The app is super glitchy. It scrolls and clicks on stuff by itself, and you have to go back to the home screen to switch searches. I also can not change my address on the app. I can change it at the shipping screen, but it would be nice to have it already updated when checking out.

Everytime I open the app I'm hit immediately with the following message: "ACCOUNT ERROR Sorry there was an error retrieving your account data. We're doing our best to get this fixed for you. In the meantime, you can still use the shop tab to do your shopping. At check out you'll have the opportunity to sign into your account, redeem your rewards and earn points on your purchases." App is worthless now. Uninstalled/Reinstalled, cleared cashe but still broke 🖕

I have tried setting up an account twice with two different emails. Both won't allow me to have an account because the first email, apparently "something went wrong" putting the email code in & then the second email won't send me a code. So whatever. I just won't have access to shop online & won't be shopping at Famous Footwear anymore. I guess this is a scam app just to get my personal information.

The app use to work wonders but now it's bad. It keeps making me sign in every page I go to & it still doesn't sign me in when I do. Ugh 🙄

Constantly logs me out. Requires me to input my information over and over again. Hard to navigate unless entering exact words into the search box or just browsing.

At first this app was great, everything was smoothe and I had used it for over a year no problems. Would give it 5 stars. But now it won't even open up. When I click on the icon it just does like a blink and goes back to my home page of my phone. I've given it time... Weeks in-between trying to get it to open but still nothing. So it's now useless to have installed on my phone and that's why I give it 1 star now.

The app hasn't been accessible since the last two updates. You click the icon, it brings up the red screen with "famous" and literally goes no further. As an avid shopper, this is quite frustrating. Please get it fixed properly. I have lost out on deals/points due to this issue. The online website isn't as user friendly.

I love shopping with this online app, especially since no stores are close by me. I found Sporto boots finally, and other brands I wear. Plus, able to save money and have delivered, yes, love it! The staff are wonderful and helpful as well, since I'd forgot to put in code at checkout. Thanks for such a happy shopping experience. I've since ordered a total 8 pairs.

So disappointing and frustrating! I have had issues for the last 2 months trying to just open the app! It's literally just frozen. Can't utilize any of the app features and being on the go alot makes it even harder to pay my bill on a laptop when I'm driving or busy. Even the website earlier this year had issues not being able to go online and pay.

It never works right. For over a year I couldn't make any purchases because it would only give me PayPal as an option to check out. Lost so many points because of this. Finally got it working right about 2 months ago. Now, when I try to open the app, I get a red screen with the Famous Footwear logo, and that's it. That's as far as it goes. Absolutely useless. And judging from all the other reviews, you don't seem interested in fixing it.

Don't bother. App sucks. Even on my brand new phone it still lags too much to be useful. -no indication that you have clicked on something coupled with the slow response time makes the experience super aggravating. -unable to swipe through the images because the app gets stupid after the first couple of swipes and images get stuck off screen. This app has been just like this for years on every device I've had. I dont think they care to even try to fix it.

What did you do when you've done the last updates for "bug" fixes & "optimizing" phone experience?! It hasn't worked in weeks...months... ya get the red "Famous" screen & that's it. It doesn't move from there. We're losing our discounts, $$ off for points, etc. If zero stars were an option, I'd have chosen that. Very disappointed & it's the holidays for gift buying. Please let people know what's going on & fix asap. I hope people get lost $$ discounts back due to this issue.

I am really impressed with the speed and careful packaging of orders. The App makes it extremely easy to find what I'm looking for with few distractions and ads popping up every few pages. This APP is for customers who want to easily filter to find a certain shoe amongst a vast variety of shoe styles. Bottom Line: You will find what you want at a reasonable price, in a short amount of time! (and earn Rewards for each $$ spent)

Nothing happens when I click on the app to open it. I mean literally nothing opens and I even had a hard time when trying to write this review. Love the shoes and the discounts I've received in the past, but if the app continues to freeze, run slow or not work at all I'll be forced to delete my account. I just wanna look at some shoes and find the best deals without wanting to delete my entire account.

The app is great for shopping and looking for shoes and checking your reward status and points. BUT, whenever you try to scroll down anywhere in the app (doesn't matter what section you are on), you cannot scroll up. Trying to scroll up only reloads the page and you have to start over from where you last were when you tried to scroll up. I uninstalled this app for that simple fact and I will be using the website from now on. If they'd fix this issue, the app would be great.

This app doesn't take no for an answer. I have to use it because I work at a Famous Footwear, but I don't need push notifications from the app. It will ask to do push notifications every time you open the app, but the most annoying part is if your screen goes to sleep or you put it to sleep while the app is running, it asks again. It never stops asking no matter how often you choose not to let push notifications through.
