Very cheap customer care service, I stopped using the app for 2 months then when I returned to use it I've forgotten my password tried to change my password the app showed a prompt saying "please call customer care". I tried to call them they said within 24h will be solved. Imagine I called them 3 days and they kept saying the same thing "will be solved within 24h" at the end they didn't solve the issue, the fourth day I deleted the app!!

1. App refuses to start without contacts permission! Understandably it is a part of the user experience. However, that should be the user choice. Not mandatory. 2. The technical part (Back end) is doing fine and I never had any issues. 3. The translations and the English Help topics are empty. 4. App should have built in chat with the support team 5. Push message appear in Arabic and Kurdish only, not yet in English. 6. Push messages and Promotions page should reflect the app language.

I am really tired of bad developers everywhere, on top them are google's android developers. with the last update google play says " your device is no longer supported " which is I highly doubt that would be true, even if your (extraordinary exceptional...) app would require extraordinary secure devices, there should be an alternative way to access my account ( there is none). nobody is asking you to release an update before you test its functionality.

Very nice UI but lacks stability most of the times crushes after opening the application, needs to be reopened for serval times untill it launches correctly. I would have given it 4 stars if it was not for that, but still lacks many personalised settings, OTP for further security and option for only using biometric verification instead of a choice of PIN code and fingerprint which is much less secure, regards.

Ok, it's the best app for exchanging money that I'm using so far and it helped me with a lot of things, made my works so much easier with my online courses and the products I'm selling online, it helped me during covid-19 so much! And let me mention that it is super easy to use! appreciate your hard work thanks for making such an awesome app, keep the best work up! As there's always a room for changes that is why I gave 4 stars. I just wish the history infos wouldn't get deleted automatically~

is the fifth time I'm scanning my ID and try to complete my account to deposit some money . every time I'm doing it said congratulations and everything is go through. means you good to go . but when I go to fast pay to to deposit some money is asking to scan ID.

Good try to be Iraq's no.1 eWallet app but it needs big improvements. I've tried it several times but it seems to be unstable (crashes). National ID upload does not work at all. Keeps showing (server/connection) error. You need to add more top up options such as using (Visa/Mastercard). When trying to send money to a friend the app shows (invalid mobile nr) error, despite the number being correct. Please fix these issues. Keep up the good work.

Worst app ever. After KYC requirements sent by Fastpay, I been trying to complete my KYC for hours, still failed to verify Face ID and Parent Information Card.

Each time I open the app it requires OTP from me gmail this just outrageous and the app will not send the OTP to the Gmail and I have to wait hours to make it work, hopefully you fix it

When i open the app a message appears on the screen stating that your KYC has been declined. When you try to update it, the system doesn’t allow you to take a picture of your ID properly. It captures the photo before you point the camera at the ID, freezes the screen, and doesn’t give you the option to retake the picture. As a result, you're unable to submit the necessary information. Additionally, it says you have 55 days to provide the required information. Is this a scam or a glitch in system

-The required permissions are suspicious as they are unnecessary for the app's functionality (for example, it request permission to contacts even though contacts are not used at all. It also asks for permission to media and files, which is odd because no files uploaded within the app.) -Problems are not clearly explained (For example, a notification appears saying that there is an issue with KYC!! This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. I've been trying to get it to work for over a month now. Initially, I thought the issue was because I didn't have my national ID, but even after obtaining it, the app still failed. I also tried using my passport and driver's license, but none of them worked.The automatic capturing feature is incredibly frustrating. It takes pictures too quickly, making it impossible to position the ID or the phone correctly. As a result, the images are always blurr

This might be the worst app ever created , it has been 1 week since i tried to verify my account and it still have not been verified the system is way too slow , and when i tried to communicate with them they said its normal to take 24h or 48h but they lied it has been 1 week , dont use this app if you care about speed and your time there are so many more app that does the same thing as fastpay but 1000X faster ,

Keep doing the great job! Here are some issues I have on the all. 1. There isn't a clear way to update your phone numbers. 2. When registering as a new account, the scanning procedure is almost unbearable and lacking accuracy. 3. Unavailable options that keep saying "coming soon!". It's been years. 4. Dark theme 5. Clearer instructions when buying cards and how to redeem them.
