Improvements... adding the ability to rate your delivery was a very much needed feature! I would like to see the max character count expanded for the delivery directions. I live in an area where my street name does not match the road access name to my house and they can never find me. Even the ability to give permission for a driver to call you would be helpful. The app itself seems to be working fine.

Sometime ago, this Fedex app use to be a very useful and infornative app to operate. But now, it has become a very poor and unuseful app to operate! As of now, I can't even login without it freezing. I tried changing my password to no avail. It just sits there! I've had to resort to the website version of the FedEx app just to track a couple of items that are being delivered from me. To the Developers: Please fix this app as soon as possible so I can use it again as I've done in the past!

I really wish zero stars was an option. In leu of recent USPS issues, as a small business fashion designer who sells online, I've been concerned with the longer and longer shipping wait time through my current USPS services. I'm researching new shipping options. Just trying to navigate this useless app has taken FedEx right out of the running for my future shipping service option. If this app is a testament to how this company does things, I'm good on that. Guess I'm taking my money to UPS!!!!

Designed by pure idiots, coders so bad they probably were previously fired by Boeing lol 1. App logs itself out daily all by itself ... without being logged in, no push notifications come through. What incompetent coder works design that into the app? 2. When logging back in to the app, it gets hung up and freezes ... then have to close it completely, and it will at least then reopen and somehow be logged in. 3. If a tracking link in an email is clocked, the app tries to open but freezes

Lowered my review from 5 stars to 3. Now suddenly the App will not load, I've had the big FedEx logo loading screen on my phone for as long as an hour waiting for it to do something. Edit: lowered to one star, every time I try to use this app I have to uninstall and reinstall to get it to stop crashing instantly, and I can't log into it at all, every time I try it restarts and asks me to login again.

Could be useful, but nothing works. Literally, nothing aside from the most basic enter a tracking number and see status. Can't get notifications about movement, system is downand try again later. Same with trying to mark hold at location. Same with setting up an account. I assume FedEx doesn't have any IT support at this point?!?

This latest version is super annoying and difficult with the text verification. It doesn't allow copypaste and keeps sending codes expiring the prior one. Doesn't remember device nor does biometric login come up. Once in, the app is functionally OK..... older versions like a year + were much better. What were you trying to solve with his latest update?

It's a bit weird that it tries to force you to sign up for delivery manager when you first log in, and canceling doesn't let you back out of it. Second attempt, I got stuck waiting for an endless loading indicator after signing in. As I recall, I had to force-close the app and relaunch it, then it worked and let me check scheduled pickups.

Constant crashing. Takes several attempts to get it to load my current inbound shipments when it keeps restarting itself or kicking me back to the launcher. Attempting to set a different hold location results in an instant crash. Fedex website also frustrating to use, password resets on site don't work with options for call or text and email sometimes takes over 10 minutes to send a reset code, meaning it's expired by the time you get it. Would be useful app if it actually worked.

Downloaded the app so that I could sign for my packages online, since I'm often not home. The desktop site and mobile site seem to always have a problem doing this, so I thought the app would be better. I was very mistaken. It's been sitting, loading with that little circle, for over ten minutes since I tried to sign on the app for it. FedEx, if you're going to have to require signatures for just about everything, and you make an option to be able to sign online, then make sure it works right.

I really like the ability to view all FedEx deliveries in one app. I like the ability to view the details while tracking is available. The ONLY complaint I have has nothing to do with the app. It's the continuous mis-deliveries and lost packages (my experience has only been with FedEx carrier! There hasnt been an issue with any other carrier) But, they don't offer an app quite like this

When I first downloaded the app a few weeks ago it was working well. I really liked being able to see all of my packages in one place. As of 4/6/24, the app will not load when I open it. I recieved a notification, and it won't open when I click on the notification. Very frustrating. One thing I would really love for Fed Ex to do is to send a notification when the driver is 10 or 5 stops away like Amazon does. This would be so helpful, especially when you must sign for a package.

I used to love this app. After last update it no longer works properly. I have to open and close it multiple times before it will show my deliveries. First, it won't open, I close it and open it again sometimes 2 or 3 times before it opens and says I have nothing when I know I do. I close it and open it again, and then it finally shows my shipments. Today, wouldn't stop downloading and couldn't get out of it. I had to restart my phone to get it stop downloading. Bugs were created not fixed

I'm so sick of this app! Every time they do an update & I have to sign back in, I have an issue. Eventually I can get back in, but not this time. It keeps giving me an error message. I've uninstalled & reinstalled. I even updated my password. Nothing works. This is ridiculous. Why it's so difficult to have a simple app that works consistently with updates, I'll never understand.■I find it interesting there's a 4.6 app rating, when most people seem frustrated w/all the issues that go along w/it■

App has become useless. Since the last update, I was signed out automatically, and when trying to log in, it gives me. "Login was unsuccessful. Please try again in a few minutes." Log in credentials work just fine when using a browser. Uninstalling and then installing again has no effect, neither does clearing the cache and data. Tech support is non-existent (just as it is trying to get through to Fed-Ex for anything, so no surprise there).

It takes a long time for this app to load and process. The chat support feature doesn't work at all. When I switch to another window or app, it has to reload again! Also, what's the point of filling out delivery instructions if they aren't followed? I specifically say "NOT Office," and deliver to my door, but my packages were dropped to the office and I didn't even get delivery update. The delivery dates are inaccurate and constantly change so it's difficult to plan for delivery. Uninstalling!

The app is borderline useless. Logging in is slow, and you can't stay logged in. If you're manually tracking anything, it won't even tell you that you need to log in to see your other packages. Clicking on a link that opens the app sometimes just results in a loading screen that never goes away. Clicking on a tracking link anywhere - even inside the app - usually results in a message that says "Tracking request was unsuccessful, please try again." I don't know why I keep this app.

the app is great for keeping up with your packages but you'd better keep your tracking# handy. The app will not let me login. Keeps saying "failed try again in few minutes" but it says it every time! Extremely frustrating!!! And when it does work, I don't like having to enter my notification each and every time I get a package. Should be set once and done.

I've tried everything. The desktop version. The app version. Neither are user-friendly. If you can get to the page you need. I get error messages. Struggles to change addresses, track packages, sign up for delivery manager, verify, etc. My packages can't be delivered. I am just trying to add delivery instructions. I'm trying to make both our lives easier and I am not able to! The irritation I feel trying to fix this issue; is all because I live in an apartment.

Errors abound! Every time I start the app, I receive an in-app toast notification asking if I want to update my notification preferences for shipment tracking/deliveries; and, every time I do attempt to update, I receive an error stating "please try again later." Trying again later unfortunately always results in this same fate, an error. This error has occurred over multiple phones and over multiple app versions. Quite annoying.
