This game was quite fun at first but there are so many different problems like when you collect stuff on this and you'll come back and it'll be gone. Or when you'll watch an ad it will take like 5 minutes even start the ad. and then right as the 26 seconds left of the ad it pauses and then I haven't been able to get the screen to unfreeze when it gets to that point and I had to close the game and restart it and it takes like 15 minutes to even get the game loaded so you can start playing.

I have been playing this game for years pretty consistently but finally I have to say this is a mediocre game and has way more glitches and problems than the "fun". Main Pro: game has new events all the time that tie in with the current season of the show. Cons: load time is at least 2 mins, impossible to complete an event without spending real money to get clams for in game purchasing; need lots of clams to complete any task; frequent crashes; game play doesn't flow. Not worth the hassle.

Game requires you to gain access to your Photos, Media and Other files, Contacts, and to Make and Manage your phone calls in order to play the game. If you decline the request to any of them, you can't play the game. In the game, it takes too many items to unlock anything. Forget about getting clams to get what you need to play, it will cost you a small fortune. Sometimes there isn't enough time to complete the missions or quests because of all the items one character has to collect.

Love the game, but it's not working right now at all (since the most recent update). 1 thing I really don't like is how much some items cost. if you don't spend alot of real money, you don't get to do as many things or accumulate alot of cute/fun items. Also, they don't let you keep everything you buy during all the challenges after the events end (& some they do). I've wasted money on items I never would have if I knew in advance they would just go away.

ETA: Ads are STILL not working!!! They haven't worked in weeks. Fix the ads! Temu ad, you watch the whole thing and it freezes, you get no credit. And Royal Match and TikTok are now doing twin ads where I have to watch TWO ads back to back and it still freezes and I get no credit. Get rid of the double ads. That is SUPER shady!!!! ................... Ads aren't working, it freezes and I get no credit for watching ads. Have updated app, restarted phone, all that. Freezes every time I watch an ad.

Nice game, but it would be nice if doing tasks took less time. Almost every task is 2 or more hours. Makes me not even want to play. Also, it takes on average 7 minutes for my game to load, it's not just my phone, other reviews say the same. The buildings gove out very little coins which makes it longer to complete tasks of buying stuff, and when you do complete a task, they just keep piling up. Please fix this.

Decided to give this game another chance and got addicted to it again. What turned me off was the 3 minute load screen, the game constantly crashes so I have to continuously sit in a 3 minute load screen, and events happen way too often. One right after the other to be exact. 3 min load screen, event has ended have to reload, 3 min load screen, new event has started, 3 min load screen, and then it crashes. I am so done.

Pure 💩 I used to love this game, downloaded it within 6 months when it was released, spent lort I dont even know how much.. But now I can no longer play the game it is constantly crashing & when I do get it to play I cannot do anything, you cannot click on anyone, anything , any buildings, absolutely nothing. It completely stopped working, I've tried on multiple devices and still same problems. Miss playing was one of my favorites.

I absolutely love playing this game! I've been playing it since it first came out, but lately it has been crashing alot when either trying to watch videos or even just put characters on tasks its really annoying please fix this and make the events a little more beatable for players so not having to spend so much money on it, events use to be fun and more beatable!

I've been playing since its release. It used to be a fun game. Many quests take too long to complete, if those can be completed at all; The events take too long to complete (earning without paying), especially when given less than 30 days; Time limits on characters & outfits. March 2020 update was super buggy: patch took 4 days to fix the problems, including phone restart 4xs.

Game used to be fun, with buying clams as an option to advance faster, but not required. You could still unlock things if you played regularly, and had a fair chance to get everything every event if you tried. Now it's pay just to play. Not fun anymore. There is also no way to get past characters you may want so far. Like the Aliens and Predator from last years Halloween. Really turns off collectors. 10/23/15 UPDATE: So I was feeling nostalgic and tried the game again. QoL improved.

I enjoy the game, but only when it isn't crashing, which happens more when events are going on. The football event won't even run. As soon as I get the first football, it crashes and I have to re-do everything all over again only to have it crash again. It's a neverending cycle. If they ever fix the crashing, wouldn't hesitate to give it 4 stars. Edit: new phone and now every time i try to restore my data it crashes and won't let me play. Won't be installing again til fixed. Not starting again.

It's a fun game but some quests are WAY too hard. I spent an entire month trying to get 1 Extra Rare item. Also, don't bother with the surveys. I've been kicked out a lot after filling some out for multiple stupid reasons, so basically wasted time for no clams. I was able to complete 1 out 10 of them. And the Stewie Bucks? Good luck with getting enough of those to have fun with.

This app is fun, but the force closing is seriously getting out of hand. The second you move just a smigion too quick for the game, it force closes. You have to watch ads to get clams or make actions faster, but again, the game force closes before you can end the video. It takes about 3 (LONG) reloads of the game before you can finish giving characters new actions after that you have to keep the game on for a while for the game to register everything you did....so, FIX THAT and it would b fun!

Ive been playing this game for many years and the events (i.e star trek, the graveyard) were a lot of fun but now the events are boring because it takes too long to finish quests. Waiting 8 hrs to "maybe" get 1 item is ridiculous. I have the maximum of XP, levels and coins. I wish we could use the coins for items instead of only to buy more land that I don't need. Also it takes over 5 mins just to load the game and its not my device since I have a new device with ample storage and memory

Game won't load again. Can't get help from support because I can't send a screenshot or the number at the bottom of the load screen. That's because it doesn't make it to the load screen. It crashes immediately after opening it. Tried reinstalling it and every other suggestion given. Nothing works. This is the fourth time I've had to start over. I've spent to much time and money on this game. Not happy with jam city

Updating this. I got back into it, and have almost cleared this event. But all the sudden the game crashes everytime I try to play. Un-installed and still crashed. Bet they magically fix this with just enough time in the event to try to get people to spend money. Lmao shame I was getting back into it, but seems this company got more greedy than it was in 2017
