Playback feature is worst... If one has to find an incident in playback ... It is next to impossible unless the exact time is known. You need to update playback feature.. a lot of reviews are still there about playback but you seems totally unheeded

The bigest 3 most usable and most important features are messing 1. 30 sec forward jump and 30 sec reverse jump in play back are missing 2. Tere is no human deduction features are available except motion detection 3. Multiple screen sync at a single time on same screen I love indian products but Sorry i have to say that the some chinese apps and camera offer much batter value then your service I think now its time to change your things by other

CP Plus cameras are good. But the app needs tremendous improvements. Even smaller companies such as icesee and SeeCitv (free)have better apps. The app does not have highlit markings to show movement on the play back. It is difficult to navigate and needs more dedicated buttons. I have noticed that a persons motion detection is also not to the mark. SeeCitv is brilliant in this regard and can be used by using a old phone.

Everything is good... But It should return to the same position after tracking someones motion... If a share device with someone there should be an option that whether the other person can move the direction of camera or not. Also, please give 3x, 4x playback speed option.. and cloud storage as well..

Not working from today again. Kindly fix the app. It keep crashing when I open the app. After some day it fixes and issue happens again after few days. For debugging purpose IT asked my credentials. But instead of giving me solutions they asked me to change my mobile. Thank fully I bought 2. I had a plan to buy almost more than 50. Now I'll plan something else. Model: Samsung F62

Does the job. I would like to highlight 2 major flaw it has: 1. Motion tracking sucks. I wake up to see the camera was recording the wall. Please add a default postion option in motion tracking so that after a while or when camera is lost it can return back to record what the user wants. 2. Why no wide angle? It should be mandatory for a cctv to be wide angle. That's the whole point to record everything.

What sort of UI is this, I can't operate the playback option easily in this app. My grandparents feel very bad while they are using playback optipn, kindly change the UI experience and add some futures such as faster forward option, 10 sec forward and backward option. And more user friendly experience. Thankyou. I usually don't used to give comments in playstore but this time I felt very bad that's why I came to comment. It's just a suggestion Sorry if I anything done wrong.

Motion detection feature is use less, do not detect only human they detect small curtain moments also. Sound detection also very bad there sound there is no sound intensity option to adjust. No cloud storage feature, there is no option to turn off wifi connection failed audio notification when wifi is not connected. Suggested features Add siren when motion or sound is detected in night (must be a high intensity sound or motion). Cloud storage is must.

Why I didn't liked? 1. Streaming is hardly possible. Keeps loading at "establishing an encrypted channel." and then after few minutes " Failed to establish the encrypted channel" "Click to retry". 2. Time to time it keeps on saying "WIFI connection successful " 3. Motion captured images are very poor. 4. Playback videos - most of the time stuck in retrieving video stream.

Cons: Wide angle, Low light clearity. Further some time the camera is filled with purple hue despite well lit room. Need Opening & closing night mode to resolve error. It feels a system update is needed to fix it. Further, after recent update, event recording is not working, despite motion sensor is on. Hence continuous recording is to be done. Secondly, delete option on daywise replay is vanished which was a good feature. Lastly Alarm 🚨 button does nothing. The Developer team need to wake up.

It has been 2 weeks since I started using this device and app to track movements of thieves and unknown persons in my area at night. No doubt it is intended for indoor usage, however it disappoints me that it can detect movements of insects, dogs and cats at outdoor in night vision mode, but it can't properly detect human movements (most of the times). It is practically a national shame.

I am using your cp plus E35A it has a good quality but you have to upgrade like option (PTZ reverse). If I activate motion detection or motion tracking. So the camera doesn't get back to his previous position. It is very bad. After all checked I feel this option must have. Or you should be increased fast forwarding option as well. 2x to 4x or 6x.

Video streaming takes much longer time despite having a high speed Internet connection. Mostly,the app fails in streaming/loading live videos. Also, live streaming fails when someone rings the bell. ''Establishing an encrypted channel''. "Failed to establish the encrypted channel". This is what the app shows most of the time. It defeats the very purpose of the device. Similarly, the app only plays a single video captured during a specific time of the day and doesn't play other video recordings.

Numerous aspects, in my opinion, may be improved. 1). The playback video always jumps to midnight or one in the early hours when it is meant to stand for the current time and not the beginning of the day. 2). It would be beneficial to have more than just *1 and *2 options for the forward button on playback videos so that we could fast forward. 3). Additionally, it should be able to download videos of any length for playback onto local systems right now we can only download videos up to 10 mins

Camera model : CP Z44R This App is slow and, most of the time, not connecting with WiFi networks. I have to switch to mobile data for accessing the camera. There is no cloud storage option in the app. But there is the same spec with cloud storage from another brand. But my dealer doesn't allow me to return it and get another brand. So I have to tolerate this. If we enable motion detection, then the alarm is also activated in the camera. During night time it is making noise to neighbours.

After transitioning from IMOU, I found your software to be complex, with a confusing menu structure that is challenging for me to remember and comprehend. I'm puzzled as to why it displays a picture when motion is detected instead of immediately playing the video. While in continuous recording mode, there is no option in the timeline to highlight detected events. You've to guess

Used with E24A camera, and it worked alright for simple tasks but the app needs some work. For example, when I want see the recordings in the morning, only to notice camera is facing the wall. Such a huge down point. It's better to disable motion tracking feature as of now. Also the app needs a schedule timer to tell the camera when to record non-stop and when on event detection. This'll save a lot of space on sd card. I do hope future updates will solve above problems.
