This application does not have an option to deactivate or close your account. They are bothering you with a lot of offers even if you didn't opt out for their newsletter. When you want to unsubscribe from those emails you are just redirect to a web page with more offers. I don't recommend this app at all

The app performance has been very poor in the last week. It barely opens, a return request doesn't appear in my account, even though the courier already picked it up and I have the confirmation email. Please do something about it and fix it already! Thanks.

Functional (categories, filters, visualisation meet customer's expectations and really facilitate the experience), stable (can't think of any crashes in 2-year time), order/payment process is convenient as well. Notifications (new arrivals, discounts, etc.) are OK. Really enjoyed this app 👏

Very good experience. I have been a client for 5 years. They are always improving the options for customers... more pick up options and the return policy is amazing. And let's not forget they always have sales and promotions so it 's difficult to resist!

"It works a lot better than it did last year. I'm quite satisfied with it!"....well, that was in January :-) I have changed my mobile and the app doesn't recognise me or my password. I am a new customer now...I can't view my previous orders, I' ve had to introduce my address...etc. I really hate that!....but I've got used to it and it's OK. Fast and reliable! Thumbs up!

Overall it's a very good app - what I find different is the search engine, that sometimes doesn't seem to provide relevant answers. Overall, simple to use and intuitive - some details that need to be tweaked (search, catalog browsing, filtering ) to make it the perfect shopping app.

Good app but for some articles (sneakers, bags) would be helpul more pictures while the colours for other products (like a Mango dress) are different from the real thing. I wrote here the downsides but overall I am satisfied with this app.Very good and useful are the size recommendations, they are usually quite accurate.

The price filter resets itself, even though you select it 15 times. Considering this is the only filter that does that, I conclude it's done on purpose to trick you into compulsory buying. This is a cheap and annoying trick. If this doesn't get fixed, they will lose another customer.

Best but for Free Rewrds use WHAFF MASTER App It's a great game, I have played it on multiple device for at least 3 years and it keeps getting better. However, since the farm pass update I have also experienced the game unexpectedly restarting itself, and some actions done before can be lost. This is rather annoying. Also, I find that the balance between stars and coins on the farm pass is not right as if you are trying to save up money, you can't as you level up too quickly. Change and I will 5

For anything regarding payment it is shockingly good. Feedback is quick for every issue or succes of any payment. Issues regarding returning are also very good. Good tracking of orders. Improvements should mostly be on the filter side, which whilst mostly very good can be improveded by showing more options. Model sizes and weight could also be a plus

This app really works just fine, it is not too complicated, I would rather say it is made for the average-intermmediate online buyer. As soon as you go around the menus and options, you can easily use its features at their full potential. Pretty good job, I would say. As always, a very good service delivered by Emag.

I was having trouble getting support in English and I got help on the offical page in FB. Thanks for the quick turnaround time. I so far did not have any other issues with the app. It wold be great to have language settings in the app to switch to other languages. You know Romania is becoming multiple cultural day by day and it would be of great help for non native speakers 🙂

Couple of things that I found extremely annoying and hope will be fixed in the future: - App returns an error when trying to place an order payed entirely with vouchers - There is a weird algorithm of giving back vouchers for a product, returned from an order payed by with vouchers. Part of the amount is returned into the voucher you payed the order with and part of it generates a new voucher. Not sure how they split this, but is very confusing and it's not clear if they return you everything

After using it for approx. 6 mo, I can say it works perfectly. The only issue is that the filters are not great. For example, if I select shoe materials all except leather (PU, textile etc), I still see shoes that contain leather, either combined with synthetic meterials or only inside the shoe. That makes it difficult for me to quickly find what I need. The filter should search in all fields (not just outer material in my example) because the info does exist on the product page.

Clothing comes in awful condition, often with missing tags, looking a lot more like pre-owned than brand new. I even start wondering if the brand stuff is original or fake, in the perfect case it feels like second quality. A new update - it is a third month FD is not able to recover my money for returned goods although numerous phone calls and coplains on it. Update 15.08.2024 - My money for a returned order from Dec 2023 has not been Fully returned yet despite 40+ mails, messages, complains.
