After leaving Facebook, we've been using this app to share photos of our kiddo to our family. If I could make one recommendation it would be for the photos to show completely when initially clicked on since they sometimes get cut off until you click on the picture, then it'll get rid of the border above and below. Older folks don't quite understand the concept and assume that our photos are cropped weirdly. Would be great if that wouldn't happen. Otherwise, love the app!

Kind of love this app.. but it needs some improvement. We love being able to share pics with our family and friends in a specific app that they have to be invited to! Love that they're able to comment on the pics. My biggest issue is with the recap books - I love the idea of getting a monthly recap book! But there is no way to edit or even just crop the pictures as you're creating the book. Therefor you have to edit your pics before uploading to the app.. and who has time for that with a baby

Honestly great app. There's a lot of cool features for sure! I have the premium so I can save all the cool 1s video's and different albums. There is a couple of things that would be such a great upgrade to make it even better. The news feed type of button would be awesome to make it more user friendly. More social media type of userface would be really nice and easier to navigate through the app. Also if I could put captions with the group/single photo when I post them that would be very helpful

I love this app, I havent taken advantage of the free photos but I love the little videos theymake. They make me cry every time! I agree with a lot of the users about being able to change the date on multiple pictures at once, when. You save or download pictures from other sources and upload it always has the incorrect date and it can be a bigger hassle to change he individual dates on 100 plus pictures!!!! Other than that over an A+ app

This app is an excellent way to keep family in the loop with activities and milestones. Perfect for sharing only with those who are directly invited. I like that each member can both add photos and download others' in the free version. My only complaint (and it's very minor) is that you have to comment on the picture/video after posting it instead of being able to include a caption. Overall, it's a very user-friendly app!

App is easy to use and share with family. Very disappointed that the 1 sec videos are only made now if you upload 20+ pictures/videos during the three month period. Wish there was an option to pay one time for the full version I stead of every month. And there needs to be a way to have a different album for each kid, especially with the full version. Overall, app is OK but needs a lot of improvements before getting more stars.

The free version of the app has improved a lot over the past 5 months. I appreciate that they listened to user feedback. The user interface is much cleaner and easier to use. I love how it organizes all photos into months, the private sharing permissions, And the 1-second videos every few months. The main frustration with this is how you have to send individual invitations. Would be easier to send one link to everyone.

Love the ability to share photos and videos at full image quality and size with family. Wish there was more flexibility/ customizability with ordering photo books and products. Plenty of functionality on the free version. I don't see enough benefit for the monthly price of premium. Maybe as a one time fee or a much smaller monthly fee, but in my opinion, not worth it at the current price point.

Great app, but needs to go to the next level. Wonderful for pandemic babies. I have a total of 10 people on it. We can all take photos and videos and share. Ordering pictures is easy, and inexpensive. Great to add to baby book. Things I'd like- Like feature. Better comment view (expand comments to fill screen), a way mark photos that will automatically add to a purchase que. That way, once a month, I could buy the pictures already lined up. Tracking shipments, and viewing order pictures.

The app is great for sharing pictures between just people you want to see them, the buying feature is really nice for photo books and printed pictures. But I just purchased the subscription and was disappointed to find out the pages were not working properly, half the subscription features don't work right, and even though adverted as a way to keep photos of each child separately there is not actually a way to create a second photo album. Will be removing my subscription until the app works.

This is a really good app, but please stop the bombardment of ads everytime we open it. We pay for the premium version and we still get forcefully redirected to the store or we get 3 or 4 pop-ups to order prints or something every single time before I can even look at pictures of my own child. Please fix this, at least for premium users. It is making us strongly consider finding another service to use.

Fantastic app so far. It's lovely to share and comment on photos without uploading to the entire world. Plus the free 8 photos monthly?! What?! I paid 10 bucks to send 8 photos to 4 different households (32 photos total) with no hassle at all. I have not encountered any intrusive ads (or ads at all) yet but I'm still in the first month. Will update if this changes but so far this app is a 10/10

We've been using this app for almost 3 years with very little problems. We don't share photos of our kids on social media, but have a lot of family and friends to share regular pictures with. This app provides the perfect solution and we happily pay for the premium features. We love the monthly and quarterly summary videos and that family can comment on pictures or save them to their own devices. It's been a great alternative for us and I've recommended it to many others!!

This is an AWESOME app to gather and share all the pictures of your little ones! I absolutely love this app! It also puts together monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews by video with music. It means so much to me to be able to have this because I've been so bad at printing pictures for albums. I have so many! you can also print, and put together albums from this app as well! Love, love, LOVE this app!

We love this app. It's been great for sharing pics and vids to friends and family members without posting everything to social media. There are a lot of prompts to purchase something, but they aren't too intrusive, and the products being offered are relevant. They even let you order 8 picture prints for free every month, you just have to pay shipping which for us is just over $2. Highly recommend.

Love the app!! But gave y'all a 4 star because under one of my children's folders it only has pictures of their dad and I, not the child. I can't figure out how to get this situation fixed and it has me kinda frustrated by it. But like I said, I love the app, I love the screensaver when the phone it charging, I love the 8 free pictures a month with less the $4 for shipping!! I just want to know how to fix this situation!!!!

I really like the security. But i have several issues I'd love fixed. I wish I could add captions to the photos when I add them instead of having to comment on them after they download. It often takes several minutes to load the pictures. I don't like having to send invites to each family member individually. I took off stars because of the inability to add captions to the photos, slow loading, and having to send invites one by one.

It's a great app, and has lots of great things. But first the major problem: Even the paid version has lots of full screen intrusive ads for their own services (like buying photo books). Very difficult to navigate past the ads for elderly, non-tech savvy grandparents. I already pay for premium, so I'd expect to be able to disable them. That said, it really is a great way to share pics of babies and organize them. Also love the memories features and auto slideshow generation!

Borderline useless without a bulk download option. This makes it wildly inconvenient. Make a family google drive, or something, instead. In response to 'buy the DVD': no. That's 40$ for every 5GB of images. If it costs a few bucks to download and archive my pictures, that'd be okay, but 40$ plus the upfront cost of a DVD reader is absurd. Idea: you're already putting files together to make a DVD, so just put files together into a zipped file, and let us download that for a smaller fee.

My recent uploads of videos show color inaccuracies in the preview before playing but show true color when playing. Also, the colors are all messed up and saturated during 1s compilation videos created by FamilyAlbum as of late. However, the files the compilation videos were created from remain with accurate color. Lastly, the web browser version is terrible as there is no mass download feature to back up your photos, especially when going through a divorce and separating the album.
