I love the service when I stop into the farmer boys locations, I have visited a few different ones. The app is cool , however when you scan your receipt it doesn't let you know it was accepted, so if you think this and manually in put your bar code it will give a message that its already been processed. I wll they would fix this on the app so it is more efficient.

New update killed the coupon thing they had, tried to do the free fries and they sent me an email and when I click I'm ready the code wasn't there and the cashier hit redeem and help ruin me trying to get that code to show up. This wasn't the first time I had problems with this update, I might just have to delete it if I run into another problem like this.

App is inconsistent. I had a "buy one get one of equal or lesser value" and it gave me the lesser value one free. It was only $3 difference, but still it was false advertising in a sense. I complained to the cashier l, she said it was the cash register programming and there was nothing they could do and to contact FB office. Contacted FB twice since and have gotten only notice that they got my message and would respond ASAP but haven't yet even though I sent 2nd message.

Can't order in the app. When I open the app the page is too large to see fully. When I click to customize a product the nutritional information takes up 2/3s of the page & won't go away. I can't find my favorited store in the list & when I type in my city or zip code the page goes blank or shows California stores only. I'm hoping I can use the app & my points in store, though. If not then I'll just delete it. Also, the only option for help is a phone #? Useless app so far.

didn't give me the free side or fries it promises to do upon sign up. whatever! aside from promises unfulfilled, the app doesn't show the pricing on any of the food items. i understand prices may vary by location but when i'm selecting a specific location, why won't the app show me the prices. lastly, they advertise a REAL STRAWBERRY SHAKE made with real strawberries but when ordering it, they claim they've been out of it for months because they have no strawberries. just take it off the menu!

App is trash. It never sent me a confirmation email, so I was unable to use the points I'd accumulated. Decided to take the loss on what I'd already earned and start over with a different email, hoping I'd get the confirmation this time. But the app shot me down immediately when it told me "oops this device has been shared with too many users". And wouldn't let me make an account. More than 1 account on 1 phone is a violation. I love farmers. Go there regularly. But this app spit in my face.

This app isn't just bad, it's utterly broken. I attempted to place a mobile order, and it wanted me to enter a city to find a location. Well, it said there are no locations in Henderson NV, so I can't place an order. This is surprising because in another part of the app the locations show up just fine. Love the food, wish I could order through my phone though. This app is trash.

App forces you to choose a favorite location before you can proceed. No favorite? Lie or you are out of luck. I quit. 9/25/24 They offered 10% off, I tried again. It still can't figure out where I am. It gave me a list of 99 locations. None of them are the restaurant 1/2 mile away from me. I gave it a ZIP code, I got a map with red pin of the restaurant. Can't click the pin. Still not showing on the list. Gave up again.

Discounts/Points/Promo codes dont work. I reported an issue that my discount was not applied to my order. I got a couple of responses stating the coupon I used was expired. It was a "fried chicken day," and I used the in-app BOGO deal their official response was that the coupon was expired. it was only good the day I used it. Points dont accumulate, and discounts are not applied to the purchases. They dont care about customer service and food quality is in a huge decline. Uninstalled!

The food is fantastic but the point system is bogus. I can only scan one receipt per visit, you can only scan a receipt within 24hr of purchase, it takes about 30min for a receipt to be able to scan the receipt. I never felt so screwed over by a point system before, just lose the point system and rely on your food because the point system makes me not want to eat there anymore

Absolute garbage app. Repeatedly tells you to sign up and enter your information, hard to find the menu because it constantly logs you out, you think you're in the app ready to order, but there's no place to actually order food. Literally logged into my account, try checking out after picking my food, and then it tells me to either sign up or log in or check out as a guest. Terrible.

Rip off! If you use a reward during a purchase, you don't get credit for any of the other $ spent. Also, just learned today that if you make 2 purchases you can only earn rewards on one. Learned this after scanning the receipt for the soda I added at the window, then tried to scan the receipt for the meals purchases and wasn't allowed to. So, 12 reward points lost because I already earned 2...BS!!! Also, it would be nice to order from the app.

Horrible app. No matter how many times I try to log in, I don't stay logged in. Yes, my credentials are correct cuz I use the exact same ones to log in thru a browser and they work. Adding any food to the my cart is an absolute disaster. You can customize however you want it but there isn't an option to checkout!!! How in the hell am I supposed to order, then?! What a travesty of an app in this modern age.

It's an ok app but mostly just for rewards. The menu is on there but it doesn't always have an up-to-date listing of things and it's messy. All it does is pull up the website into the window and things take awhile to load. Not too mobile friendly IMO. Then, all you can do from the website is count calories. You can't order anything. That last part is a bit confusing. Farmer Boys is a bit more expensive than some of these other fast food spots. So with the level of profit it is bringing in, how do they now have an online ordering system like most of these spots have been picking up these last four or so years? So yeah, the rewards system is "ok" when you remember to use it (since you clearly aren't going to pull out the app for anything else to make a habit out of anything). Beyond that, you can just visit the website.

This app is so unusuable that I'm amazed the restaurants actually advertise for customers to use it. I created an account through the app, can see that I am signed into the app, but when I go to place an order, the app tries to have me sign in again, and then tells me I don't have an account!!! So frustrating, not worth the hassle, especially with the high prices on their menu.

The food is fresh, and great, AND they have a veggie burger! The fried zucchini is unbelievable. When we stopped by just before closing, we did notice the hamburger we ordered was lukewarm and dry, seemingly pre-cooked. But, we recently had a misunderstanding that caused an overcharge, and they took care of us. We'll be stopping by again.

The points I've been accumulating for months became virtually worthless. They revamped their entire system, at 75 points I used to get a respectable meal, now only a side item. Now a 100 points only gets you a basic cheeseburger, which use to be 50 points. For the first reward you need to spend thirty dollars for a regular size drink, what a joke. Without valuable rewards to offset the cost of how expensive their restaurants are I doubt I'll ever be going back. It's just not worth it anymore.
