it was all good but out of the sudden it starts alone and it won't let me close. everytime I close the app it starts automatically

there is a problem after the last update. the nfc is working but doesnt fully read the card. i had to use the normal stational machines

I had to uninstall the app from my phone but when i want to install it now, it does not let me do. Why is that? I restarted my phone but I guess it is bcz of the app edit; Tamamdir yüklendi tesekkurler

It's a garbage app .when you try to recover your password there is no way to do that because it doesn't allow you to put your ID number and it's the same on there website .don't waste your time on this there are much better apps than this waste of garbage

It worked really fine so far, but, now it doesn't work and can't even open the appfor android 12 and new UI 4.0 Samsung, please solve this issue!!!!!!

Excellent app! Very easy to use and it's filled with useful operations. It has surely made my life easier in Turkey. I highly recommend it to everyone.

As a foriegner, fastpay was the most convenient banking app for me; however after updating to recieve the new version in 2023, it became simply impractical. Unless it goes back to previous version, I may not use this app anymore.

More than 3 weeks ago i can login to app. When i was opened the FastPay app It gives me an error. I even uninstall and reinstalled the app once, but the problem is still there. And I can't use my money that is left in it

there is no way to top up money on a fastpay card. When I link a bank card, after that there is no way to pay using it or replenish the account. At ATMs, denizbank gives an error about incorrect data, although they are correct

When I try to sign in the bot said "I can't complete your request". After I tried to sign in couple of times I closed the app. When I sign in now it says "There's already a user that has signed in with this information". They can't even sign you up, I can't imagine what will they do with your money.

It took 60tl transfer taxes and returned the money to my account without the 60tl transfer taxes. Also, I realize no need for such app, in your bank account app you can pay in the payments, bills, instant bills section, without any transfer tax

If I could leave 0 I would. Absolutely do pay for any services with fastpay as they are non refundable. Any company using fastpay for transactions will be a scam. Absolutely the worst customer service and the most unreliable way to pay for the customers. Customer service 0 stars!!!!

The app is great except for one issue which is the recurrent appearance of the QR code to make payment. It's really annoying and doesn't even let me do anything else on the app. Please fix it asap. Thanks for the quick reply. It worked just fine.

With the last update, you turned off working on rooted devices. However, until this week, I was shopping on my rooted device for 5 years. What you are doing is nothing but ignorance. What is rooting and why is it done? There is a nonsense called a security vulnerability, while tons of data is being missed from the firmware offered by the companies, on what basis do you make such a ridiculous decision?

They've closed down my account without any sort of notice, luckily I haven't kept any balance in. I've called the customer service 4 times and left an e-mail. Yet they still didn't come up with any sort of reasoning why. This product is basically managed by an incompetent team. I was just using it for toping up my transportation card and paying the bills. Finally I got fed up and I've asked them to delete all my personal info, I suggest anyone using this to do the same before having a trouble.

Thanks 😰 Now after this update I'm not able even charge my İstanbul card. I can't even log in. Yabancı kimlik doesn't work even if you input right data. I just wonder how many people are in the same horrible situation? I called support, wrote emails, they couldn't resolve my login problem. And they stopped answering me either! Now it's 4 months of no answers from this service. Worst app ever!

Installed the app and can't do anything. I can't top up money to the fast pay account nor I can't add my own bank account. Every time I try this it requires your phone number (even though I did at the first place) then the password and searches then says because your WiFi is on we can't process your information, turning it off it says your WiFi is off. What the sh!!t is this.

I have uploaded the new version,for some reason if I want to use it more than once I can not click on the icon to use it again I have to keep restart my phone each time which is a bit of a pain and I am not happy with it at all,I have called the customer services to report the issue, I have been listening to a very annoying music while trying to get some help for more than 9 minutes no joy as nobody picked the phone up,music was so unbearable for me to listen to for that long and I hung up 😞

It should be allowed to add debit cards too. You can add only credit card not debit. However you can transfer money to your balance from your debit card but you can't add it. It is good for pay stuff with contactless payments in stores like foods, markets etc. Also you can add your transportation card too. I downloaded the app because of legal bet payments but somehow they removed from the payments menu currently. In overall it is a beneficial app.
