My review for this application is not a reflection of the people at farmers insurance. I must say that this app is not very well written. This is the third time that my password is not accepted. I know for a fact that the correct password was used but the app keeps telling me it's the wrong password. We all have a lot of stuff to do but when the app messes up every time you try to sign in it just makes it way more difficult than it should be.

very limited app. doesn't pull up all features. very clunky operating. very similar layout to other insurance apps but intermittent operation of the features

Pretty Easy to find whatever you need. No continuous searching and searching just to have to use help to locate what you were looking for, if you remember why you even started looking in the 1st place by then lol. So many apps are like that it seems, but not on Farmers

Easy to navigate, just wish I could've printed cards from it. Only option available was to share. I had to send to my email, and print from there. I agree with another review, would be nice and easier for the general public to list by cars covered with policy number last. The people that are using the cards generally are looking for that type of information and not the policy number.

Worthless!! Said one month using app, need more time to get discount -yet been enrolled with app 180 days that it tracked my every move and always did better than the 80% each month. If someone cuts you off and you brake and avoid an accident, you are docketed as distracted driving, which is opposite from truth! Stupid not to mention invasive on privacy. Lies that it rewards good drivers!

This app makes no sense. Using Bluetooth to talk, they label you as a distracted driver. But you can eat and drive and you are all good. You can run a red light to avoid hard breaking and it doesn't know, but you didn't hard break, so win in their book. It can't tell if you are wearing a seat belt or if you are using a turn signal like a dash one can.

Couldn't print ID cards from the Farmers website, so I downloaded the app to have with me in case needed. Turns out the app can't display ID cards either (it can, but it's not working). Chatted with support, they acknowledge there's an issue. No ETA for resolution, however. Could leave you without proof of insurance if you were relying on your phone in the event of an accident or citation.

Can't run app due to some error saying it won't run due to apps installed on my phone but doesn't list the app(s) of concern. Try to email app support and it bounces back saying : The group usw.mobile.appteam only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list. What's the point making an app and having email support blocking all emails but from the organization itself 🙄

I updated my payment method on the app for my renters and auto policies (but it didn't apply it to the auto policy for some reason) and I was charged a $25 late fee. I wouldn't be surprised if that's on purpose because even after I spoke to a representative, Farmers won't waive the fee. Disappointed. Make sure your payment is updated on both policies if you have it, because they won't help you.

Good app with one key issue if you are someone who likes seeing their own financial data - prepays don't show up on the next bill, but I learned when I called an agent that the prepays show on their side. On my side it looked like I was double charged or my money got eaten, because app prepay difficulties.If you like to track your money and want to avoid the disappearing money panic, don't prepay but wait for the next billing period so you can see all your financials. Learn from my experience.

I have 2 different users of the app on the same phone. It won't let me log out as one user and then let the other user log in with their credentials. When I try to log in as the second user, it forces me to go to the play store to update the app repeatedly - even though I just updated it. I am stuck in a loop and can't get out of it to log in as the second user. Very inconvenient!!

ZERO STARS! My husband and I just got a policy and was told to download the app. Once I did I tried to sign in on multiple occasions over a months span. It will sign me in and it's just a blue screen with the logo at the top and it says log in on the top right. I have tried to log in there and just through the web browser and it's just a white screen that way! We haven't received anything in the mail either but they took our money 🤔

I am unable to log into the mobile app. It says the username or password are incorrect. However, the same username & password work for logging into the website. I have changed my password, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, cleared the app cache, I even got a new phone and still cannot log in via the app. I have called your customer service multiple times but have received no help with this issue.

This app used to be great! Now, it requests a "one-time verification code" EVERY SINGLE TIME you open the app. It doesn't matter if you opened it, received a code, and then immediately closed the app or if you havent opened the app for a month. Every single time. This is ridiculous! Get rid of that or at least make it an option to turn off!

After using this app and I received the discount for 1 month then my bill went back up, the app says I'm getting the discount but sure isn't on my billing. After many calls of "I'm receiving the discount", I've started pricing other companies out and farmers is expensive. Will be glad to be fully switched over to another company especially after finding out about the 38$ cancellation fee the stick on you at the end. Accident free, highly insurable family, according to other companies, their loss

What's the point of the app if all it does is redirect you to the mobile website. New update they took off automatic payments without much warning to me with a card. Be way off you have it set up with a card cause it will just deactivate it until you link a bank account. I didn't know this happened and I had to pay double the amount just to reactivate my insurance! I been using them a long time. Good to know how little they actually care. Keeping my 1 start review. Wish I could do 0.

I've used this app frequently versus having to use a browser, mobile or otherwise. The app by itself has most of what you would find helpful or useful on the website. It's also been a great help when I had to submit a claim for windshield damage and replacement when I was traveling. Everything is kind of built into the app.
