I've been using this app for 5 years and have had a wonderful experience. They give you plenty of free bets and I vastly prefer fanduels user interface better than other apps. My only complaint is that customer service is borderline useless robots.

Only get a 2 🌟 until I won some good money I use to like it now it seems like you can't win nothing prove me wrong then you get a better start try giving us $1 entries $5 entries free entries better ones then the ones that you giving now

only thing that bugs me is that if a contest isn't filled to absolute capacity they void the contest. I play small so when I got 5 contests and 4 of them don't fill its like what's the point? I can understand for big contests but 2 dollar contests like please FD ain't losing money.

They don't color who will be actually playing in baseball, will blame you for honest mistakes that shouldn't have happened if they had been more organized, go to draftkings or another site. Plus at the start of many nfl games they can't even tell you points or anything they basically shut down. Tell customer support to email me, I just want a credit for what they screwed me for I don't have time for that reach out to me and do what's right

The last update is terrible. I'm in a daily MLB league and my league mates and I are having issues being able to set a lineup each day. No issues on the website using my laptop. It's incredibly frustrating, needs to be fixed. Been a loyal user for a long time. This is the most trouble I've ever had. Customer support is no help either.

It was all good when sports first returned. Then it crashed for about two weeks. Now going on three weeks the app developer has not taken care of the "RATE THIS APP" pop-up everytime you access the app or just change pages every 10secs, very annoying. I know some friends who have uninstalled it, I guess we all need to follow suit. Maybe I'll go back to Yahoo,and DRAFTKINGS etc until it's repaired.

Support is extremely unhelpful. Actually this company depends on its bot system which is absolutely atrocious. They try to delay you and stop you from connecting to an agent. In fact, it's impossible! They send you a code to your email that you have to type to verify before you can connect to an agent. Funny enough, the email doesn't even contain a code, just ends off on a blank. Horrible service.

Really having issues with the app. When in Friends mode Championship, it will NOT load others entries to see them on the contest has started. Constantly getting the three dots loading. Also no "not starting" notifications for players who are not playing that day. Other apps are very on top of players not starting and get notifications if you are starting someone who is not realistically starting. Of having guys on 60 day DL on list to play when they sure as hell ain't playing. Fix this app!

Every since the update I dont get the option to share my lineup summaryvia text message anymore. Only pointless apps populate like google maps, bluetooth and wifi direct. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and reset all phone setting no luck. Even contacted support and they say it's my phone smh. Just downloaded an older version and not to my surprise at all it works again! Not my phone! It's your stupid update!

Fantasy Points Blank. I upgraded my phone a little over a month ago. Now I'm using the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Since I made the switch the fantasy point don't show up in gamelog. I can see the stats, but it no longer shows how many points players accumulated. I've deleted the app, done all upgrades, and everything else. I do 95% of my fantasy sports on my phone. This has pretty much made it impossible to play on your platform.

I have been unable to add money to my account for 3 weeks because the app can't verify my location. The Sportsbook app has absolutely no problems verifying my location and letting me place bets. I've been told all 4 times I've contacted support that it's a problem with my phone, even though it doesn't work from my laptop either. I guess I'll go play Draft Kings.

It's gambling, win some, lose more, no matter what the "pros" say. The app itself is fine, despite the annoying rating pop ups lately. Hopefully this will make those stop. Update: Didn't help, pop ups for rating still happening. Also, pop ups for contests I don't want to enter, all since last update. I liked the simpler, previous non pop up versions much more. 12-13-20...still pop ups....

Was good before all the updates. Keeps crashing i have a droid. i can not see my results in history section or in live play, the window is to tight to see the games you played. The platform is not good, total app reconstruction might be needed. But the crashing is really anoying please fix this, should not be a hard fix at all. Thanks Keep Up Good Work..

If you want to play Fanduel, DON'T DOWNLOAD THE APP.. It's functions terribly! You can't even make a full lineup without the app freezing/locking up and crashing.You have to be extremely lucky to build and submit a full lineup before it crashes.. I love DFS and advocate for people to play it, but use their website and be prepared to sit at your computer. 2 stars until they fix their app (which it seems like they can't), then I'll change it..

Fanduel support is a joke, I been trying to get help for a week now and just kept getting passed on to the next support agent. Ended up running out of patience so I decided to deactivate my account but without losing my balance, that seemed like it was a issue as well. It's sad bc I did enjoy fanduel but this experience completely changed my view and previous 5 star rating. If I was able to I would've changed it to a zero rating. I was unable to use my balance or get it back. 😂 ya suck!!!

The app (Android) is quite convenient for casual fantasy sports, but it has recently been crashing every time I open it. It will stay open for ~2 seconds, then close. This keeps happening over and over, even after reinstalling and clearing memory/cache. This forces me to use a web browser to manage my rosters, so I can't keep up with injury reports in real time when commuting/traveling. It also notifies when a GTD player is active, but fails to notify when a GTD player is out.

If you're here for casino it's borderline trash. Slow loads, no user friendly features such as favorites, recently played, summary of games/description, etc. Just a long list with "play" buttons. As of past week I can't even play remaining balance as it takes 30 seconds of halting graphics to take a single spin. Things are just not so great with this app.

everytime i start drafting a team, halfway thru the screen goes black and freezes. then after a few mins its asks me if i want to close it or wait...i close it which takes a few more mins, then erases my team and sends me back to the pick a contest screen. its also done it while editing my team and its cost me several times so that i didnt get it in on time, so its the app !! may take my $$ to the competition. no late fix on NBA sucks too. this used to be fun, see how the others work i guess

By far the best daily fantasy app out there. But been on a pretty bad loosening steak. Not adding any new funds for a while possible will uninstall for a time till I'm ready to play again. Update 8/22/2021: Having issues logging in with Facebook haven't been able to login in for 2 weeks. Keeps saying there is a error. I've uninstall and reinstall it as well too.

Used to be great, then they updated the app about 2 weeks ago. Not user friendly, hard to find contests, too many steps to do anything. I told them I will be switching to Draft Kings until they fix it. A blessing in disguise, Draft Kings is 100 times better than this trash app. More contests, more sports, extremely easy to use. Fanduel has lost a loyal customer for 11 years. Will not be missed.
