Amazing !!!! I took right decision to open an account with your bank. I have experienced apps of other banks and have not found so simple and user friendly app like your bank

I have an account in state bank of india. But their app is not good for using. They are showing technical problem every time i heard fedmobile is taking other banks user can use fedmobile. I downloaded the app but it is show new upi registration is not unavailable. What will i do now?

Even last updation, not bring any significant features.in view full statement, statement without pdf download,no shows closing balance after each transaction.I think bank will enhance and improve as user-friendly in next update of application. very immediately

Credit card option is boring.. switch button option ,my personal view; swiping sidewise is very much better. Also include bill generation date and due date specific

Unable to login into FedMobile app. Recently got new credit card approved. Already I have closed my Jupiter and Fi accounts. Now its asking Account number to activate FedMobile app... No option to give credit card details. I'm stucking..... No proper guidance and support....... Poor technical development...... I think now its Federal banks turn to receive RBI restriction because of this poor technical infrastructure......

It's the worst banking app i have ever seen. I have been trying to download an interest certificate for my savings account, but there is no option i found there..neither in net banking nor in mobile application.

The worst part is always being asked to change the PIN. I understand it's for security purposes, but the frequent requests are inconvenient, especially in emergencies. I'm not interested in changing my PIN so often

One of the worst apps and worst customer service experience so far. I am thinking of changing bank. There are more than 1000+ people complaining across internet about device authentication error in mobile. The software department and specially the product manager of this software development are choosing to be blind.

FEDMOBILE app has consistently let me down with its recurring server errors, especially when attempting to log in. This issue has persisted even more frustratingly when I've tried to make payments in stores post-purchase. The inconvenience of encountering these errors repeatedly has prompted me to seek out alternative payment apps for my mobile. It's disappointing that such a crucial aspect of the app's functionality is unreliable.

Unable to use the app !!! I am having one Imperio credit card from federal Bank but unable to use the app because for loggin the app is asking federal Bank saving account details. Literally they are forcing the credit card customer to open savings bank account in their bank. All other banks banking app don't have this problem. I have emailed them regarding this issue so many times but no use. Really disappointed 😔.

Sometimes pin approved scan qr payments are cancelled showing server error,& the app shows no transaction history. We make cash payments at the shop. Then after we leave the shop and after 10 or 15 mins out of no where the previously cancelled transaction occur automatically and the shop keeper receives the money. So double payment in effect. So the transaction that got cancelled due to server or network error actually gets approved after 10 mins, the amount gets deducted from your account.

One of the less featured app, App missing dark theme, Like South Indian Bank app , there should be one tap digital e-lock facility to block all debit transactions., who needs investments, loans, credit cards tab option in the main page. Essentials like quick transfer, beneficiary met, menu option Like should be included.

This app focuses more on fancy aesthetics than on functionality. It doesn't allow users to input a UPI ID manually; instead, you're forced to choose from a provided list. The design choices makes it very difficult for senior citizens to use. Additionally, the small, light grey font is hard to read. It seems like the developers have not considered accessibility at all.

I just have one issue now. Everytime I load the app when connected to my home secure Wi-Fi with full signal, it says: "Info Weak wifi detected!". Only way around is to load the app using mobile data and then it works fine even though I switch back to Wi-Fi immediately after loading. Just a simple bug that the developers are either unable to fix or refuse to!

The new UI/UX upgrade pretty much screwed up the usability of the app. The earlier UI/UX was far better. Now it takes an effort to find out what you need and read it. Updated: 01/09, in response to developer's response: I was talking about the UI/UX redesign and how bad the new deign is. Visiting the mentioned website is not going to help in this regard. The old UI was far better. Navigation easeness has worsened and the UI is cluttered now.

New version of the app seems to have fixed the 'weak wifi detected' issue with newer android versions. App has pretty good functionality although accessibility can improve (finding the debit card management took some time and the controls were one level inside for each card; it was easier in the older app). It gives pretty good access to information on all account balances, transactions, etc.

Great to note the latest update fixed the TalkBack accessibility issue on the CreditCard Tab. Had flagged it 3 months ago, and they've fixed it now. A very good app overall. Smoother than the web interface. Simple interface with all essential features. Hope they'll make accessibility enabled by default in the next update. And hopefully, the next update wouldn't take more than a year. CC tab can have card upgrade and limit enhancement request options and a direct link to reward redemption.
