Keeps crashing as soon as I open it, I couldn't get on the bus because the driver wont let me without my fare! I need to get to work, I payed for a months worth of passes that I can't access and now I have to figure out how I can scrape up more money till pay day to get to work. Don't use this app it's not worth it if something happens to your phone or the app crashes the driver will say "I don't have anything to do with it" just get the paper passes it's safer

I had no problem using this app UNTIL yesterday. It wouldn't allow me to purchase a ride. I used several cards and I kept getting the error message for the security code. This was very frustrating. I had to dig in my purse to come up with enough change to get a ride. I tried to make a purchase again this morning and it's still doing the same thing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the same thing is still happening. Anybody know how to resolve this issue?

The most garbage app for any transit. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! They'll let you buy up to 5 tickets before blocking all and any transactions to continue using the app! If I could I would honestly tell the devs of the app to find a different Industry as thus is not there's. Can't even make a functional app let alone takes money and then stops working.

I cannot get my passes I've already paid for due to these error messages. This is forcing me to pay fare when I already have passes on the app. I uninstalled and redid it again and it's still acting up and then took away one of my phone changes when it's the same phone.

The apps pretty good. They just need to fix their history page option. I bought a 1 ride RTA pass. It expired and I wanted to show to driver I did indeed have a pass. But when I opened the history menu, I didn't have any of my transactions at all and I buy passes almost daily.

Been using this for months and usually don't have any problems it's very convenient you can use one pass up to 3 times in an hour. But recently it's been giving me error messages when I go to activate my pass and I don't usually have cash on me because I live in a bad neighborhood! Please fix this error 😢

It was working great for the past couple of months since I got it but now when I go to buy tickets, it won't except my 3 digit # for my card, and I end up having to restart my whole phone for the ticket to finally appear. Then I have to do it a second time to get the bar code to show up when I make a transfer. Other than that it's pretty simple to use and pretty convienent.

rip off! A costly annoyance. After purchasing two tickets via this app., We were left stranded far from home as the tickets are randomly 'activated' for exactly 30 minutes from when you buy them. I was trying to save instead of using costly Uber, but ended up losing my patience , nerve and $ dealing with EZFare as well as Parta. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEMD THIS APP.

Normally this app is very convenient and easy to use. Yesterday- 10/14/23, it wouldn't load ANY of the bus terminal choices, and I was left unable to purchase a bus pass to use thru my phone. I tried on & off of WiFi, that didn't work. I uninstalled the app & reinstalled it and now I can't even login to the app again bcuz I keep getting an error message, "Underlying Network Error. Error Code: SDK_200" Please fix this. I cant possibly be the only one with this issue?? Will edit review when fixed

The app does not tell you that when purchasing a ride with a transfer that you still need to ask the driver for a paper transfer. This seems redundant as the app is partly to do away with the need for paper. Also, the drivers do not all know to give you a paper transfer because you paid online. Lost money on this. I was told by customer service to let you know because they had no way of passing on the info. Another disappointment. Please add instructions to the app.

I was able to successfully use the app once, and it was awesome. The next time I went to use it I had been logged out and keep getting Error SDK 200 and haven't been able to log back in since. The Internet says this is a network error, but my wifi and mobile data connection work fine with literally every other app. I tried emailing customer support a week ago about it, no response. Huge bummer.

No feedback link, hence the review. Recent trips doesn't show anything until after you bought tickets. They also show up services you don't use even if you accidently clicked one and never buy tickets. Constant "To up soon" reminder for someone who never adds funds, only purchases with card. A lot of annoyances. One star because no feedback link.

Much more convenient because most people that I know, tend to make carrying their cell phone on them a habit... Just so happens in this case I wouldn't think the majority of people would consider it in entirely bad one either. 😊✌️

This app is unreliable, like most digital systems that promise convenience, but it is a hinderance. twice I was late to work cause ez fare system goes down only when I'm running late for work. Cash is king, don't need a network to ride the bus.

I have been using the app since it came out and never once have I had problems with it but now every ticket I buy says not valid when I go to scan it bus drivers think it's fake or something and none of them knows how to work the app and since they are driving they can't stop to help anyway but this is a major problem that y'all need to fix ASAP Update: it's now April 8th my first review was March 25th. I have deleted and reinstalled and it's still doing the same thing

Will not register payment at all, constantly hit with an error message that they cant process my payment. Thankfully I checked before needing to get on the bus or it would of been a travesty. Fix your app and I'll change my rating. Otherwise just bring cash or buy your pass at the terminal otherwise you may end up stranded with no way to get home thanks to the apps buggyness.

This app is built the same way that an 8-year-old would design a house, all the parts are there but random. Why am I presented 25 different transit authorities every day? Why don't I have the ability to favorite the only pass that I actually use this thing for? I can't be alone in buying same pass 17-19 times a month but having to select my city everyday. Do better; I don't care what tickets look like. I want to quickly purchase the same thing I bought yesterday, just like on the McDonald's app.

Normally this app is great. It lets me buy and use my bus tickets very conveniently. But that was when it worked properly; for some reason the app keeps giving me an error message when trying to activate my tickets, preventing me using them. I log out of the app and am met with the same error, and suddenly I can't log in again. I have to delete the app and re-install it just to get it to behave properly. I have had to do this multiple times and it's very annoying.

Not installing. I didn't find out until this morning when I went buy fare through my transits old platform that I had to use this, and it won't even install. Hopefully I can scrounge up some change for my trip this morning! If they were trying to solve the problem of their original app not working all the time this was not it. And my phone is nearly new, and I'm trying to install it through wifi 6, it isn't a phone issue.

The app is brilliant for saving the hassle of obtaining and carrying cash for bus fare. I've yet to experience a problem with using it, other than a single issue after an update. The scrolling banner which displays the date barely moves. Whether the issue is that my phone has a small screen, I'm not sure. Yet it is not guaranteed that the bus drivers will accept what is otherwise a clearly valid pass without the scrolling being more obvious. It used to be more clear, but now barely moves.
