I'll give only 3 stars. I am not a fan of minesweeper and puzzles with very mathematical/strategic type solutions. To me, the puzzle is hard when I already have the basics of what to do but find it arranging the solution tedious. Most of your puzzles are like that.

Some of the puzzles don't make any sense, would have been great but for that, 2* is because the story is good. It's a puzzle game, if they can't get at least that right what's the point. It's obvious they want you to spend cash or they would have at least one gem free a day or for an ad

Game keeps crashing. I played when it initially installed but I haven't been able to get it to load since. Hence one star. Playing on a brand new Moto G10 phone with tons of storage and memory. Will be uninstalling because I don't have time to waste on stuff that doesn't work.

Enjoying it so far, the puzzles are difficult but not impossible. I do get annoyed though, if I back out of a puzzle accidentally and then have to start all over again, it can be a little frustrating. Aside from that it's a solid adventure game.

These developers clearly work their butts off & consistently provide magical, beautiful worlds full of clever puzzles, logical thinking, & inventive storylines. Truly, they are amazing. Not only that, a majority of the games are F2P, which given the hard work that goes into them, is SO generous, & lucky for me & those of us who love your games. At least, 99% of the time. This time, I ran into a glitch early on that wouldn't let me to pick up an octopus half & I couldn't proceed. Still, HUGE fan!

Horrible !! I tried to use the hint in every room it said that there was nothing to do in the room. When I clicked on something that needed to be done and then used the hint it sent me over to another area, only have 2 things in my inventory and non of them works, tried all over in the area. The match 3 was a nightmare, I would click on an item and a red x would pop up far from where I even clicked. Total garbage game.

I appreciate that the areas you complete do not pop up any longer. Also, the items you pick up along the way aren't carried around for very far before needing to use them. Graphics and story are also great, puzzles are challenging but not impossible

So annoyed.. I absolutely hate minesweeper type mini games. And you have them in almost all your games. Whenever I get to that, I have to uninstall the game. Minesweeper is more about luck than anything else. And now I'm stuck and will most likely uninstall. Got the most generic answer to what is quite possibly the biggest complaint about this game.. UNINSTALLED!!!

Loving it so far. Update. On the extended chapter it's extremely difficult to enter the correct code to enter the police station. Buttons to scroll through the numbers are not in sinc with the numbering, pressing the far right up bottom changes the number on all the rollers except for the right hand roll for example. Please fix this

The Trap Map is awful. Not only do the instructions not give any help at all, but there is a different selection every time you fail the game. There is probably 1 in a million chance of guessing the non trap squares correct as there is absolutely no pattern and no continuation. Needless to say I will not be continuing with the game..... very disappointed 😞

Good game so far but is there any way to get free gems as I'm very stuck on the trap guide puzzle,especially seeing as it's a randomly generated puzzle so there's obviously no pattern to follow. Sometimes I get quite close to finishing it but then hit a trap other times I hit a trap early on. It's getting that frustrating that I'm thinking of uninstalling the game as can't seem to get past this trap guide puzzle.

There is a glitch in the game. I completed the mini game of bryan and samantha and collected the reward of photo. But then I have to leave the game in between. Now when i started playing again I dont have photo in my inventory and not able to get the same. Only option I can see is to restart the game, which i dont want to. If there is anyother option let me know or else i have to uninstall the game.

You can not skip puzzles for free if you get stuck. Often, when you try to touch an object, like when you are entering a code, it picks 2 numbers at once or the wrong number. Deleted the game because I couldn't get past a minesweeper style mini game and was not going to pay for a skip.

Deleted it after trying many times to beat the trap map. These are the dumbest mini games. Unfortunately I had used my free skip in the beginning of the game. I definitely appreciate the games being free, but it would be nice if you could use hints on the super hard mini games.

Very disappointed especially after playing 5BN games. When doing the HOP game for the refrigerator I know I had hit what I was supposed to. Even wasted 2 hints on it and hit where it said to and still no go. Finally I just hit every single thing in the fridge and still would not let me pass. I'm old and retired and can't afford to buy the right to skip, so these games won't be on my agenda. It was fun while it lasted but too many glitches for me.

Solid game with puzzles that are tough but not insurmountable. That is until, like so may other reviews state as an issue, the trap map. Totally get your developers, the people paid to do nothing but design and play games, can complete this "classic" mine sweeper game. The average person looking to pass some time do not wish to spend hours upon hours on one puzzle. Like so many other users I will have to delete the app and download another of the half a million escape puzzle games available.

LOVED this game (5 stars), sadly uninstalling. I'm stumped on the trap mini game. You have pay $3 for gems to skip it. Can't memorize mistakes nor use a walk-through bc the pattern changes each time you fail (0 stars). I don't mind watching ads to support programmers. But this game is advertised as being free; with no free option to skip a mini game, I can't go further, so it's not free. Yes, some of us really can't justify spending even $3 on a game that could buy a bus pass or lunch.
