ZERO SUPPORT. Game is all bad after updating. Earned every reward in the event but not one was sent to my base. I got NOTHING. Pet power in base has reset to 0. When I merge eggs pet power(used to unlock frozen land) doesn't change. Now I can no longer unlock any more land. Shame because it's a cute game. They need to support the players. Uninstall.

It's really cute. I had an issue though, the pets wouldnt go into the home to sleep, and I've left it alone for a while and they're were still. Redownloading. Hope it fixes it. It does feel like maybe three more tiles at the start would make all the difference! Hope the pets can recharge themselves to play it more.

I recently installed this literally an hour ago and its sunday march 20th xD 3 am....and im very content with the content 😂the game itself hasn't been an issue since you can actually use the ads and benefit from it. And the ads are incredibly short so its no problem. I haven't had any pop ups on me at all, all the ads were played through my choice of rewards :D

Just reading through reviews, mostly same as mine. Why is there no frelling feedback for us. To.me it says you don't care about us. Extremely unpleasant! Can't add my email to register. Is this why the game SHUTS DOWN EVERY FRELLING TIME I PLAY? Even in the last event. Before I could get to unlocking the two flower key, it shuts down. I have to start from the beginning land every time. There is also no support button in the game. Need I keep going? About to unistall

Gameplay is not structured well, merging is wobbly at best, too many "tags" all over the screen which makes it feel cluttered and distracting. Overall I just found it boring, and just not designed well at all; deleted.

This could be good, but the videos for waking the dragons DOESN'T work. There is no music and the sound is non-existent. The pets do 1or2 things and sleep for 20min, and you only get 1 each wake up for a few seconds. This needs to be fixed as stated above. Devs don't care about fixing things, and don't listen to the players who no more than them. You should also have ready made houses instead of jumping on them to build. Other games do, but it is over your heads to listen. Uninstalling

Loved it at first, but now it's telling me none of my pets are available when I try to get them to harvest anything, they're all floating about and have been for hours. They won't go into their homes and rest?? Also, you can't have "tap to confirm" turned on, because when you click something and then click again to confirm, it doesn't actually click again! It just closes the "click to confirm" bubble that comes up.

It keeps crashing, losing not only progress but also rewards/purchases etc, whilst taking the gold or whatever else was used. Eg I completed the third time through one of the scenarios to get the moon chest only for it to crash losing the moon chest but still thinking I had done the 3rd time through, so I couldn't just redo it to get the chest. I have lost quite a lot so far and there's no way to contact the creator from the game.

I have been playing this game off and on for a few years, but lately I have been having a glitch where if I do the "double your rewards" option on the time trials to get more creatures it will take my gems and then when I'm back at camp, I don't get the creature. Which is frustrating. It would be great if this could be fixed and if they could either reimburse those gems or actually send the creatures earned.

I am seriously considering uninstalling the game. I just spent the last three days on an event, was up to level 6 or 7 in event point items and almost had the board cleared when I lost it all because the statues acted like it was a level and ended it when they merged and now the event has started all over again. I AM PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When hitting "sell" button, it keeps selling items that happen to be UNDERNEATH the sell button. I've lost multiple high value items because of this. Considering how long it takes to merge a billion items, this is enough to make me quit playing. That and infinity bubbles suddenly removing watch ad button so all you can do is sell it. Pretty annoying.

wrote that 1* review on 01/25/2023 then after no response here or via email, Uninstalled the game. Kept crashing and losing 15-40mins of progress everytime played without fail. Came back recently hoping they'd fixed the crashes and l cause it really is cute and I want to love the game...and it worked fine for a couple days but now is right back to constant crashes with progress loss. It's been the better part of a freaking year, HOW IS THIS STILL UNPLAYABLE YET HASNT BEEN SHUT DOWN?!?!

There's no way to report a problem... And there's so so many issues!!Thought it was a cute game but I guess that's all they were worried about because, it's impossible to play. The pets in the mainlands never go to sleep! Sometimes when you buy things they lock up like dead land and you are never able to get to themSometimes when you watch a commercial everything just turns off. Just to name a few problems what's the point of putting out a game that hasn't been tested or you won't or can't fix?

I enjoy this game, but I'm so so so frustrated because my progress keeps disappearing. Pets I've earned in timed levels *POOF* gone. Twice in the last 24 hours I've gotten enough pet power to unlock the same new area, unlocked it, come back later, and my pet power is back down and the area is locked. The pets are gone too, one from a timed level (the first time I unlocked the land) and two more that I used gold to buy eggs and hatch (and then unlocked land a second time). What a waste!!

I was loving this game at first I got pretty far but after awhile the dementional jars stopped having the watch a video option on then i haven't been able to watch a video and get the extra item from merging for weeks or watch videos to wake some pets. The houses, coin vaults, stone vaults & speed fountains constantly have the upgrade lines taking up space and making it difficult to play.

10/10/21Enjoying the game so far but..needs a save feature. Also when you turn the setting off to stop the critters from auto harvesting in the camp,it also stops them from going back to their hut. Please fix this. 10/27/21 the pet autonomy, it's not challenging,it's annoying. You have to go back and forth from camps to the level area to keep turning it on and off then back on again.

This is my first merge game. As someone with limited abilities due to health issues, this was a nice escape to discover, create, and may sound silly, it's nice being able to organize and clean an area. I'd find myself in a meditative state at times. Now I'm lucky if I can stay on for more than one level. What happened to the world that had 28 days left? If it appears with all of my progress gone, uninstalling. If it doesn't return at all, uninstalling. NOW a new world opens in 2 days?! Uninstal

Crash, slow load times, laggy performance and crash some more. Does not save your actions, when you get any done between crashes. Had to clean up the same area 3 times already, repeating the same actions, only to crash again, and have to start the same actions over again. Crash, crash. Will now remove this travesty of a game. It looked so promising, but fails to deliver.

This new update on 12-15-22 is horrible every time you get ahead in the quest the game freezes up and closes when u go back in you have to start over again cuz the game resets to the beginning of the quest. Since yesterday its happen 5 times. All the work completely gone. And I like this game. 12-23-22 here we go again the event is doing the same thing it froze closed and when I went back in all progress was undone. This is twice already. I love the game but this is the 2nd event.

It's your typical merg game which I like those types of games. But there are a bunch of things that dont work well on this one. You can move the screen on your home base besides zooming in and out. Its lagging pretty badly. When you discover new things and go to the book to click on the discovery it closes and you have to keep opening it for each new discovery. Disappointed in this game I was hoping to like it.
