The whole idea is it's supposed to be fast & easy which would be the case if I didn't have this issue. Also, there's about a 50% chance that any given ereceipt will get picked up. If the above were fixed I'd give 5/5

Originally, I loved this app and it was super fun and simple. However, I noticed that stuff that should be counted aren't being. I'd submit a edit to my receipt only to never get it acknowledged and I feel like I am ALWAYS having to go through this now to the point it's starting to feel intentional. The game thing is completely unnecessary. If they'd just bring back the ability to earn points easier it'd be great.

I started out loving this app. As time goes on, I'm finding that I have to contact customer support a lot in order to get missing points . I'm finding that even though a product is offered, they don't always allow you to scan the barcode or do a product search when I'm trying to correct a receipt. Also, it's getting old having to ALWAYS correct a receipt. Sending complaints to customer service only gets you automated responses of how to get points from receipts. Which I already know how to do.

I Love the app and I love the rewards although they used to be easier to obtain. Now it takes more points for less rewards but it's still pretty much free since you're shopping anyway. I used to give it 4 stars but dropped to 3 because I'm tired of my receipts not scanning. I've done everything and for some reason Instacart receipts just won't scan. I use it a lot missing out on good rewards because they're not counting my orders from there. Troubleshooting did absolutely nothing.

New update that "automatically" finds e-receipts never detects anything. I've been using fetch for about 2 years and never had an issue except one or two promos not being credited. It was easy to contact support. It's much more difficult now and it NEVER finds instacart receipts, which are most of my receipts recently, and rarely finds any others. Plus they massively inflated the points cost for payouts like gift cards :/ Such a shame because I used to really like this app.

Not worth the time. This app only works as intended for paper receipts. I have my Amazon, Walmart, and Gmail connected, and in order for the rexeipts to process, I have to clear storage and cache every time, then log back into everything. When I reach out to support, that is their answer, and if it still doesn't work they'll accept screen shots but again, it's not worth the time for me, personally.

This app used to be wonderful, I would scan in my receipts, and it would give bonus points right away. That was great! Now, I scan and flag the item(s) that qualify for bonus points to go to review. When checking back, I find the flag removed and no bonus points. This app is turning into a job that someone on the app side should be doing, not me. And yes, I have contacted customer support and have no solution yet. Please remove the games, I am not interested in them,and they take space

UPDATE: This app keeps getting better and better. Budgeting just got so much easier....you can see where you spend your money along with the receipts, making it easier to track where you spend your money. [for me easier than my bank]. Would love to see the daily wheel make a comeback app is easy to use. It does take a long time to accumulate points, especially if you own shop for one. Only online accounts with an email account, which is frustrating. I'm saving for cash cards for vacation.

The app no longer works properly. The Amazon link doesn't work to find your online receipts. I've lost so many points due to this fetch issue, and I am completely frustrated with the constant response of "try again later." I've disconnected the account and reconnected it again with no change. I always get the error message with an exclamation mark so there is something very wrong with the app link.

I like this app; however, over the last few months, I have been constantly emailing support that my e-receipts are not registering during the scan. I've reported the issue so much this year that I manage all troubleshooting before emailing them. I'm not sure what is happening, but I stopped using other apps because I thought I found one that was more reliable. Please fix the scan. UPDATE: They solved my issues. Points missed, but I enjoy the app.

Fetch was really great for me in the beginning but now they keep making it difficult to use, excluding bonus rewards and changing things that was easy and fun just to "one upmanship" on their competitors. Can someone please remain simple or you'll lose impending customers in the near future? It's not too late to reverse what you've messed up! Thank you.

Stay on top of the points! App used to be good. However, ereciepts tend to not be recognized, and I have to contact customer service every single time. It's really annoying. Tickets get closed after they suggest troubleshooting, and then you have to reach out again! Secondly, items are missed constantly when scanning them. I have to manually enter the item and hope that I don't forget to check if my points were added. It appears that these two issues are happening to a lot of its users!

On the daily I get messages that x number of points have been added and they do not show up on my tally. In the past 2 days at least 626 points have failed to show. This is not new but seems to be getting worse as times pass over the past few months this from mostly game play but also receipts fail to show in the tally. It never picks up on the temu purchases. Never has from the onset. If these situations were straightened out my rating would be the max amount.

UPDATE Love this app, I've had it for a year now and have collected several gift cards. Easy to use and also keeps track of expenses! UPDATE 1/30/20 Last several months app has not been picking up items, you have to make sure you go back and check. UPDATE 5/28/24 Well, in the last couple of months it happened. The app changed the way they reward points and you don't earn near as many as you used to. It also misses a lot of brands. Only got 3 stars because you still get at least 25 points-per.

The app was great until it didn't open anymore and started glitching. I have emailed multiple times with no response. I download the app to my second phone and it worked for a bit then it stopped. Somehow fetch text messages me to tell me I'm about to lose all my points if I don't use the app. At the same time somehow no one responds to help me solve the issue. I'm starting to think it happens after you accumalte so many points. That way fetch doesn't have to pay out.

Fun and easy. I noticed that it's harder to earn points. When I first started Fetch, my points grew quickly. Now, there are a lot more restrictions on grocery store items. Such as where to buy, must buy so many, and must spend certain dollar amounts. And the games don't really add up. I still think it's fun, but not that easy anymore. More and more complex, with missing points etc.
