its a great game but if your a kid or teen... I could see where it would be very hard for them to play... its hard for me to play and I'm far from a child or teen... so yall could make it a little more easy ... i mean i understand you gotta make money.. and for some ppl they may buy your lil things to make passing the next lvl easy but for others most of us are going to just get rid of the game... sry so long but come on its supposed to be fun not frustrating..lol 😂😂😣😟

Great game! The update was much needed and very well done! But, I really liked the way it was set up before the update with 2 different ways to earn materials. It was great because if you got stuck on a level on one, all you had to do was try the other one for a while. It made the game more interesting. But I am glad that you started teams! Best way to get lives sent to you! All in all it is a fantastic game! Quite addictive!

Fun game to pass time in line or between things, and entertaining story line, without taking a ton of time to tell the story. My favorite part of the game is that if you get stuck on a level, there are other areas you can play to earn coins/bombs to help beat the more difficult levels. Great job! I look forward to more levels.

I was knocked down to level three after I was working on the Grizzly bears. I will delete unless this issue can be resolved. I enjoy the game enough that I just restarted from the part that you bumped me back to. But if it happens again I won't be doing it again. I have not been able to save my work on it

I absolutely love this game! Its fun and cute. I just started playing and i play it for hours while i watch netflix. I play a few different puzzle map games but this one is probably my favorite epecially since having animals and being a zoo. Also the background music isnt lame...unlike some. So i thank you for that. Overall, a great time consuming game. Keep it up with great updates and new content :)

Warning: Very addictive! Good graphics. Love the animals. Cute story line. Challenging match 3....starts out easy & does get harder, but not impossible. Plus, I enjoy a little challenge. Haven't encountered any glitches. Just started yesterday, and every time I sit down, I'm jumping back into the game to meet my next goal.

I have played this game on my lunch breaks off and on for about a year. It's really a mindless, addicted, easy time wasting game. I would give it 5 stars but recently everytime I watch a video for lives/bonuses it crashes my phone. Not just the app but my whole phone, I have to restart it. This never was a problem until recently. every now and then I find myself needing 1 or 2 extra turns and attempt to watch the ad... Everytime I am instantly reminded why I should not even try.

Game is fun but they make it hard,fast so that you have to use your special items to win levels and then you will have to spend real money to buy more. Uninstalling. :/ Edit: I am aware boosts are not needed to pass. my whole point was you will sit there forever on one level without them after a certain point. Its a money trap app,like most.

Not updated enough, having to sit and wait for them to create more levels for weeks at a time... fun, as long as you're not too quick. Thank you for the reply, I was more referring to no new levels. I did appreciate the extra game on the side as I WAITED for new levels but even that was keeping me from the extras that you get with the parrot. Again... Great game as long as you aren't faster than the level developers.

This game has absolutely zero autonomy (or at least in the beginning). There is a strict storyline (dialogue with no options) that you move along every minute by playing a puzzle. After hours of playing there is no change.. the most you get to do is decide what color flowers you put in the cage. That's it. Then you play another puzzle. The game COULD be fun if there were any real choices to make.

This was great at first, but when it takes two or three days to get to the next level it becomes boring. There's not enough moves for the harder levels. Some levels require several things to be done with a limited amount of moves. So I am Unsubscribing to this game. Hopefully you can make each level just a little easier or give more options to receive bonuses or extra moves.

Overall at fun and highly recomendable game with a few very minor flaws that do not keep me from playing. The first is super urgent and important. The rest are annoyances. There needs to be a way to shut off animation on the game board. The flashing items in match selections and the sparkling of balloons can be helpful to people that need it, but to those of us with ADHD and other neurological disorders they can be truly disturbing. A radio button in the options section would solve this in a click and should not bee too difficult for the developer to do. Thanks. I don't really understand the Panda bank. You fill the bank so you can pay real money to get it out at a rate that is many times higher that the special you are having on buying tokens. Does the FDIC know about this one. Days take weeks in real time and at one point I was on day 3 and zap it went back to one. I play a lot, so I can only imagine that says can take months for casual players. I haven't seen that it really matters except for motivation. I find it amusing that the animals seem to walk through things and each other. Very magical and ghostly. Perfect for October.

The 'shuffle' system sucks. It is suppose to shuffle the whole board but instead, it shuffles a SECTION of the board so that JUST ONE combo is able and it is NOWHERE near where you need it to be so the game is thrown off and you lose a life and time. Fix this, DEVS!!! Also, the amount of stones and tickets you need to progress in game is ridiculous. Lower the amount!!

I really wanted to like this game. After all, I'm addicted to RAID, also by Plarium, but while Family Zoo has absolutely gorgeous and adorable animations, I found it to be too overwhelming. There were so many things popping up whenever I opened the app - challenges, mini games, side games - to where I didn't know where I was in the storyline or what goal I was actually playing towards. Eventually, I had to say 'uncle' and uninstall the app.

I was really excited about this app, enjoying the time I played it. Until today. I have been on the same level for 2 days but I didn't mind as much as others. Then when I had to replay again, points were being deducted from my score. So not only are the games difficult, you also are penalized for not passing the first time. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! DO not download this app!! It is NOT worth the time or the headache.

A lot of fun compared to similar games! The cost for tasks stays pretty consistent so you're not paying 10 levels to sweep a floor. The story itself could use a bit of work. Found myself skipping dialog constantly and groaning in boredom when an unskippable scene happened. I really appreciate the lack of paywalls for 90% of the game and I can't remember ever enduring ads! I have to put it at the top spot for these game types!

I enjoy playing. And all the different opinions there are to gain stuff on different game broads. The one thing i would change is the sending of lives to friend's.when send you a request. Each one has to be sent 1 at at a time. If you do all at once you lose the live that are sent if it is more than 5. Glad that you updated the way the lives can be sent. Update... I don't play this game as much as i use to. I don't like that the bombs only take out 1 piece. That can be done with out the bombs. All the pieces move but if you watch only one is removed. Waste of a bonus piece!!😕

This latest update is horrible!!!! I've been playing the same level for over an hour and cant pass unless I pay.....that's horrible you used to be able to play and pass on your own without having to pay!!!!! Fix that!!!!! That's ridiculous........you replied by saying every level is passable....that's a lie. I've played the same level at least a hundred times. You set the levels as difficult with such a limited number of moves to complete it. Its unrealistic. I used to really enjoy your game now its just a joke....

I really like this game but I'm waiting for an update. I started Asia but now I'm at the end. When is there going to be an update? Ok so I am on level 1825 and I've played this game for a long time. Since I've gotten to this level it's gotten very buggy. The level starts with what should be the ability to create two bombs and it only sometimes does, the rocket you match by sometimes just keeps activating itself and frequently it says I'm out of moves when I have as many as 20 left.

Fun to play! Lots of fun animals and jobs to do. Cute little quirks and decor. Tournaments to play and earn rewards. Some levels are very difficult, it gets harder to progress as you reach a higher level in the game. You really need boosters to help get through the higher levels for the game to be enjoyable. I do feel the games should give out more coins or charge less to keep trying on a level. Would like to be able to earn more than 1Z ticket a time. Takes awhile to finish each zoo exhibit.
