I used this app this afternoon for about an hour to adjust a couple pictures. After saving each adjustment, an ad would pop up but I'd just be able to closed out of it. That was annoying but I can deal with it because I only need to do a couple changes. I open this app to do another picture, and now it's telling me it is waiting for a video before I can save each edit. The worst part is the ad won't even play so there's absolutely no way to edit and save my picture. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling without any change. I've checked my settings and it's not my problem. It's the app. Looks like I'm gonna go on a search for another app. This one was pretty easy too and had good features for being the free version. So sad.

I purchased this app to edit photos and to get rid of some very prominent acne so I would no longer have to hide my face in pictures. However, I found that pretty much every single option to do something was not free. Very disappointed. Its such a great app as well. However, if nothing is available without a subscription, you can not really consider subscribers "VIP". Would have been happier paying $5 to download the app and then $1-2 for things such as makeup and hair. Not at all what I expect

Refine tool (under reshape) no longer functions as before. Previous versions allow you to move tiny individual pixels in a section without disturbing any surrounding pixels or areas. Also, you could blow the photo up much larger. Now, the "refine" functions exactly as the more general "reshape" (which is for shaping much larger areas of a photo). The sole reason I have used this app for over five years is the refine tool, the only one of its kind and quality I have found. Disappointing.

Edit: It seems the crashes began with the new update, and I could not access it for about a week, but I think they have ended now, and it seems to be running smoothly. Overall: Great app for on-the-go, kind of photoshop editing. User friendly, and has so many editing tools to do whatever you want. Og: Crashing the past week. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I usually love this app, and pay the subscription amount, so this is frustrating.

So far this is a good app. I just started so I will update if I become disappointed. I do wish it had more features that would allow for personalizing such as choosing where blush goes and contour, choosing eyelash styles, etc. A different app used to have that until their latest update and it was fun to play around with different things before going out and buying the makeup. That other app allowed me to try on different brands but they changed it. I'd love for you to offer these please.

Uninstalling this app right the second, almost all of the features are behind a paywall and you're forced to watch ads. Not worth it. And I keep coming across a pop-up that keeps saying even AI artists have limits. I'm too busy giving commissions to VIP users. It's a complete waste of time and money. Save your money and go elsewhere. No point of paying something just to edit a simple photo. I feel like the developers are a bit greedy and the app is rendered useless unless you pay

Heavily filters, I was hoping to get background changes without altering my appearance. I tried it out for maybe a half an hour, now I can't cancel. They have options to delete the account or manage subscription (but why though? Wouldn't deleting the account imply you're canceling?) Play store doesn't have the option to cancel, link to manage my subscription only allows me to open in email apps (that will send an email to myself?). Sent them an email requesting reimbursement and cancelation.

Can't delete subscription. Wanted to try it for the hair dye try out feature but the hair doesn't look natural at all. I try to delete the subscription in the app and online neither work. It doesn't exist in my Google subscriptions to delete. Super frustrating. don't waste your time. Editing to respond to the app's response: I did that I sent several emails/feedback - no one responded.

"Money back" but no way to cancel. Charged me $60 when I thought I had everything squared away as far as cancelation/inactive account. I've looked and looked for a way to contact customer service but cannot find anything. Super convenient for them, super frustrating for customer. The whole reason I agreed to trial was to test the hair coloring tool for videos, which does not seem to exist. I'm very unhappy.

Thought you could try more hair styles. It's all boring. I don't like how the features work. Canceling is a nightmare!! I still don't know if it is canceled!! You have to take out a search warrant to see how to cancel. God forbid you try to cancel using the options on the cog. I don't know if I skipped the free trail and made the full purchase or not with the reverse option. NIGHTMARE!!

Edit to add: it wasn't very easy to figure out how to cancel. I cried. I got this to try on hairstyles. The advertisement showed a lot of options you could try on and they just weren't there. I had to sign up for a 7 day free trial, put in card info, and upload photos, and I cannot try any shorter cuts, bangs, or anything. I can make my hair already in the photo look curly, change colors, or have highlights (just draws a line of color in hair really. That's not how it would look)

I've been a subscriber to this app for years, but I now canceled my subscription due to the new UI changes. I'm puzzled by the decision to enlarge the toolbar, as it now obstructs the lower half of the image during editing, defeating the purpose of the app. Despite reaching out to CS and providing a screen recording of the issue, I got no resolution or help. It's disappointing because prior to these updates, the app fulfilled all my needs. I also see I'm not the only review like this.

This app has HUGE potential. On the 1 or 2 times it has actually recognized my face I was able to do a lot with it. Put 98% of the selfies I tried couldn't find my face. And my face was clear, centered, and no closer or farther away really than the average selfie, to my eyes. Over and over and over "no face detected". I know there are parameters for face detection, but c'mon. I'm going to wait for the technology to get better I guess or find an app that uses better AI.

Had this app before , worked well until last update, now features that once were free can only be had if you pay, other apps do these simple changes in photos just as good, and that's all I used it for, so no big deal , but not only did they decide to charge for every single thing, the update just is trash , long loading times won't connect ,can't import , doesn't recognize your data, or your network , can't connect , even in full service , with wifi on and connected, just complete trash

When originally download the app it was nice and I created really nice photos using the headshot feature. I haven't used the app in a couple of months and I now do not like the headshot feature. It now makes the picture look cartoonist and unrealistic. I'm not sure what happened but I will be installing and canceling membership it's not worth it

As if this app couldn't get worse, they made the UI even more distracting than it was. Would be nice to you know, maybe view the ENTIRE image you're working on? Because, you know, you are PHOTO EDITING? This was already a problem before. You couldn't view your entire image because the toolbar was in the way. Now they made the toolbar take up EVEN MORE of the screen, with no free zoom option to look at your image. So yeah. You can't even view your entire image as you work on it. Waste of $$$

I bought the lifetime license a year or two ago and have liked getting new things added over time. I don't like the UI change to vertical. I thought we could add text and stickers before. Maybe I'm wrong but if it was there, it feels like the UI change was done to make it harder to notice things that were taken away. Seems to be moving more toward the ai buzz, which I'm into and play with sometimes, I just hope they don't get rid of the manual edit tools. That's the whole reason I paid for it.
