There is no option to print or share the receipt of bills Can't Edit the name you give to a bill or delete it It needs lots of improvement

Good App, however:- 1-When I open favorites, I am getting massage say :(FIBE wallet is not responding). 2-Need to add virtual online VISA card.

I'm using the app for about a month now, and its good. Consider to add one time visa card and open the wallet to every one not every bank members

after download the last update on 14 may, it crashes and doesn't open anymore and can't access my fund, it was working before this upgrade

It keeps crashing after May's update 2023. Despite all the negative feedback the consumers submitted for the same issue, there's no response from the R&D side till now. We need urgent solution.

I got a lot of crashes . Untill I turned off "Developper Options" thats when it worked smoothly again.

After the update it always crashing, so I tried to turn off the developer options mode and it is working well now!, Btw the previous version was more smother than this.

I faced the same problem after the latest update , then after calling customer service , he told me to turn off the developer options from the setting of my mobile , then the app worked again .. just try it .

Faisal Bank Customer Support said they fixed it in the version of 28 May 2023, but it is still failing to open in spite I strictly followed their instructions. Such a bad experience. It was working weeks ago on the same mobile. Could't use the service for several weeks now.
