I'd give more stars but it's annoying how my favorites page constantly refreshes whenever I open something and back out of it. Takes me to the top of the list and I've got a LONG list. Also, when you search stuff in the search bar, it seems to show every single thing that's sold out first. Makes no sense to have it at the top if its sold out anyway. Other than a few minor annoyances, the app is ok.

I've never seen a fashion App as useless as this of Fashion Nova! Like for real you view an item & it takes you back to the beginning, shopping is very exhausting, the painful part is that I lost every item on my chart after I logged out to log back in, the app keeps quitting on me. Infact!! Everything about fashion nova is tiring, from low quality expensive materials to stress of having to pay for shipping of individual items being returned....

Love FN for the stylish clothing and sales. What I truly hate: The No Refund Policy and the functionality of the website. The back button doesnt take you to the previous screen, but all the way back to the home screen. It takes so long to shop on here because no matter where you are, if you hit the back button, you always have to re-do your screen selections over and over again...geeez!🤦‍♀️ For these two reasons, I stopped shopping with Fashion Nova and started purchasing from Shein. Improve!

I was having difficulties ordering through the site, so I installed the app, thinking I'd have a smooth transaction. Once installed, I opened the app, and it showed me a picture of 2 scantily clad females wearing lingerie. I waited and waited, thinking it was still loading and whatever, but it stayed in that same screen. Feeling like a pervy sapphic, I exited the app and opened it a few times, but the same outcome occurred. I gave up on it. Deleted the app. It sucks. Wasted my time.

I love Fashion Nova but this app sucks. Whenever I select an item to see the details and then hit the back arrow, it takes me all the way back to the home page and I have to go through the menu/type in the search bar again. This happens every time and has been for months. I end up just using the website on my computer instead because of it. Please fix this issue because it makes for a very annoying mobile shopping experience.

It's nice to be able to view products and check on orders easily by phone but the app and website do not seem to share information. For example, my favorites saved on my phone do not update on the website if I log in that way. Also, if I have items in my cart on my phone, I can't log into the website to continue adding items. Great foundation for the app, please fix some bugs to make it more enjoyable to use!

Clothing material is quality! Designs are great for a very certain body type. However, my biggest issue is the refund process. You have to pay to return via mail, which is not only a hassle in itself when you're purchasing heavier or bigger items, but it's also frustrating when the gift gard (yes, not an actual refund in the original method of payment), is dramatically reduced from the original amount paid for. So hopefully, what you purchase fits you.

the rating is on the app usage. I love fashion nova and I order all the time through the website, never have a problem. using the app makes no sence to me. when I search an item it seems like only sold out items are shown. when I tap on an item it doesn't have the option to see the other colors it's available in. just going to go back to the website. I was so excited for the app. sad I didn't like it.

It's a miserable shopping experience using the app. Let's say I'm shopping for a dress. The typical breadcrumb would be main menu > women's > dresses. I would then click on the item I like to view. If I back out, a normal app takes you back to where you left off on dresses. This app takes you back to the main menu and you have to start all over. I updated the app and it was fixed for about 3 minutes and then went back to the old way. Very cumbersome.

Ok so the app keeps crashing! It jumps when your scrolling the pages looking for items. Also, the filters are not the same. It would be nice to be able to filter by size, that is somehow missing. It would be helpful to be able to sort and filter the Favorites section, because right now I can't delete multiple items at once. Lastly, when I hit the arrow to back out, it takes me all the out of the tab I was shopping in. Please fix these issues, thx

Horrible back buttom function. When you search for an item on the search bar. It gives you multiple results. When you click on the item and want to return to your search results, it wipes it completely out and goes to the home page. Where you have to start all over again. Back button on ur phone or the back arrow on the app, it does the same. Its so annoying. Uninstalling rn!

I feel like this app runs really slow, I love the fact that there is a quick add or view feature now but I still feel like it is kind of a pain for me to delete or edit items in my cart. The app also doesn't seem to update -the fact that I am not notified of items being out of stock until checkout is disappointing, and being asked whether or not we want to move an item instead of deleting an item from out shopping cart is a little annoying especially for every item.

Fashion Nova app has been having a lot of issues staying connected to Wi-Fi. Also the shop similar option on the app is not working. I don't know what's up with the app but plz get it together, I made sure the app was updated so that's not the issue. I also have tried the app on diff Wi-Fi networks so it's safe to say there's def an app issue going.

I love the app so much. But, its always logging me out. The app is always going blank, and sometimes, when I go shopping for more clothes in the shop section, it takes me to the product I was looking at before. Also, I wish you guys would make it possible to upload pictures for reviews! Someone could say a dress fits them perfectly and not be my size at all. So what fits perfectly to them may not fit perfectly for me.

Worst app. Slow to load every single page. Will take hours just to put together an order, and don't even get me started on trying to check out. They probably lose about half their business to people not wanting to wait for and deal with the app. Love the store and prices but the app itself makes me crazy. 0/10 recommend wasting your time with this app. It'd be faster to go out, travel to a store and go through every item in the store than to pick out a shipping cart on this app.

STEALS YOUR MONEY! Tried to return a piece with a tiny head hole. Customer service didn't bother to explain that it had been listed final sale when I bought it--just copied and pasted the same text on each email. I eventually figured out what they meant and went to return the other 2 pieces I needed to send back--which had been returnable previously. Now one of THEM had become final sale! They said there was nothing they could do. Even though I had bought when it could be returned. IT'S A SCAM!!

The app is ok, runs slow and freezes sometimes. Good sales and selection. Extremely unreasonable policies on changing, cancelling, and refunding orders. If you press submit, you're locked in and the best you'll ever get is return the items and get store credit. Can't cancel if mistakes are made in any way. Customer service also takes quite some time to get back to you.
