Unauthorised deposit transactions from domiciliary accounts. App unable to register or initiate dispute each time stating that "Error All Complaints Have Already Been Logged". Attempts to even block the dom account is inaccessible both on the app and using the USSD code. Again, in the enter dispute page, the amount shown is in NAIRA instead of DOLLARS. Kindly figure out this issue as it is embarrassing having lost money without trace.

The app used to be very good and user friendly but with the frequent updates that has happened it literally became worse. Sometimes I get signed out when I'm trying to complete a transaction. Really frustrating.

Good morning, the bank app just keeps bringing error. My profile was deactivated because it claimed that the username and password I used was incorrect and it was not. When I tried to activate it with OTP it keeps saying an error has occurred. Please fix your app it has a lot of issues.

Fcmb what's going on? I can't even log in after several attempts. My password isn't logging me in anymore, and even when i tried to change it. It keeps giving me an error message that doesn't relate with me changing my password. The update of this app is the worst!

A lot, like very plenty need to be done on this App, how would the App be login me out all the time, and to get access back, I would have sweat with different processes that will take forever to succeed 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ am tired😩 I don't have to be doing password recovery all the time na! What happened to the old password I don't know, but they will be telling password is wrong and that finger print not recognise, how!?

I have been making use of this app for a very long time now since I lost my phone and opened it on a new phone from one problem to another... since morning it refused to open.. showing me "an error has occurred" after updating the app and I want to make transfer.... really heartbreaking honestly

I don't remember ever using this app to recharge because it just keeps bringing an error every single time, and I've had this account since over 5years. Even after upgrading my account, people can't send over a 100k in.. I just keep it for the fun of it, but by far a very tiring bank

I am suppose to give the app a zero star because why am I coming back almost a year to complain about the same thing. I have not been able to use the app since I opened it on my phone. Gone to the bank several times and they couldn't do anything, I have also complained on their socal media platforms and nothing has been done since. It is frustrating honestly.

Apart from the constant prompts to update, it keeps changing my password, giving me new ones that even Albert Einstein can't memorize. In addition, I can't change the password. It can't validate my username or ATM pin.... And lastly, the finger print option I do use quite often suddenly disappear after the last updating I did...so I had to delete it and resort to manual banking... USSD. Now, I just want to give it last try as I've deleted it several times previously. If it still gives me trouble

I tried to update my verve Debit card settings but won't work. It freezes and returns an error message. The channel and transaction limits setting are all affected. I was able to activate the card with a new PIN , other features won't work. Please fix.

This app is simple to use but it has made me to transfer multiple times because it shows some errors after sending , like it didn't send, only for me to get multiple alerts after some times, it doesn't tell if your transfer was successful or not, please fit it. I keep updating from time to time but it still remains the same.

I'd have given it a 4star rating, but there's just one particular issue that's needs to be fixed, the app does not allow you to initiate a "Transaction dispute", if you try initiating it, the response you will get is "error: all transaction dispute have been logged"....not all failed transaction are refunded, at least we should be allowed to initiate a transaction dispute of the ones that are not refunded without going to the bank.

Since I've migrated the app to my new phone, it's been one problem or the other trying to log in. It sometimes takes forever whenever it'll go through, at other times, I just have to give trying to log in after several attempts. That's not to mention the frustration of trying to transfer where I have to try severally before being able to get things done. The account manager is also not responsive 😭

It a good app, having excellent features. Their services is top notch and you can trust your transactions are fast. Though sometimes there is always server shutdown, but you can trust them to be back on before you experience any difficulty. I love them and use they, cause they are the first bank I would ever use and they've never failed me for once since 2015 till now. Keep the good works up and keep growing.

This app is the worst and most annoying app I have ever used. Imagine me being locked out of the app and I keep getting error and incorrect password prompts. I called fcmb customer care and still couldn't get a reasonable feedback and support from the help team. All I heard was to go to the bank and complain about the issue,when I could actually save my time,money for visiting the bank at this crucial time and energy. Your whole system sucks! I can't believe I have 2 running yet useless accounts

The app is frustrating me for past two days till now. Imagine being locked out of the app and keep getting error and incorrect password or username prompts, while I'm sure of the password and username I typed in. Customer care couldn't do anything. How can I send money to my family while at sea? Can't go to the bank cos I'm at sea. This is very much annoying!!

I've been experiencing Biometric/ fingerprint failure since the new update which is very frustrating. It won't just pop up on it's own like it use to. I tried clicking on the fingerprint symbol to make it pop but it's not responding. Typing in your pin/password everytime you want to make a transaction isn't for everyone. Some of us just want to login to our apps by just touching our fingerprint scanners please fix this as soon as possible.

I really like the app and it has great functionality. This should be a 5 star review except for the fact that my device, a Oneplus 7, has not been optimised for fingerprint sign on, a feature which I had on my previous device. I have tracked down IT staff of FCMB and exchanged several messages. Update: FCMB has reached out to me and this matter is now fully resolved! Once contact was established they were very responsive and sorted out the matter in a very speedy manner. Thank you FCMB. 😁😁
