Graphics are cute but tutorials are way to long and it forces conversations on you and story. I just want to play and complete tasks to advance not read a novel. There should be an option for freeplay so you don't have to talk or read stories if you don't want to. I'm uninstalling it because it took to long to advance and didn't skip fast enough through conversations.

I'm really enjoying the game. But the play time is about 5-10 mins with the energy you build... You end up watching endless ads to get energy... The cost is the highest I've seen on any of these type of games for premium... The lack of play time, cost for continuous play, lack of opportunities to build energy that could keep play moving takes away from the games...

I hate games that over instruct you. I've been through 3 castles or whatever and it's still forcing me to do tasks immediately. Where it points to something and you have no choice but to click it. I'm not really playing a game then, I'm just clicking where the screen tells me. Plus it doesn't even pick up half the time when I do so and then freezes. It's frustrating. You have a search button for each task so if I needed help knowing where to go I can click it.

While overall I'm enjoying the game, it is rather frustrating not to be able to advance past chapter 4 on the regular map because it has not been updated yet. Also the number of events are ridiculous in the amount of energy that it costs to complete them. The update that made it where certain companions with strength under a certain amount are not able to be used is also ridiculous, please change that back.

Too much clutter on the screen, you can't really skip the story and the controls around it are kinda clunky. It's constantly telling you to shake your phone to collect items, but it requires a vigorous shake to register. I'm constantly running out of energy and can't get the satisfaction of clearing an area because I can only move two steps before there's more story and you only have enough energy to make those two steps and then back to refill.

Frustrating. Too much clutter, barely can see screen. Energy usage is ridiculous, 38 for one move with 82 total energy bar so how many cleaning can I do? 2! Trash cans are all over the place, looks horrible, needs tons of energy to clean for useless grass in exchange. Mini games are ridiculously hard, daily rewards feature doesn't work. When I started to play I loved this game, I could play for hours, always had sources for energy, now 2 moves and that's it. Someone screwed up good game. Shame.

To much dialogue. Plenty of glitching. So much potential. But there are way to many activities with few ways to get energy. Need resources? Got to have energy to explore. Want to fix up home? Energy. Want to go through the storyline? Energy. Want to participate in new events or help your alliance? Energy. You can't watch enough ads to get enough energy. Hence, they try to sell it to you all the time. You can only get to a certain point, then you must pay to play. I'm about to quit.

I like this game, but it has issues. 1st, main game play hasn't been updated past chapter 4 level 4 and levels 5-6 aren't available. 2nd, energy consumption is way too high. Every action costs more energy than what you have. 99 energy for 1 item when you only refill to 80 at a time, forcing you to wait or pay money for more. 3rd the characters all stay in one area on the home map. They should be dispersed around as you open up the different areas. Honestly, I'm thinking of uninstalling it.

The game keeps crashing (like every 30 seconds). The more companions I got it start crashing more and after the last update it's continually crashing and restarting. I uninstalled and reinstalled, I made sure there was plenty of memory on my phone and I downgraded the graphics and it still kept crashing at the same rate. It's a good game that I was willing to (and did) spend money on to level up but it is unplayable as of now and I've uninstalled permanently.

This game has a lot of potential. It is entertaining and gives lots of different options for play. Unfortunately it crashes a lot. If you get the opportunity to perform tasks at half the energy required, it starts the clock immediately and you usually aren't in the correct map. This wastes a lot of the half energy time. Also dialogue will interrupt this half energy time. It should pause while the developers are making you click through dialogue.

Endless chat dialogs.... very annoying.... wish there was an option to switch them off from the settings so you can just go through the game after the main tutorial. I've done games like these for years and I'm just about the activities, not the dialog. Other than that, fun game, lots of energy, ways to get energy. Great graphics. And overall fun.

I absolutely love this game and have spent most likely too much to be able to reach any goals. The game tends to crash a lot as well as not receive resources when needed. The map is closed and has been for approximately a month, so this contributes to the lack of available resources and, to be honest, the real fun on this game. Exploring the map and saving a character is a suprise I miss. I have seen people leave the game due to a lack of responses from support. I will continue for a bit. ❤️ 😔

the app is glitchy and freezes all the time. it wasn't bad at first, but I've only had the game for a couple days and it has become unusable. it crashes immediately every time I try to open it. I emailed app support yesterday and haven't gotten a response yet. i'd really like to hear from someone because I actually bought one of the smaller bonus packs and it feels like such a waste now since I can't even open the app 3/25 edit - still haven't received an email back, and app still unusable

uses a lot of your phone's resources and locks up constantly. It's even worse, if that's at all possible, after the "update". They have taken away things that you worked hours to unlock, the processing buildings only allow one worker now when some of them I had before had 3 workers. They've separated a lot of the things you're supposed to make. They no longer tell you whether or not You've made enough just by being in the building you're making things in so you have to go back and forth btwn bld

When i installed this game i like it cuz it was similar to dragonscapes. However, the disappointment came fast. This game is trying to be what dragonscapes is and failing miserably. The map is not even available to continue the storyline. You can't complete a story because everything requires a ridiculous amount of energy. And now to top it off they have the new storyline with this new red energy that the only way to continue is to wait or buy it. I'm about to uninstall it at this point.

I like the game but it's constantly lagging and shutting down. It's very annoying since it happens literally ever minute! I've spent way too much money on this game that I can't even play very long. The events take way too much energy to do anything that there's no way to win them especially with the lagging, freezing and crashing if the game! Please fix the issues so I can enjoy playing or I'm gonna uninstall the game and you should do the right thing and give part or all my money back. TY!

I enjoyed this when I first stated. Now I have to wait weeks to months for chapter progress. There are adventures that should hold me over in-between but they are marking them harder to complete without spending money. All of the "updates" feel more like downgrades and makes it almost impossible to keep playing for free, from how to use the blue vs red energy to daily missions. If something doesn't change soon I will uninstall this.
