It's a good app and works well in theory, but not useful if you have an unusual schedule (in my case, nightshift) or a fast interval that means you start a new fast within the same day as you end your previous one - even with a 12/12 interval, the app tells me that starting a new fast in the same day as ending my last one will overwrite the previous fast. If I end a fast at 10am, I cannot start the timer for my next one at 10pm. This is a major flaw.

Fantastic app. Much better than most I've found. I just need a simple app to track fasting not a whole sweet of nonsense features and a monthly fee. Just as a side note being able to back-time my fasting period would be a great feature. Sometimes I forget to start the timer, I know I can just manually input the fast later it would be great to be able to just tell the timer I started my 16hr fast, 1hr ago.

The only fasting app I could see that wasn't bloated with social functions or ads. I paid for pro immediately as it was affordably priced. I love that I can easily reset and adjust the day/timing, very useful when I work and eat outside of normal hours, still get to see my progress. Please just keep the apps size small and focus on a bug-free experience, you've got a winner!

Wow, this is awesome!!!! I HATE paying monthly fees for apps. This one is pay once and it has everything!! The only thing I would add is to allow a switch to see the time left for the fast instead of how many hours I've been fasting. But that's just a nice to have. A widget would be even better. But again, a nice to have. Thank you for creating this app. I no longer have to toggle between fasting apps and trying to figure out which ones are worth paying for. This is it!!!

I love this app. After trying it out for free found it easy to use, to alter the fasting times and add weight, etc - unlike the first two I tried - so I paid for the Pro version. Very happy with it. Update: still love the App except the fact that the weight loss change doesn't work. Having lost 15lbs and logged each loss it still says I've lost an 8lb change and does not veer from that figure. 20th Nov 2020 -- Still using and loving the app. Lost 24lbs doing 16:8 since 12 July.

It's been an amazing experience. I was new to IF and didn't know where to start. I researched it's of different ways of doing it and found keeping myself accountable and keeping track of it were 2 difficult tasks for myself. This app helps with both and it's very simplified as well so it's easy to log your records. Thank you! Btw I have been doing IF for a month and I lost -3kg!

I've looked at several of these intermittent fasting apps and this is easily the best. It allows you to set an alert for the start time, and then you just press a button after the last meal of the day and then before the first meal. It logs your times and you can enter your weight as well. It doesn't ask for unnecessary information like details of what you've been eating. Also only £2.99 one off. All the other apps are over complicated inflexible and expensive moneyspinners for their operators

This is the app your looking for. Very good amount of free options, it even goes up to 24 hour fasting for free. A one time payment of of 3.99$ if you want the premium features. But these are definitely not needed. Simple to start your fast and end your fast when you want, simple and minimalistic interface. Very easy to use and very convenient.

A nice simple free fasting app, has a paid version without an ongoing subscription fee. I specifically chose this app and bought it because it didn't force a subscription on me if I wanted access to the premium features like every other popular fasting app out there. Interface is great, appearance is sleek and uncluttered. Does everything I need it to be useful, without the excess crud that isn't required. Highly recommend.

Despite some minor grievances (like the fact that it won't let you adjust the minutes upwards to reach :00 because the intermittent values would lie in the future, and that fasts longer than 24hrs aren't represented accurately in the calendar), this is far and away the best, no-nonsense fasting app. And I've tried them all.

The best for simple tracking. Easily editable. Great for non techie people. I also appreciate the nice graphs for weekly tracking and the ability to track weight. Low stress tracker. Many I tried were complicated and a lot of effort this one is a breeze to figure out and use. Free version works well and if you want to upgrade is an inexpensive one time fee. Very pleased!

Exactly what I was looking for! I used quite a few other fasting apps before finding this one. They all included a bunch of stuff that I personally didn't care about. This one keeps track of fast time and weight. I don't need anything else than that. You can adjust the times as needed, and it's very easy to use. I purchased the pro version almost immediately and haven't regretted it yet. Thank you!!!

I love how simple this app is. When I started IF I downloaded a lot of apps and this is the one I use and I deleted the others. I would love to have a widget that you could start with one tap. Also it would be great to have multiple circles on the home screen (some days I do 20 hour and some days I do 16 hours, it would be nice to have two circles instead of having to change the time.) One last suggestion is that during the fast it doesn't say anywhere how many hours is your goal, say 18 hours.

Overall, this app is perfect, simple and exactly what I was looking for. I like that I can add in previous fasts and adjust as needed. Wish it kept a log of more than 10 days though. I just started IF July 1 and was hoping to keep better track but just lost the first week because it's past the 10 day mark so that's a bummer. I remember my first week so I could manually keep track somewhere else but that kinda defeats the purpose of having this app.

EDIT: I have sent the developers 3 emails with no response, app issue has still not been fixed. Avg fast length does not work. Paid for the pro version only to find out half the reason I got the app doesn't work. No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall it displays a random number that is mathematically impossible to be the average. For example if I fast between 20-23 hours for two days or 10 it will show something random like 9 or 14 hours as the average. Please fix this!

Update: Another thing I would love is variable fasting days. i.e. If you do shorter fasts on weekends, you should be able to program Saturday and Sunday differently (or any day). Original review: This is probably the best fasting app in the Play Store. The main reason is you can customize your fast on the fly. Very few fasting apps do this, surprisingly. What would make it better is to sync up with the popular scales in the market, like Withings.

I just purchased the pro version of this app because after setting up the free version, I saw how streamlined, clean, and easy it is to use. Fasting doesn't need a lot of bells and whistles. I love the look of FastHabit! It has everything I need, and the pro version was only a couple of dollars. Well worth the investment! Great app!

I was looking for a replacement for my favorite fasting tracking app, Vora (rip), and and tried 5 others before I found this. I didn't want all the extras the others offered: menus, coaching, etc. Some required subscriptions to get rid of ads or get full functionality. I just wanted a simple tracking app, and this is it. For context: I lost over 100 pounds tracking my fasts through Vora and have kept the weight off for almost 2 years.

Finally a fasting app that does just what I want and nothing more. I've tried several others, which all have a suspiciously similar format and all try to sell a subscription costing $10-15 per month. No thanks. This app has a fasting timer, reminders (with the one time $3 purchase of the pro version) and weight tracker, with an attractive interface. Simple, easy to use, perfect for what I want, very reasonable price. Thanks!

No frills app to track my fasts and my weight. It gives me what I want. It was a bit tricky to figure out how to log my weight (use the "+" in the upper right, then "Log weight manually" in the pop-up box). Also, oddly, when I first tried to install it, I got a message that said it wasn't compatible with my phone's OS. But then the next day, it was there. (I bought the paid version to support the developers, since it's so inexpensive. Don't know what's different about it vs. the free version.)
