I love this app. I can track my little sister to make sure that she is getting to her next destination safely. I can see where my family is and it really helps so that for example if my sister is at school, I know not to text her and I can message on the app and receive notifications and updates.

Really love this app, my father has dementia but he thinks he can still go off on his own when he can't even remember where he lives...he never forgets his phone tho, so this app relieves my anxiety that if he wonders off, I can find him. Thank you!!! And the price for subscription... totally reasonable and worth it.

When I first downloaded it....it was fine...(trial)...but soon as we got the premium it started tripping...it's putting my loved one in places I know that they aren't...for instance in the middle of the Puerto Ayora.....unless she has a passport and I don't know about it...and be back at home in record time...then this app is great....but then I started seeing two pictures of them simultaneously...then it wouldn't show they location history of earlier today....after I push the refresh....

Google Family Link had the location feature but too many restrictions so we decided to try Family360 as an alternative. All my family need is to see each other's location on the map and this app does that and much more. No battery usage issues like other similar apps either. Great support and service. 5 stars!

The app is showing incorrect location and travels for my device for the last 3 days. While I am stationary (at office) it shows me travelling 20 miles to and fro between cities. Whats the point of having an appointment which pings wrong location to your family members.

I paid for the premium plan with up to 5 family members, but it does not live track, even when I have the app open and am watching it. I also do not get notifications and I have it selected on my phone to be able to get them. The app is very disappointing and definitely not worth the money to pay for a plan.

At first, the app worked great. Now, after I paid, it almost always get stuck and don't update the trip. It also doesn't pick up 2 of my group members. All settings have been checked and are in line with the app's settings.

This app has been great to keep track of my teenagers as they began to drive. Giving them the opportunity to earn trust with longer trips and using this app I also hike on my own and I can feel confident knowing my family can keep track when I make it out of the woods. No issues with the app, as it runs smoothly. Customer service is very responsive.

Not bad I went for the family subscription. Everything was easy to set up. Time will tell. The one main thing I don't like is when I send an invite to my kids phone and link everything. They have the option to remove themselves from my circle and also disable location tracking from the app. I want that optionto be disabled for them since I'm the admin of the account.

It works somewhat ok. What is frustrating is it loads slow & it waits until their destination before uploading where their location. Sometimes it is no problem 45% of the time the other 55% is very botchy. For $30 for the year I think that is a fair price for what we get. But for the price I think it's fair. I gave it 3 stars but upon future updates and working out glitches I would be inclined to change it. I would like to see a separate feed of say my location & my daughter's location.

Update 2... nope. Will be deleteing and sad that i paid for this. Continuously does not work. Freezes. Will be switching to another app that others in my area have said has had fewer issues. Very frustrated. Disappointed. Upgraded to subscription, but now it is not loading locations. It is stuck on the day befores when it was on the free.

Overall not bad, has some bugs that need resolving. When first installed the app didn't load the alerts notification category under phone settings. Then overnight it magically appeared. The full screen notification is stuck on the very first notification I received after installing the app, it's not updating, but is correct on the small banner. Would be nice to have a "safe drive" notification like Life 360 does, for completed drives not included in places. Support slow to respond to questions.

Free version doesn't even track at all it still shows as if the other person has only moved like 10 ft and its stuck to where 'they haven't moved since. when they're actually over 200 feet away. It's so frustrating trying to keep track of your family's safety. It took over 20 minutes to finally show something smh 3 stars for effort... Update.app works when it wants to sometimes it gets stuck when you click on an individual it sometimes work and sometimes takes longer than usual at least 10min

The location isn't accurate. It does state there is a few feet discrepancy, but it's way off. I got notified at 2 am that my daughter arrived at the park. Shot out of bed, had a panic attack, and checked on her. She was fast asleep, and her phone was on the charger. It also takes a long time to update the location. By the time it updates, she is home. It says updated 10 seconds ago, but that is false. I like the features, and it's visually pleasing, but there are too many bugs.

The service itself works well, but recently there was an issue I had with my data "disappearing." Unfortunately, when it was supposed to be fixed, nothing had changed. In the end, I was able to create a new circle--no big deal. The only thing I did not like was that the messages from support came through the app as notifications so if one was dismissed, the message was gone forever. I would recommend sending support messages through email to prevent this in the future.

The tracking of 2 of my family members is not updating on the map. I am unable to live track either of them. Both are Apple phones. They have updated their app, checked settings, and restarted their phones with no success. We have reached out to customer service multiple times, with no response, and requested a refund for a service that is not working properly, with no response. I would not recommend this app.

This app gives you a free trial that's actually free but the app doesn't allow you to use it once the free trial is done and becomes a paid-only service. But it doesn't communicate that well enough. I'm looking for a solution for my home like Life360 (completely free but you need a phone number for each account and I don't like that) but at least they're 100% free with paid upgrades that are worth it if I want to opt in unlike this app. Now I have to go find another app for my needs.
