I've had this game for a while now, but it seems that with every update it not better but worse gets more glitches. Screen is black on story clips, always crashing, and frustratingly losing lives when it freezes. Restore a life due to a game glitch would at least make it more bearable to deal with all these new problems. UPDATE....No more glitches, but a ridiculous amount of ad timers, 1. For game 2. Game Title screen 3. To download and so on get rid of some and it would be more of a decent game

Deleted. It's not fun to play games that are rigged. The levels are ridiculously hard. And to trying to complete the collection. 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨. I have tried again to play the game. the updates only seem to make it more impossible to clear a level. there was a time that you could play and get boosters by completing collections, now that is even impossible to do. I am passed level 100, still ave not completed one collection. I have spent several dollars on this game. it really sucks.

Been playing the game for a while. There was a time I'd have given it 5 stars, but it seems like there are more and more glitches with every update. Black screens during the story parts, levels won't open, animations in gameplay mess up constantly. And the newest one...the game has been getting stuck trying to load levels. My phone's only a couple months old, so that's not the problem.

I have been playing this game since it was released, partly because I love family guy. Even though there has been some bumps in the road after certain updates, they always fixed whatever problems the game was having (glitches, freezes, etc). I really loved this app but with the latest update, the game is no longer what it was! The whole layout is just ridiculous. All the time, effort, and money spent trying to advance in the game was all for nothing!!!

Used to love this game, but it does not display correctly on the Pixel 3 XL. Screen is cutoff so that much of the extra moves and tricks (such as clearing a row, column or square) are not accessible. I contacted the developers a few months ago and still no fix. I tried everything to fix on the phone, but nothing works, and am having no issues with other games. Will moat likely end up uninstalling if no fix soon.

I've been playing this game for a few years now, and for most of that time, it was fun and addictive. Lately it's been very iffy... the items are a complete joke first off, because if you DO get an item, it's most definitely going to be a duplicate. I got 3 1300 boxes after the last update and 27 of them were the EXACT SAME THING. Fix this, (and change the star system back) and you can get those last ⭐⭐. It would be nice for it not crash as often too, thanks!

The games fun, but it's now that they've changed it it's confusing. You no longer get the free booster, and the entire album has changed. You have to spend twice as much radium to get one "sticker". I'm not loving the change. The direction isn't well explained, and at least on my devices it's not responding more than ever with the new changes .

The game was working great until about 3 days ago (or so). It started booting me out in the middle of a match, which made me lose lives (multiple times). Then it would take me about 4 tries to get it to load again, just to have it boot me out within seconds. Also, every item I would've won does not come through for my winnings (if I get to finish a match) because the game crashes at the end. No sure what the glitch is, but it needs to be fixed asap! And I feel some compensation should take place.

Update: game still glitches Game constantly glitches. All they tell you to do is update the game and it's already up to date. Closing the game, turning the phone off and on, and clearing the cashe doesn't resolve any issues. I'm at level 4747 purchased coins. This is one game where cutting losses is the best thing at this point. They don't compensate for lost progress or lost boosters used when the game glitches and freezes. Worst game ever. If I could give zero stars I would.

I have been playing this game for 2.5+ years and while I do enjoy it, I have never had a game with so many glitches. Currently, when I go to play a level, it is frozen. I cannot move anything and therefore cannot play. I tried levels that I have already beaten, with no luck. Normally, probably 7 out 10 times, the animation of matching pieces is off alignment. i.e. I move a piece on the right side of the board and the animation happens 3 columns to the left or more.

Fun to begin. But eventually you can't pass levels unless you purchase power ups. Some levels I've tried 100 times and can't beat. You should get power ups by watching ads. After a week it gets unbeatable. Additionally it very often does a different move than you try to do. Swipe right, and it goes up. Kills the chances of building bombs. Sooo frustrating!!

UPDATE: After playing off and on for 5 years, I've surpassed 1450 levels without spending more than a few dollars. However, there have been many unwelcome changes, like the inability to replay levels. Akso, the tournaments are truly tiresome. I don't care to compete, I just want to solve puzzles. Lastly, they could be more generous with the power-ups. Take a lesson from Royal Match. From 2018... Cute, but, not challenging til Level 20. Then, boom--impossible to pass without buying coins.

I've looked over the reviews today and I'm not the only one experiencing issues. loved the game for months, recently though the molotovs dont target any objectives, they go for striped items and boxes (I couldn't hit greased up deaf guy to save my life) and the option to add 3 moves with an ad is gone, which greatly impacts your ability to finish levels. I've been on level 865 ever since (days now). at times you cant even select a star to start because of how the level starts out. uninstalled.

The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing!! While waiting for new levels, There are side games that are there one minute and then disappear when you go back on! Many times it doesn't add up your points! And sometimes will play the same board over and over and over again! 12/16/19 They respond, but the thing is last time i had problems with it they told me to do multiple steps of technical bs and I'm not tech savvy, so screw it. As of this date it's doing it again/still!

11/2018: Have played this forever...upgraged to Pixel 3 now it's garbage. Can't use power ups because I can't see them. Slow graphics. I'm done until it's fixes. Sad because it's fun. Previously....I've been playing for a long time. Up until this past Friday never had any real issues. Now, every time I try to play it loads up then I get a blank grey screen and nothing happens. I have to uninstall and reinstall. Done that 4 times now. It play for a while then grey screen again. I'm frustrated. This game is my down time and I need to play!

The game is good. Been playing for awhile. My only issue is support when things go wrong. I'm not sure if it's actual ppl looking at the support emails or it's a robo-response, but so far logging out and back into your linked Facebook seems to be the canned response to all that goes wrong, even when your trying to help them, as a regular player, to let them know the bugs that need to be worked out. The new mini game that was just released, arena of destiny, has a lot wrong with it. From rivals getting extra turns, bombs not exploding, the rival xp level being mismarked and them having unfair advantage, having to make moves for the rival to continue, and it just plain freezing up when you're about to win. It's annoying. Avoid it.

The game constantly freezes, doesn't load correctly or reboots. Evey time this happens, I lose my progress in regards to streaks. I contacted customer service about this as well as losing the world map with the last update. So far, there has only been crickets in response. I really love playing the game when it works remotely like it should. However, this will be my last try to get it working right. It rebooted and loaded to a blank screen in my two tries. Im done.

My review has changed a few times, from 5 stars, to 1 star, to 3 and now to 4. As the game progresses and they add more events to play, the levels seem a little easier, even though it's still challenging. They've actually added more in-game boosters that can help you pass a level. It's just nice that they offer chances to win boosters too so you can keep playing if you want. Now if they can add events both midweek and weekend we would be good! I like the rock/paper/scissors!

After playing this game for years, it has apparently jumped the shark. I didn't mind watching an ad for more turns or a specialty item, but now they're forcing ads after every level much like other "free to play" games. I doubt it's going anywhere but the owners pockets because the game hasn't changed in years. I think I'll be deleting this now. It was a decent run. It used to be a fun game to play but I'm not going to sit through 1 minute ads after every level. Greedy owners.

The mystery boxes will not work, this has been going on for 2 or more months now. They constantly give you uranium worth 100 and never any boxes to complete a craft. A lot of this started when they Changed the characters craft and the lack of ability to view scenes. I have installed the latest version of the game, reinstalled, rebooted, etc. Nothing works.
