Probably the most hassle free app to buy designer items from, items may seem more expensive than in other sites at first glance but the price includes import taxes and such, which other sites do not usually include. So far I've had no trouble buying and recieving items, they have a huge selection to choose from and a nice loyalty program for returning customers. Would totally recommend!

Very good app easy to search and filter the items you are looking for based on brand, size, price. Only thing could be improved is to include a category "new" items because as of now they are amalgamated new+very good together. Also very very good is the option "make an offer" which enable buyer to propose a price to the seller. That's clever even for a high end boutique.

Pretty glitchy and not user friendly. Strange for an app with premium products. Items displayed get constantly messed up, sometimes the same item pops up 5 times while you're scrolling. Often page isn't loading and you have to keep pressing Retry. No basic filters - size, selection of only sustainable items, etc. Sizes are hard to navigate, you can find your size using similar products from brands u may not even have, but cannot do it with your measurements, which would be a more basic way.

If you disable notifications, the app stops loading, saying there's a problem with internet connection. That's nonsense

Worse and worse I get notifications about sales or things that may be of interest to me yet I can not open the app due to connection issues. what going on???

It was so bad, every thing is over 1000 dollars, and I really don't understand why, like, why can't something just be like around like, I mean, at least 100, I mean, but I found something that was so cute, it was just like a pair of heels, and it was literally, like, 4000 dollars, please explain why you all need to lower your prices, y'all are not getting a star at all sorry god y'all suck. 🤬

Keep seeing the message "there's a problem with your network connection" for over a month. No issues on my end, purely the app being broken

I will only give this service one star because they are very incompetent people they can't do the job, they took my money and didn't give me back. I made an article return, and I still haven't received a refund yet they keep saying we didn't get your article even though I have all the proofs, but they are not refunding my money. If you buy anything, please do not return it they will not give your refund.Thank you

it's my first purchase and didn't get any discount all promo codes tgat was send to me for 10% didnt work called customer services and answer you will get only on the premium brands which not discounted which is very disappointing, I wouldn't buy and the only think make me buy that I have credit for 2nd hand sell to farfetch

They sell Fake products that are supposed to be genuine at premium prices. Went into the Versace retail shop and the products there are completely different to the ones I've received from Farfetch. The manufacturers labels are different and some of the items are manufactured different to the ones I got from Farfetch, just buy straight from the brands website to avoid fakes.

Wishlist only allows a maximum of 99 items and automatically deletes anything above that amount Additionally, the app crashes constantly For a better shopping experience and no wishlist limitations, I'd recommend SSENSE

Used to be a good luxury brand market many years back. Now the selection is poor, they dialed down to mass brands. Quality of the service has also reduced a lot and become quite trashy. Returns became a huge headache. Support is not knowledgeable. They only survive because of lack of alternatives.

The app is not working, whenever I'm clicking on it to open it says error and saying that there's a problem in network connection, and when I tap retry nothing happens. Please fix it !

Many problems with this app. The size guide option usually doesn't work, it doesn't remember my preferred currency. It keeps changing between male and female clothes for no reason. On top of this recently it AUTOMATICALLY updated to Chinese version and didn't allow me to log in so I had to install it again. I am really interested in fashion and I would be interested in buying many items on Farfetch but the user experience of this app is just terrible.

Orders come quick, sometimes before the due date. Great packing (mostly cardboard and not much plastic!) Returns are super easy and convenient, however mostly not necessary. I love the special offers. Great customer service. It's a simple "no fuss" experience! Would be amazing if you'd add a filter called "Concious" as it's a bit tricky to find items with this classification. I ended up looking for specific brands when I needed something. Your product searches keep crashing though.

Redirect from ads stoped working. When I click on any ad, it takes me to the app which says there's a problem with your internet connection. It's very annoying, please fix that.

App : 3 out of 5 stars Service : 4 out of 5 stars Products : 5 out of 5 stars Solid and consistent but lacking persistent customization like saved searches, size preferences, and no way to exclude brands only include when filtering. Service is always responsive and easy to access despite being a UK based company. Had a few issues over the two years I've used app and never a complaint or problem to resolve them. The clothing is authentic, the quality of packaging varies but overall good.
