They are now charging per re-upload, even if its the same video just so everyone knows before trying this app. I've been a long-time user, but this is disappointing and ultimately a deal breaker for me. An example of how this could backfire would be if you're not satisfied with the results of a particular creation. You would have to pay another fee to fix what the app should have done correctly in the first place.

I have used this app for almost a year and it has been excellent. However a new update occurred and now it is nearly impossible to use the app without spending over $50...... you now have yo pay for credits to upload clips and then to use the clip you have to use the same amount of credits...... this is a blatant money grab and frankly there are better applications that do not cost nearly as much. Facemagic, you are going to get canceled and it is all your fault. Take your failures and improve..

I've been using this app for 2 years. It used to be the best faceswapper out there, and now they charge you credits per faceswap instead of per upload AND they charge credits for pictures which used to be free. I can't imagine the thought process behind such poor decision making. (Dec 1st edit): the app is still terrible. Despite all the negative feedback, no changes have been made. Support is non-existent and the face swap quality has taken a nosedive. The creator dug this app's grave.

While the face swap technology is great, this app has issues with its premium subscriptions. I purchased an annual subscription and randomly had a large amount of my accumulated remaining swaps disappear from my account about 6 months into my subscription. I contacted support and they eventually credited me with *some* swaps but I it was way less than what I had before. But I have no means to prove it so I'm forced to accept what they give me. For this reason be wary of paying for this app.

This app is so dope!!!!!! Best of all of them I have used. Only reason for the 4 stars is that every time I go to do a new swap I have to watch an ad...that's all good and well except I watch a 30 second ad, then it freezes at 90% forcing me to go back and then watch a second ad and then it goes through. Only thing is, it oddly does it every time. 🤔

What a lackluster effort! Don't bother downloading! Seriously laggy, very poor quality, and very few features. This is a very sad attempt at copying a successful app. The least amount of effort went into creating this. Big chunks of a more successful face swap app were copied without the same results. The face-mapping effect is barely discernible and there aren't many media types available. If you want to have fun with a face-swapping app, this is not it.

Pretty good app, just a few issues. -Its library is limited. In order to upload your own stuff, you need to pay for the subscription, so not really worth the free version. -On my S8 at least, when you save something, it stores in its own folder in your phone. It'd be nice if it was in the gallery, but no. This folder's in your phone's general app data directory, which was a pain to find. -Sometimes it just doesn't detect faces on uploads. I can't seem to find a common factor with failures either

Angry! I have the pro account and a lot of credits. I used it for a long time and you could just make one video and then swap a bunch of faces out and then download them. Now after an update. They want to charge you for each and every rendering as if it's a fresh video. I either want this fixed or I want a refund of the prorated amount of my annual subscription. I am furious. The quality is gone down, they don't clearly communicate the costs, and they seem to treat their customers very poorly.

Works relatively well if (1) the face you're replacing has a shape similar to the one you're replacing it with, and if (2) there are not too many faces in the video (the app will get confused). In general, the app is good for a bit of amusement (when it manages to do a decent job, which it does a few times out of a dozen). I sure did see people using better technology than this. The app is not worth paying for until the devs get it to the level when it will produce reliable quality results.

Ok The 90% people are getting stuck at, DOES happen, but it resolves itself, just give it a minute or two. Seems like it should be super fast cuz it gets to 90% quickly, but then that last 10% is SLOW! Pix are ok, but absolutely do NOT resemble the pic you upload. Uploaded my pic and it simply overlays on whatever pic you choose becoming an amalgam of 2 people, occasionally hideous, usually not, but not looking like me at all. I've shown it to others without telling and nobody guessed it was me!

I've used the pro subscription of this app for awhile. It was a good product with cool features and you seemed to be able to do a lot with it. After updating the app and re subscribing for yet another month, suddenly you can't use a clip from your library more than twice without using credits, images now cost .1 credit ( really?!) and the quality has dropped significantly. Also your videos are watermarked which was a feature before. Going to use my remaining credits then UNINSTALLING.

I had this for two years. For the first 8 to 10 months you could upload any picture you want to swap it out with your favorite person, NOT ANYMORE. NSFW was installed, which makes it not useful anymore. Yearly coat is too high for the less and desired abilities and restrictions. I would advice you to steer away from this app. If they would go back to the genesis or beginning then it would be useful. I am sorry to inform you that this app has one flat tire of restrictions!

Avoid at all costs! It is now a money grab. Pro gave you unlimited image uploads and video credits. As of today. Images now require credits. In the past, you were only charged a credit for the initial upload. Which then could be reused without charge. As of today, credits are now charged per generation and not by the upload. A once great app ruined by greed. Update: as of 12/20. They have removed 2/3 of the app features, without notice. Yet charging the same. This app has become a scam.

This was the best face swaping app. Now with the new upgrade it actually down graded. I enjoyed the new features but now they took them down. I use to do the annual subscription and they use to give me 50 credits. I stop for awhile then recently sign up again to find out now I only get 20 credits. The being charge credit the swap faces every single time when before they only charged for uploads. This is a rip off. If it doesn't change I'm canceling again and this time I won't be coming back.

Does not work. I paid for the pro version which costs 10 dollars. Then I found out in order to upload my own video and swap faces, you have to buy credits. So, I paid another 10 dollars for credits. I went thru the steps and when I downloaded the swapped face video, there was nothing changed. The video was the same way I uploaded it. So, after several tries, more dollars, same results, I have determined this does not work. At least for me.

I've been a premium member for maybe over 2 years. Not only is the pricing model abhorrent with charging for my existing uploads. They changed the monthly credits from 50 to 20 per month. They also removed so many features. One example is ai photos that were perfect and super easy to use gone. No longer available to use. Uninstaller, unsubscribing, DON'T DOWNLOAD THE APP ZERO STARS !

It's fine when it works, but if you see this message 'Exception: Photo Conversion Failed' then you won't be able to use the app and have to uninstall and reinstall and that might help it work but most of the time that's the only thing that pops up. Plus now you have to buy points if you want to faceswap. It use to be that you got a certain amount of points a day.
