This app is annoying. Always searching for location, and I don't have the SHARE BET button while some of my other friends do with iphones. There is also no way to save a bet without placing it. There are no groups like Draftkings, and the worst, I bet the same amount of money as a friend of mine, and he gets deposit matches all the time, and I've never had one, and I've been using FanDuel for years

The score will show one thing, along with the time, then I place a bet, and suddenly the score has changed by over 10 points and the time will have lost over 30 seconds. It's funny because I've sat next to a buddy tuned into the same on the same app, his phone, (same wireless provider) and not make bets, show something different, and it doesnt happen until I place a wager. I wouldn't have made half the bets had it shown what the time and score truly were. Just another scam to take your $$$$

I just downloaded the app. I'm trying to make a bet for tonight's game, and I keep being told that my location hasn't been verified. I've tried with my mobile data and with wifi and have the same issue. I added $10 to my account and can't even use it to place a bet. It's frustrating af. I'm about to take the loss and unistall. Edit: after turning off & on my location and phone several times I was finally able to make a bet. Rating increased from 1 star to 3 star based on my initial experience.

Best sportsbook app in the game. Loads fast as lightning, painless login, and a clean interface. However, I have come across one major issue. Enabling biometric login is incredibly annoying. You have to login with the option selected, and then you get one chance to enable it. If your fingerprint is off by even 0.1 mm, you have to log out and back in and start the process all over. I've only managed to get it enabled successfully once in about 15 attempts, so I gave up. Please fix this.

The app is unfixable. Plаce yоur bets at a trustеd spоrtsbоok, "bvdаbеt" sеarch for in yоur brоwsеr. Since 2019, my account was trouble-free until this year. Despite proper permissions, location services on, and being centrally located, the app struggles to verify my location. Don't rely on responding to in game events in real time. Despite updates and reinstalls, it's inconsistent. Sometimes it works, but often it refreshes stating, "location can't be verified." It's so unreliable. Until fixed.

The app wouldn't recognize my location after attempting every troubleshooting tip and contacting support. Support was minimal at best. They stopped responding to my emails after the first unsuccessful attempt at assisting me. The app was super glitchy, with rapid screen changes etc. I'm super disappointed with it, obviously. I totally do not recommend!

There is a really annoying notification for your monthly report that shows up every single time you use the app even after you have viewed it. It covers up the menu options at the bottom so you can't even ignore the message. You have to go into the view statements section every time you use the app. Really bad coding and design on their part. Also it has issues getting your location even though other apps have no problem.

Don't use this app, you can spend whatever you want and lose and they won't care or bar one eye, but the second you win, not only did they find a way to not pay you, but put a lock on your entire account so you can't do anything further with it until they deem your winnings non suspicious even tho you can make several deposits from the same bank and lose whatever without anyone batting an eye, but they will do anything to not pay a person out. Draft kings just won themselves a new customer.

Waste of time and effort, take your betting elsewhere. App function slow and constantly changing odds but not updating on main screen only your bets and display was confusing, they don't list results as the rest of the world does for example college hoops, list would be 1st half score, 2nd half score, final score. They list it 2nd half score, 1st half score, final score. Issues like these were the downfall.

I used the app a couple times with small wagers to try it out. I had no issues when I first installed it about two weeks ago. I have been trying to use it all week and it won't load. I've cleared the cache then data, tried rebooting, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The screen flickers and says "whoops!". It says to check my wifi but it's the only app I have issues with. I've missed a cpl wagers which is disappointing. I tried it as a recommendation but I'll stick with my original SB app.

Terrible experience. They never send new player bonuses. Multiple times they ask you to deposit more money so they can activate the new player bonus then after they tell you it will be credited in 72 hrs which it never is. Bet through a different place. You will thank me later for saving you hours of frustration. Terrible customer service and experience!!!!!!

First off, this is the only sportsbook app that I use. With that being said, the app has just become so cluttered with unnecessary buttons trying to get you to the casino or racing. The buttons at the top are enough if someone wants to enter these. Stop trying to force people to these areas by cluttering up a once very user-friendly experience in the spertsbook. Be better, not greedy. Remember what sets you apart from other sportsbooks.

Worst odds for all the online casinos I've played. Not to mention you never get anything from the rewards spins anymore. Would definitely not recommend, better off with just about any other casino. I very rarely win over what I deposit on this app and ive had it for a couple years. At least other apps give you a shot. Complete TRASH do not waste your money here.

The app is just bad. Before you tell me make sure my phone is up to date. Don't. Running on Google Pixel 8 Pro with all latest updates. Constantly signs me out when in use. Runs super slow and sluggish when making picks. Some days the share button is there some days it's not same with stats. Casino runs terrible. The whole app is just no optimized for Android. It's like they don't care.

I live in Charlotte, NC. I set up account, deposit money, tried to place a bet, and it says location can't be verified. My location and precise location is toggled on (I drive Uber and that's required). I restarted phone and it still gives me that error. I contacted the support and they were no help. Guess I'll try a different app. This one does not work. Hopefully I can withdraw money I sent without issue.

Absolutely terrible. It verifies my location but when I click the promo for NC it takes me to another page and then says location restricted. I've done literally everything I could to fix the issue. Everything the recommend to fix it. Contacted support, and they said they couldn't help me with my issue. What a waste of my night and $10 deposit. Scam!!!!!

Literally one of the worst apps I've ever used. It's stunning that a business with countless millions to spend on marketing cannot put together with even simplistic functionality. Soooo sloooooow. So awkward and clunky. Betslip won't clear. Then it won't load. Then the odds are changing and won't load. Just terrible. Basic info account like balance not visible on home screen, so you have to pull up another menu, and IT takes forever to load. Maddening.
