My watch is not charging, it is showing nothing, after complaining my issue was not solved, I also went to titan service center but they did not acknowledge the receipt issue. They said they will contact but haven't done it yet, no reply to the mail is coming, now this is the worst watch, I haven't used it even 10 times and the watch got damaged. My watch hasn't even been replaced

Worthless app!! The MOST BOGUS APP!!!!! I have a few smartwatches and used their apps. But this fastract smart world app is the most bogus app of all. I bought a Fastrack Limitless FS2 Pro yesterday and installed the app. But this app can't do anything. It can't get HR reading though it retrieved SPO2 reading. It failed to retrieve sleep data but retrieved the steps data. Not only this, everytime I try to update a new watch face it shows me an error message ,though watch is connected.

I am regular user of this app, App develop is very well, but in recent update of app, there is having issue while we syncing the step count, it will not take it properly nor take any update in foot step count. I hope it will resolve in next build update. Thank you 😊

After the recent update, the app crashes instantly after the app loading screen ends. After reinstalling the app and finishing setup process the app works u till you close and open it, where it again starts crashing. Helf the functionality of the watch is now useless PLEASE FIX IT FAST!!!!

I just got my fastrack limitless x2 and I installed this app it was fine till I connect now this app is not opening. Every time I try to open it crashes. I think I made a big mistake buying this fastrack watch. Horrible experience with fastrack not suggesting to anyone

I bought this watch for a specific watch face, using the face from the beginning, suddenly I installed a new face for a minute and tried to get back to the old face, but face can't be installed, check your internet connection. Titan please take this watch back, don't want to use it any more.

Sometimes contact numbers for incoming calls not displaying, instead unknown number is displayed (though the smart watch is connected to the phone). Again after reconnecting, it is working normally. Please do the needful to resolve the issue at the earliest. Watch model: Fastrack FS2 Pro

Watch is very good. The app has bugs related to notification. After each update, no notification is shown in watch. I have turned the notification ON for app in settings. With last updated on 04.08.24, I tried uninstalling the app installed again. It's not working.

Weird app! I have a watch only, but when i try to set it up by first signing up and then, when my watch also got activated, it shut down, then a message on my device popped up as " couldn't connect with ****************"

3 🌟 Only for Tata. I bought this watch today & update the firmware , after everything I did like login with OTP & successful update but still it is showing please enter correct mobile number. I am not understanding this even How is this possible? I am getting the OTP still it is showing enter correct mobile number. I am stuck. Unable to use this aap. It is not getting forward after entering my step goal. Please look into it 🙏

There is no feature of downloading games or the company has not given any update of having the self game inside the watch. The music is also not connected in the watch no sound is played in the watch. There is no fitness data recorded accurately. The watch also did not give the update of weather and sleep while connecting with the phone. The Alexa feature also doesn't work and I am not happy to say that there is no special feature in Fastrack watch buyed from the company Titan Kangra 🙂

Disappointed with the app. Firstly very few watch faces. Need to have more watch faces on the app. Secondly, it does not allow to get notifications for second whatsapp number using WhatsApp clone app feature which is a huge drawback of the app. Please improve thesec features of the app for an improved rating.

Worst App can't even change the watch faces for my Fastrack Optimus watch , it gets paired but doesn't proceed after checking for firmware update and says no firmware update available and keeps showing the same screen, please bring some new firmware update to resolve this issue :(

This version of the app has a problem. Customized photo is not being installed on the smart watch face from the custom photo option. It is showing that there are bugs in this app.Please inform the developer about this problem and tell him to fix this bug as soon as possible.

Some of the app's features are good, but it need draaastically big features overhaul i.e. as much as 1000 watch faces including animated photos, anime,sports covers, travel quotes,etc and that as soon as possible. We as a customer expect a ton of features into it showing creativity. While we love Fastrack's watches, these improvements will certainly have a big impact on fastrack's consumer base.

Such a dumb app. Huge atrocity produced by fastrack kills me, well, if the watch shows my stress next time it will shriek "THIS GUY IS DEPRESSED BECAUSE OF THE APP!!!". The app sucks so much, it somehow manages to self-destruct everytime i want to use it. Basically, i click on app, somehow it counts 6 seconds and automatically closes itself. I re installed the app, and GUESS WHAT!! I can login in the app, the whole setup process is cakeslide, and the next moment, it self destructs. One word-wow.

It was nice but the new update has ruined it. It displays app stopped working as soon as open the app and it redirects to home screen The App even can't launch on my phone. I have reinstalled a 30 times. Each time I want to use my watch first of all I have to Reinstall the whole app wasting my time and mood

My watch is the Xtreme Pro, and in the past few days the step count problem is getting really annoying. It used to reset to 0 during the day maybe once in 2 weeks, but now 2-3 times a day. Fastrack should roll out an update to fix this bug or this is useless device because one the big reasons to buy a watch like this is to track the steps. I'll have to switch.

Polished and quite flexible, recently though, I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app (over 10 times now) because it kept crashing when I launched it. Also, when I'm traveling by vehicle, it just keeps increasing the steps for no reason. Overall, just a few issues not more so, I believe that just through a little attention, it should be infinitely close to perfection! But the fact still remains that one of the issues is that the app can't even launch so, it's pros/cons don't even matter ☹️.

Stops working. Was working well and all of sudden stopped working on Android. Now, I am trying to set up and not receive a text message to complete the connection. If it is an international app, then e-mail should also be a way to complete registration. What is worst is fitness data for months has been lost. Disappointed. Again had an upgrade today 9/11 and now it is crashing. Will again loose the data until a newer version with fixes is released.
