Work alongside Emily and Max, the unusual duo behind the Family Hotel. When the co-managers first meet, it seems unlikely they’ll stand long enough to turn their vision into reality. As they join their forces and cooperate, though, the two realize just how much in
common they have. They develop a one of a kind mansion design that could make them famous.
Together, they’ll be able to build, furnish and customize each of the hotel’s rooms. Replace the worn-out fountain, add new unique decors and features, and prepare your new fun hotel to welcome hundreds of visiting guests. They will all have quests that you can help them complete for additional rewards!

So far, I am greatly enjoying this game! The graphics are beautiful, the story is so intriguing, and it's fun to play. My only complaint really are how often we have to collect the stars in the levels (not the stars to do actions). It gets repetitive and frustrating. It would be better if that was spaced out amongst the levels more. Other than that, this is my favorite match 3 makeover game, this far! I can't wait to hear more of the story, and see what you add to the game!

I play a lot of the puzzle/decorate genre of phone games like this one, but so far I would place the graphics and story of this game at the top of my list. There are a few glitches sometimes, but nothing game breaking that I've experienced so far. Some levels are harder than others, I've gotten stuck trying to beat one for a day or two occasionally but these types of games you learn to be patient and it'll happen. I love that you can make choices in the story and it has an effect on how it goes!

I've played for years but had to change my rating. The ads are now freezing the game and having to restart too many times losing my free booster time. I can't get any of the boosters for passing levels because it shows you have to play an ad to get it now, and nothing loads. Really disappointed. On the verge of deleting after 2 plus years playing

The gameplay is very good. The storyline is good, but a bit intrusive, when using time limited lives or boosters. If you purchase the game and the VIP ticket, enough boosters to prevent forcing further purchases. However, I do wish some of the neat "extras" could be "purchased" by watching ads rather than paying even more money. Thank you! Great game!

I loved this game and played it everyday, multiple times a day. But the higher up I got, the more I got stuck. I'm talking about I'd spend days, weeks even on one level. Finally pass it only to get stuck again two levels later. I was so into the story and excited to play everyday, but getting stuck and using all my power ups just made me mad. I ended up uninstalling about 2 months ago. Y'all need to make the levels easier, no I don't remember which ones, and give more prizes.

I would give 5 stars but I turned the music off. But everytime I come back to the game it's on again and I have to toggle the button to get it back off. The last ski challenge never regenerated tickets when you left the game. Wanted you to sit with that screen on your phone for 30 minutes...no mam. And finally since the last update when I watch a video to get an extra life the screen freezes after the ad and I don't even get the life. Fix it

This game used to be fun and one of my favorites. They have changed it so much you have to watch ads for just about everything now. I don't mind watching ads for extra boosters at the beginning of a level. Now you have to watch an ad for the daily gift. They cut the amount of coins earned in half (from 50 to 25 and 100 down to 50 for hard levels). You have to watch ads after every level to earn 1.2, 1.5 or 2× the amount, even if you land on ×2 it's still less. I could go on but I'm out of space.

I picked four out of five stars because you have to have a key to do anything, and you just play level after level and it does get boring. What are the coins even for? Shouldn't we buy stuff and play the levels to get more coins,and then use the keys to unlock new doors. But only get a key 2 times a day ao when you finish a level you can move on.But otherwise it's a good game but think before you download.

The levels get way too difficult way too fast. I had the game installed for about 48 hours and have already managed to use all of my initial boosters and still unable to best levels. How the hell would I ever complete the whole hotel at this rate? As a mom of 3, I can't enjoy something so time consuming. That being said graphics great, ads perfectly placed, interesting decor options and a good story line. 1 star because it's useless with such difficult levels. Lilly's Garden is better.

This is a fun game. It's a match-3 game with a cool story of a girl named Emily trying to run a hotel with her co-owner Max. I have to give it three stars though. While it is an interesting game, I have to play it with my wifi turned off. The ads almost always glitch out and crash/freeze your game or sometimes even your entire phone. It also drains your battery like crazy. The levels are hard. As in it's almost impossible to play without a booster. Luckily you can get free ones every few days.

I've enjoyed playing this game and am glad that it no longer crashes during start up. However, I have reached a point in the game where the levels have become impossible to solve without spending all your coins and boosts, or spending real money to finish the level. This has become a nuisance and there is no way of earning extra coins for moves left over or anything.

UPDATE: UNINSTALLED! Devs took a really good game and made it 100% PAY TO PLAY. I DON'T RECOMMEND!! The levels do get progressively harder, but not unreasonably so. I really love that you can actually mix and match the decor choices whereas in most decorating games, you have to stick with a particular scheme. You get plenty of free boosters and lives from watching ads, without the ads being excessive. I'm really enjoying it!

Out of this world, absolutely amazing. I'm absolutely addicted to the gameplay. So it was nothing new, but what I wasn't expecting was the story. In games like candy crush or homescapes you have a basic point A to point B plot or none at all. With this game your choices actually affect what's going on in between levels! The gameplay is the perfect amount of challenging with easy to grasp mechanics, especially for a patient soul. Completely addicted to this game, you won't regret downloading!

I want to give this game 5 stars because I am REALLY enjoying it! The story is fun & I love the characters Villans & most of the challenging levels! BUT! I really wish you would offer more moves in the puzzles! 25 moves to collect 63 donuts PLUS fill 82 board squares with chocolate?!! That is NOT okay! I love challenging games & don't mind playing a level 2 or 3 times here and there. But I shouldn't have to replay EVERY SINGLE LEVEL 6 or 7 times to beat it!

The game becomes way too hard to play. Some levels you have to play many times over (for hours), just to get one key. And many actions require multiple keys! And every little step of the story requires more keys! And then you got all the ads. It's all too much. The story moves way too slowly. Not fun. And, up to level 135, no romantic scenes yet. Their just teasing you with that. This story will take years to complete, literally. Not for me. Cannot recommend. Uninstalling.

Great game and most of the puzzles are challenging without being annoyingly hard. That being said, I'm on level 175 (or something close to that) and it's basically been back to back of hard levels (levels in red) and it's now become more than annoying. It took me almost 3 days to finally finish a puzzle and even the non-hard level was more than challenging. Having more "normal" levels in between the hard levels would be ideal (and not just one or two as it's been lately).

Overall a fun game. It has an engaging story and pretty graphics. The big downside is like most games of this genre the levels get more and more adv where either you need to spend 2-4 hearts a level or buy packs to get special items to make it easier. And to do each tasks takes more and more stars. So the overall progression gets slowed down.

Well,it's all fun and games until level 56, where the game gets impossible to pass without buying. On level 57, I paid for a "pass", only to discover that the "pass" was good for that one level only, next level had me buying a second, more expensive pass!! And then, of course, there's the outfits and pet houses and outfits...the spending requirements never end. No thanks. There are too many other games not requiring all this spending. Un-installed. Ta-Ta!

I'm changing my rating from 4 to 5 stars. The ads have improved when it comes to loading. Interesting storyline and decorations. What I like about the decorations is that I'm able to get the VIP ones by simply watching an ad. I love it. I do wish that getting an extra turn at winning a level or that the coins we win were more so that we can continue leveling up without worrying about running out of coins. Otherwise, I'm enjoying the game.

It's a decent game. I'm rating 5 stars for the reward. Honestly tho it's not bad, love the style but there's a lot of pointless dialog and the levels get hard fast and without ads or a ridiculous amount of coins it's hard to beat them, but not impossible. The characters are a bit annoying in the way they interact but oh well. I'd be likely to recommend this to someone, however there are quite a few ads and invasive pop ups, but usually most of the ads are optional, but not all are.
